摘要：A design method for a kerosene fuel-rich gas-generator of a liquid rocket engine using turbopumps to supply propellant was performed at a conceptual level. The gas-generator creates hot gases, enabling the turbine to operate the turbopumps. A chemical non-equilibrium analysis and a droplet vaporization model were used for the estimation of the burnt gas properties and characteristic chamber length. A premixed counter-flow flame analysis was performed for the prediction of the burnt gas properties, namely the temperature, the specific heat ratio and heat capacity, and the chemical reaction time. To predict the vaporization time, the Spalding model, using a single droplet in convective condition, was used. The minimum residence time in the chamber and the characteristic length were calculated by adding the reaction time and the vaporization time. Using the characteristic length, the design methods for the fuel-rich gas-generator were established. Finally, a parametric study was achieved for the effects of the O/F ratio, mass flow rate, chamber pressure, initial droplet temperature, initial droplet diameter and initial droplet velocity.

摘要：The Image sensor needs various image processing by Image Signal Processor （ISP） to improve image quality. Conventional cameras have their own software ISP functions to perform in PC instead of using commercial ISP chips. However these methods have problems such as large computation for image processing. In this paper, th authors proposed ISP that significantly reduced chip area by efficiently sharing of hardware and software. Large operation blocks are designed to hardware for high performances, and hardware is imployed simultaneously with software considering the size of the hardware. The implemented ISP can process Video Graphics Array （VGA） （640 ＊ 480） images and has 91 450 gates size in 0. 35 μm process.

摘要：碳在奥氏体中的扩散特性对设计和改善许多钢热处理工艺是非常重要的，本研究对铁碳食金及用不同元素合金化的钢奥氏体中碳扩散提出一个简单而有效的计算公式，提出的经验模型提供了为达到这个重要扩散工艺的工程程序，这个模型与文献所报道的其它公式相比显示出与一些渗碳合金钢碳扩散曲线有很好的吻合，其它这些公式主要从铁碳合金试验获得，但当与考虑到全范围合金成分的已报道公式相比，其缺少精确性是不足为奇的。

摘要：This paper presents the performance evaluation of a regenerative pump to increase its efficiency using optimal design method. Two design parameters which define the shape of the pump impeller, are introduced and analyzed. Pump performance is evaluated by numerical simulation and design of experiments(DOE). To analyze three-dimensional flow field in the pump, general analysis code, CFX, is used in the present work. Shear stress turbulence model is employed to estimate the eddy viscosity. Experimental apparatus with an open-loop facility is set up for measuring the pump performance. Pump performance, efficiency and pressure, obtained from numerical simulation are validated by comparison with the results of experiments. Throughout the shape optimization of the pump impeller at the operating flow condition, the pump efficiency is successfully increased by 3 percent compared to the reference pump. It is noted that the pressure increase of the optimum pump is mainly caused by higher momentum force generated inside blade passage due to the optimal blade shape. Comparisons of pump internal flow on the reference and optimum pump are also investigated and discussed in detail.

摘要：Three-dimensional （3D） printing is a novel process used to manufacture bone tissue engineered scaffolds. This process allows for easy control of the architecture at the micro structure. However, the scaffold properties are typically limited in terms of cellular activity at the scaffold surface due to the printed materials properties. In this study, we developed a polycaprolactone （PCL） blended with polyethylene glycol （PEG） 3D printed scaffold using a rapid prototyping system. The manufactured scaffolds were then washed out to form small pores on the surface in order to improve the scaffolds hydrophilicity. We analyzed the resultant material by using Scanning Electron Microscopy （SEM）, water absorption, water contact angle, in vitro WST-1, and the Bradford assay. Additionally, cells incubated on the fabricated scaffolds were visualized by Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy （CLSM）. The developed scaffolds exhibited small pores on the strand surface which served to increase hydrophilicity as well as improve cellular proliferation and increase total protein content. Our findings suggest that the presence of small pores on the scaffolds can be used as an effective tool for improving implant cellular interaction. This research indicates that these modified scaffolds can be considered useful for bone tissue engineering applications to improve human health.

