摘要：Objective: To design a.Doppler Hypoxic index (HI), which ta.es into a.count both the dura.ion a.d the intensity of feta. flow redistribution (i.e. hypoxia. for predicting the occurrence of a.norma. feta. hea.t ra.e (FHR) a. delivery. Method: Sixty-six pregna.cies with hypertension a.d/or growth reta.da.ion (IUGR) were investiga.ed (a.e: 23 ± .5 yea.s; primigra.ida.: 30% , CS 59% ; hospita.isa.ion: 10 ± 8 da.s, IUGR (160% wa. a.socia.ed with a.norma. FHR in 80% of the ca.es (PPV=87% , NPV=88% ). HI >160% predicted the occurrence of a.norma. FHR 8 ± 6 da.s before they ha.pened. Conclusion: a.combina.ion of intensity a.d dura.ion of the feta. flow redistribution (i.e. hypoxia. eva.ua.ed by Doppler is correla.ed with the occurrence of a.norma. feta. hea.t ra.e.
