摘要：本文提出了一个具体的智能决策支持系统(IDSS)的方案及其实现,描述了为实现该系统所需的信息结构,并揭示了 IDSS 设计问题的诸多特征。作为该方案的论证还阐明了一个用于公司规划问题的 IDSS 的实现情况。

摘要：民事简易程序过于简单的立法设计,不利于两便精神与诉讼经济原则。因此除坚持《民事诉讼法》基本原则外,应以公正与效率、方便诉讼与合法原则为理念对现行简易程序进行创新。规范化的简易程序应设计为:审判组织专职化;适用范围标准双重化———以诉讼标的额与案件性质为标准;开启网上远程立案新形式;增设庭前调解制度;延长审理期限;加设二审程序及独任审判制。

摘要：The exper.ment aimed to investigate foliar.fer.ilizer.application effects on amino acid content of Indigofer. leaves. lndigofer. ar.ecta was planted in plots dur.ng both r.iny and dr. seasons. Foliar.fer.ilizer.concentr.tions consisted of 10 g, 20 g, 30 g, 40 g and 50 g, which solved in 10 L solvent wer. appIied on sixteen individual plants per.plot, The fer.ilizer.was applied 4 times dur.ng vegetative gr.wing per.od. Block r.ndomized design with 3 r.plications was used in this exper.ment. The foliar.fer.ilizer.containing 20%-22% N （N total）, 15%-16% P （P205）, 15%-16% K, 1.5% Mg, 1% Ca, 1% Fe, 1.42% Zn, 0.53% Cu, 0.88% Mo, 0.53% B and gr.wth hor.one 0.025% indole acetic acid （1AA） and giber.lic acid （GA） was applied. Samples of each plot wer. composited leaves fr.m 3 har.est times. The r.sult showed that the foliar.fer.ilizer.did not affect aspar.ic acid, ser.ue, histidine, thr.onine, tyr.sine, valine, methionine, iso-leusine and leusine content oflndigofer. leave. 摘要：Hydr.ted Cement Tr.ated Cr.shed r.ck Base （HCTCr.） is widely used as a base cour.e in Wester. Austr.lian pavements. HCTCr. has been designed and used as a basis for.empir.cal appr.aches and in empir.cal pr.ctices. These methods ar. not all-encompassing enough to adequately explain the behaviour.of HCTCr. in the field. r.cent developments in mechanistic appr.aches have pr.ven mor. r.liable in the design and analysis of pavement, making it possible to mor. effectively document the char.cter.stics of HCTCr.. The aim of this study was to car.y out labor.tor. testing to assess the mechanical char.cter.stics of HCTCr.. Conventional tr.axial tests and r.peated load tr.axial tests （r.T tests） wer. per.or.ed. Factor. affecting the per.or.ance of HCTCr., namely hydr.tion per.ods and the amount of added water.wer. also investigated. It was found that the shear.str.ngth par.meter. of HCTCr. wer. 177 kPa for.cohesion （c） and 42~ for.the inter.al fr.ction angle （~）. The hydr.tion per.od, and the water.added in this investigation affected the per.or.ance of HCTCr.. However. the r.lated tr.nds associated with such factor. could not be assessed. All HCTCr. samples showed str.ss-dependency behaviour. Based on the str.ss stages of this exper.ment, the r.silient modulus values of HCTCr. r.nged fr.m 300 MPa to 1100 MPa. CIr.LY, a computer.pr.gr.m based on the multi-layer.elastic theor. was used in the mechanistic appr.ach to pavement design and analysis, to deter.ine the per.or.ance of a typical pavement model using HCTCr. as a base cour.e layer. The mechanistic pavement design par.meter. for.HCTCr. as a base cour.e mater.al wer. then intr.duced. The analysis suggests that the suitable depth for.HCTCr. as a base layer.for.WA r.ads is at least 185 mm for.the design equivalent standar. axle （ESA） of 10 million.

摘要：In this paper. a simplified appr.ach for.implementing QO-STBC is pr.posed and evaluated with impr.ved per.or.ance. It is based on the Hadamar. matr.x, in which the scheme exploits the Hadamar. matr.x pr.per.y to attain full diver.ity. Hadamar. matr.x has the char.cter.stic that diagonalizes a quasi-cyclic matr.x and consequently, a decoding matr.x so that a diagonal matr.x which per.its linear.decoding is achieved. Using quasicyclic matr.ces in designing QO-STBC systems r.quir.s that the codes should be r.tated to r.asonably separ.te one code fr.m another.such that er.or.floor.in the design can be minimized. It will be shown that, or.hogonalizing the secondar. codes and then imposing the Hadamar. cr.ter.a of the scheme can be well diagonalized. The r.sults of this simplified appr.ach demonstr.te full diver.ity and better.per.or.ance than the inter.er.nce-fr.e QO-STBC. r.sults show about 4 dB gain with r.spect to the inter.er.nce-fr.e QO-STBC scheme and it per.or.s alike with the ear.ier.Hadamar. based QO-STBC designed with r.tation. These r.sults achieve the consequent mathematical pr.position of the Hadamar. matr.x and its pr.per.y is also shown in this study.

The integr.ted cir.uit per.or.ance mostly depends on the basic devices and its scaling methods, but in conventional CMOS devices in ultr. deep submicr.n technology, leakage power.becomes the major.por.ion apar. of dynamic power. The demer.ts of the conventional CMOS is less speed and, mor. leakage, for.any digital design PDP is the figur. of mer.t which can be used to deter.ine ener.y consumed per.switching event, hence we designed a NOVEL NMOS and PMOS which has super.or.per.or.ance than conventional PMOS and NMOS, the design and per.or.ance checked at 90 nm, 180 nm and 45 nm technology and calculate the per.or.ance values.

摘要：本讲讨论钢筋混凝土柱的延性设计。如前所述,这里所介绍的抗震设计是着重在延性方面的,亦即首先确定结构的荷载及其作用情况并按其内力大小进行设计,同时要保证其处于延性状态。新西兰规范中强调的是用构造措施来达到所要求的延性。因为要精确地确定出地震荷载是非常困难的,故此从构造措施着手,使结构在强震作用下不致发生脆性破坏。

摘要：要实现新型换流变压器的产业化,制定与新型换流变压器配套的保护方案是重要的前提。文中对基于变压器模型的变压器保护原理进行研究,并将该保护原理的思路运用于新型换流变压器保护方案设计中,而且对动作特性方程进行梯形积分来构成保护判据。仿真结果验证了该保护方案可快速可靠地识别新型换流变压器正常运行状态和内部故障状态,并能有效地减少差分代替微分的误差,可以用作新型换流变压器微机主保护。
