摘要："时间性"成为贯穿倪志琪先生绘画与摄影领域最为重要的主题,其绘画与摄影作品记录了流逝的却又无法定义的时间。他用作品中那略显暗沉的中性色彩,为记录现实生活做出了诠释,几年前拍摄的记录米兰电车的照片即为最好的证明。作品中所呈现的图像,不过是更丰富、更广大背景下的一角,正如其《书上的记忆》系列作品中所呈现的:拍摄的照片被编排并打印在多层的纸本上,如同绘画一般,又以不同的构图对画面反复进行覆盖,不同层次的颜色,不同层次的纸本,反复对画面进行着切割和组合。

摘要：Economic factors along with legislation and policies to counter harmful pollution apply specifically to maritime drive research for improved power generation and energy storage. Proton exchange membrane fuel cells are considered among the most promising options for marine applications. Switching converters are the most common interfaces between fuel cells and all types of load in order to provide a stable regulated voltage. In this paper, a method using artificial neural networks (ANNs) is developed to control the dynamics and response of a fuel cell connected with a DC boost converter. Its capability to adapt to different loading conditions is established. Furthermore, a cycle-mean, black-box model for the switching device is also proposed. The model is centred about an ANN, too, and can achieve considerably faster simulation times making it much more suitable for power management applications.

摘要：在计算对流给热系数(HTCs)时,为查取流体的物性值,须先确定温度。确定这个温度的步骤是相当简单的,但对高粘度物质或无油基流体就变得复杂。对这种情况,现已通过非常简单的计算步骤,导出了相互关系。 在确定用以估算流体物理性质的温度时如果在热交换终了时流体的性质大体上不变化,通常使用进、出口状况下的算术平均温度。当涉及多变情况时,Kern推荐估算换热器进、出口两端的给热系数(U_h和U_c)。

摘要："做还是买"的难题在信息系统领域已经被广泛地分析过了。这类文献的汗牛充栋主要是因为"信息系统职能"是企业中首先被外部化的职能之一。从传统意义上来看,导致企业外部化一些非核心业务的动机纯粹是为了提高效率。但是,20世纪90年代却见证了企业重要职能外部化的开端,而这些职能中有的一直被认为是核心业务。这样一来就提升了对组织间依存性管理的重视,强调了外包已被视作一种组织架构工程手段的事实,并引导企业去建立新的组织设计标准。实际上,做"做还是买"决策越来越需要组织结构变量根据流程来安排而不是根据职能来安排,以便明确地促进组织间依存性的管理,使得外部化决策更加透明且客观可测。本文所研究的课题旨在理解某种形式的电子商务,比如电子采购,在多大程度上能够被归类为一种特殊形式的外包。在这里,"外包"的含义是一种介于"层级制"和"市场制"之间的混合组织形式。我们采用交易成本理论(Transaction Cost Theory,TCT)从理论视角对"外包"进行分类,以案例分析作为研究手段。本文将关注某个流程,即采购。这一流程中的活动会涉及外部化过程。文中分析了一个关于整体宏观层面采购流程的外包案例。文章结论强调了这一研究领域的发展趋势。该趋势从表观上看会使这一领域产生重大的变革,有诸多变数,受到多重因素影响,而这些因素又往往不可辨识与测量。采购外部化在实践中已经有广泛的应用,但是从理论上来看还不甚完善。本文的目的就是要对该应用课题研究的正规化做出贡献。

摘要：The paper aimed to illustrate an idea about the feasibility of a peculiar aircraft, i. e., a 5th generation light fighter. At first, a short description of previous "generations" of jet fighter is given, introducing the interest that has always been originated by the concept of "light fighter" for every of the first four fighter generations. The derivation of the first idea of a new 5th generation light fighter is then described. Then to further investigate the feasibility of idea, a conceptual design study has been driven up by utilizing peculiar tools, both for quantitative and qualitative (i. e., the aircraft layout definition) evaluations. With the further support of preliminary study of subsystems, the result shows the feasibility of the concept.

摘要：上世纪70年代,随着3D辅助设计的兴起,设计师能在电脑软件中看到虚拟的三维物体,但要将这些物体用粘土、木头或金属做成模型却非常不容易。3D打印技术的出现,令平面变成立体的过程一下子简单了很多,设计师的任何改动都可在短时间内重新打印出来,而不用花几周的时间等着工厂将新模型制造出来,大大缩短了制作周期,降低了制作成本。并且,随着科技的不断进步,更多材料的产品可以打印出来。

摘要：The aim of this study was to design three-phase induction motors with aluminum and copper cage, in the range 0.75 ? 22 kW, to fulfill the IE3 efficiency level according to typical performance and standard constraints. The proposed study has concerned TEFC ( totally Enclosed Fan-Cooled ), 400 V, 50 Hz, S1 duty three phase squirrel-cage induction motors only. The motors" designs, with Al and Cu cage, have been optimized in order to reach the minimum efficiency level IE3 at lowest active material costs and satisfy the physical and performance constraints of the designs, which are the motor specifications. A suitable optimization procedure has been used which allowed to find the "best design" by chancing the geometric dimensions of the stator, rotor shape, the stator winding and the stack length. In order to guarantee the goodness and feasibility of the optimized designs, several constrains have been imposed.
