摘要：This paper studies the perform.nce of Traffic Engineering (TE) signal protocols used for load balancing in m.lti-Protocol Label Switching (m.LS) networks, nam.ly;Constraint Based Routed Label Distribution Protocol LDP (CR-LDP) and Resource Reservation Protocol (RSVP). Furtherm.re, the perform.nce of an m.LS network uses these TE signal protocols is com.ared to that of a conventional Internet Protocol (IP) network. Different applications including voice, video, File Transfer Protocol (FTP) and Hyperlink Text Transfer Protocol (HTTP) are used for the perform.nce evaluation. Sim.lation results show superior perform.nce of the m.LS network with CR-LDP TE signal protocol in all tested applications.
