摘要：The transport properties of artificially engineered superlattices （SLs） can be tailored by incorporating a high density of interfaces in them. Specifically, SiGe SLs with low thermal conductivity values have great potential for thermoelectric generation and nano-cooling of Si-based devices. Here, we present a novel approach for customizing thermal transport across nanostructures by fabricating Si/Sil-xGex SLs with well-defined compositional gradients across the SiGe layer from x = 0 to 0.60. We demonstrate that the spatial inhomogeneity of the structure has a remarkable effect on the heat-flow propagation, reducing the thermal conductivity to -2.2 W.m-1.K-1, which is significantly less than the values achieved previously with non-optimized long-period SLs. This approach offers further possibilities for future applications in thermoelectricity.

摘要：Objective:To identify self-care actions for the maintenance of arteriovenous fistula of renal ***:An integrative review study was conducted and literature were searched in Medline/PubMed,Scopus,CINAHL LILACS,BDENF and SciELO Library databases using the descriptors chronic renal insufficiency,arteriovenous fistula,self-care,and *** inclusion criteria were that the documents be written in Portuguese,English,and Spanish,full text available,published in the last five years,and that they address the research *** articles,theses,dissertations,editorials of nonscientific journals,and research studies that did not follow the necessary methodological rigor were *** were analyzed with the IRAMUJTEQ ***:Fifteen articles were selected and comprised the final *** classes of self-care actions emerged from the text segments analysis and grouped into three categories:(1)Self-care actions that maintain the arteriovenous fistula;(2)Self-care actions for the prevention and the monitoring of complications with arteriovenous fistula;(3)Self-care actions directed at the perioperative period of arteriovenous fistula ***:The results allowed us to identify important care for the maintenance of arteriovenous fistula *** self-care actions identified in this study can guide a nursing care policy for implementation with protocols that help identify problems related to self-care actions and,thus,subsidize the development of actions aimed at the renal ***,more studies with high levels of evidence that identify self-care actions with arteriovenous fistula and the factors involved in its implementation are needed.

摘要：In Mexico, owing to solar radiation conditions, there is great potential for PV （photovoltaic） systems. Besides, since 2007, the solar electricity interconnection agreement became official which allowed for an important growth of the photovoltaic industry. Due to the important development of the PV industry, there is a need for engineers trained to design, install, and evaluate PV systems The UAEMEX （autonomous university of the state of Mexico） offers a new bachelor degree of engineering program which dedicated to the development of sustainable energy systems. This kind of programs requires special equipment for experimentation and practice Specialists at UAEMEX also detected the need for a system to evaluate and demonstrate the application of PV modules, but they also found that most of the systems on the market are very expensive and unable to evaluate different arrangements. The goal of this paper is to present the design of a mobile system to evaluate PV modules and arrangements. This system is useful, not only for demonstration practices, but also for experimentation with different materials and types of PV panels. The design allows for two or four PV modules to be assembled in different positions and inclinations. The prototype is equipped with a data acquisition system that will be used to obtain the PV module performance curves. It will also be used to evaluate the atmospheric, interference and shadow effects on these modules. This prototype will be used to complement the practice learning of solar PV systems, but also to demonstrate the use of PV modules. The prototype is being design and constructed by a group of mechanical and electronic engineering students and this fact will be useful to meet the needs of basic science, math, and engineering teaching objectives in an integrated and hands-on way project. 摘要：Cricket is widely recognized in Indonesia especially in Java island, and commonly kept by village farmers for food and feed. In general, crickets has very short life cycle （60-70 d）, with three weeks of laying period and egg production within the range of 200-1,500 eggs/female. The female has capability for multiple mating with several males and therefore produces more fertile eggs. Serial studies including experiments on laboratory and field observation of local crickets had been conducted to evaluate the farming practices and reproductive performance of three local species （Gryllus spp., Gryllus mitratus and Gryllus testaceus） which were given local feeds--Manihot esculenta and Carica papaya leaves. The experiment was conducted in randomized block design with feed as the treatments and species as the block. Cliring crickets （G. mitratus） fed with M. esculenta leaves revealed the highest total egg production （1,478.22 eggs）, with daily egg production of 32.85 eggs/d, the longest laying period （45 d）, the lowest feed intake （0.28 g/head） and feed conversion （0.93 mg/egg）, compared to Cendawang crickets （G. testaceus） and Gryllus spp.. The revenue and cost （R/C） ratio was 1.4, indicating that small scale cricket enterprise could offer significant profit and could be chosen as an alternative activities for earning regular income.
