摘要：为测度历史文化街区居民地方依恋水平、分析其影响因素,文中以黑龙江省哈尔滨市道外历史文化街区为研究对象,选取建设控制地带范围内三处居住小区作为调查样本,建立道外历史文化街区居民地方依恋测度量表对地方依恋关系展开研究,并运用IPA分析法分析相关要素的重要性与绩效结果,解析影响地方依恋水平的相关因素。研究发现对道外历史文化街区建设控制地带内的居民而言,居住意愿程度、住区居民认知等要素会对居民的地方依恋关系产生较大影响,未来可以通过整治居民居住环境、增强居民住区认同等方式有效提升历史文化街区居民的地方依恋水平。

摘要：一、苏州市城际铁路特征根据《长江三角洲多层次轨道交通规划》、《江苏省“十四五”铁路发展暨中长期路网布局规划》,苏州市城际铁路近期将形成苏锡常城际铁路、如通苏湖城际铁路、苏淀沪城际铁路以及水乡旅游线构成的“三横一纵”四线格局。从功能上来看,各线路均服务于苏州及周边城市的联系,其运输组织、运营管理等方面既有别于国铁干线,又不同于城市轨道交通。

摘要：民族旅游发展有着巨大潜力,民族地区文化旅游资源的保护开发亟待探索最佳的途径。创意产业能够有效地实现经济增长而得到发达国家和发展中国家的极力推崇和大力发展。在民族地区发展旅游创意产业,能够有效地改变民族地区的经济增长方式,对当地经济、文化、社会发展具有重大意义。本文首先分析了国内外文化创意产业的发展和创意产业与旅游业的融合现状与趋势,其次探讨了我国民族地区发展旅游文化创意的基础与意义,然后提出了旅游创意产业发展应采取集群式发展的模式,最后,以湖南张家界旅游创意产业发展为例,就民族地区发展旅游创意产业给出了对策和建议。

Introduction In the extensive debates on the industrialization or rather commercialization of education （jiaoyu chanyehua） and on the financing of basic education in China, owing to the lack of guidance from general equilibrium theory, many conclusions have been drawn that appear right but are actually wrong. People have observed that ever since the mid1980s, when reforms were carried out in the system of basic education finance, serious inequalities in the financing of basic education have appeared between different regions and between urban and rural areas.2 At the same time, within cities themselves, major changes have occurred regarding the allocation of resources within the basic education sector. With the advent of marketization-oriented reforms, social groups differentiated by income and social status have exhibited different behavior concerning choice of residence and school.

摘要：为研究近断层地震作用下基于位移的抗震设计方法,选择了30次地震,132组近断层地震记录作为统计样本,根据得到的平均弹性位移反应谱,给出了近断层地震设计弹性位移反应谱表达式,该表达式可以反映震源机制和场地土等因素的影响作用。研究结果表明:提出的近断层地震弹性位移设计反应谱与实际地震波平均弹性位移反应谱较为接近,可以应用于近断层地震作用下结构的抗震设计中。

摘要：In the paper, we propose a surface wave suppression method in time-frequency domain based on the wavelet transform, considering the characteristic difference of polarization attributes, amplitude energy and apparent velocity between the effective signals and strong surface waves. First, we use the proposed method to obtain time-frequency spectra of seismic signals by using the wavelet transform and calculate the instantaneous polarizability at each point based on instantaneous polarization analysis. Then, we separate the surface wave area from the signal area based on the surface-wave apparent velocity and the average energy of the signal. Finally, we combine the polarizability, energy, and frequency characteristic to identify and suppress the signal noise. Model and field data are used to test the proposed filtering method.

摘要：Silk Road dance is an excellent traditional Chinese dance drama, which has high artistic values. This article introduces the virtual performance techniques of Silk Road based on motion capture. First, obtain the dance data using motion capture technique according to the features of dance itself, then establish figure model, finally combines these data to make 3-D animation system to perform Silk Road, meanwhile designs some interfaces to introduce it. This system excavates details of the dance, and can be reference of man-machine interaction and animation production.