摘要：This study investigates the risks of non-conservative piping design according to ASME B31.1 for hightemperature piping subjected to long-term operation at high temperature in a creep regime based on a sensitivity analysis of the hold time. Design evaluations of hightemperature piping were conducted over a range of hold times in the creep regime according to ASME B31.1,which implicitly considers the creep effects, and the French high-temperature design code of the RCC-MRx, which explicitly considers the creep effects. Conservatisms were quantified among the codes in terms of the hold times. In the case of B31.1, the design evaluation results do not change depending on the hold time at high temperature,whereas in the case of RCC-MRx, they do. It was shown that the design limits of RCC-MRx were exceeded when the hold time exceeded certain values, whereas those of B31.1 were satisfied regardless of the hold times. Thus, the design evaluations according to B31.1 did not consistently yield conservative results and might lead to non-conservative results in the case of long-term operations in the creep range.

摘要：Optimization of airfoil characteristics such as lift and drag is essential for high efficiency wind turbine blade design. In this research, effects of airfoil lift and drag on blade power coefficients were investigated by using of wind turbine blade design software, PROPID. Firstly, a wind turbine blade of 2MW class was designed with DU-serics airfoils in the inner part and with aNACA series airfoil as a main airfoil in the outer part. Lift distribution was set to have near L/D maximum at each span station. Then, lift and drag curves were modified to observe effect of L/D variation. Drag and lift change with constant L/D on blade power coefficient was also studied for sensitivity investigation. Each case was optimized with Newtonian iteration incorporated in PROPID. High design lift coefficient results in less chord length and twist angle to maintain same aerodynamic load level. And, power coefficient wasn＇t improved much with high L/D. During the process, optimal inputs such as lift distribution, design lift and induction factors were suggested. As results, it was found that L/D maximization was important to obtain high efficiency. For the L/D maximization, lift maximization was important to minimize structural weight, but decreasing drag didn＇t affect the blade shape.

摘要：背景:由于关节软骨再生修复能力有限,自体软骨细胞移植技术为关节软骨损伤的修复提供了较好的修复材料。目的:多中心评估自体软骨细胞移植的短期疗效与安全性。设计、时间及地点:自身前后对照观察,于2001-03/2006-04在韩国80所附属医院完成。对象:软骨缺损患者261例,男169例,女92例,年龄15～70岁,平均36.47岁。软骨缺损面积2.0～20.0cm2。其中股骨髁损伤215例,滑车30例,髌骨25例,胫骨2例。方法:取关节非负重区软骨组织200～300mg,体外培养扩增后将软骨细胞植入患者关节缺损区。于移植后6个月对所有患者进行随访,膝关节功能评估标准采用美国膝关节协会评分系统[Knee society score-A(KSS-A)和Knee society score-B(KSS-B)]。主要观察指标:自体软骨细胞膝关节缺损区移植后KSS-A和KSS-B评分。结果:获得随访患者261例。患者移植前KSS-A评分为63.55±18.47,移植后6个月为88.74±11.47,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)移植前KSS-B评分为59.56±24.92,移植后6个月为85.13±14.67,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。患者移植前后膝关节疼痛、活动度、前后稳定性、屈曲挛缩、伸直迟滞、行走能力和上下楼能力均明显改善(P<0.05)。综合评价移植有效率为97.3%,优良率为89.3%。结论:自体软骨细胞移植可有效的治疗关节软骨缺损,促进膝关节功能的恢复。

摘要：Background: Even though NIR fluorescence imaging has many advantages in SLN mapping and cancer detection, NIR fluorescence imaging shows a serious drawback that NIR cannot be detected by the naked eye without any detectors. This limitation further disturbs accurate SLN detection and adequate tumor resection resulting in the presence of cancerous cells near the boundaries of surgically removed tissues. Materials and methods: To overcome the drawback of the conventional NIR imaging method, we suggest a novel NIR imaging system which can make the NIR fluorescence image visible to the naked eye as NIR fluorescence image detected by a video camera is processed by a computer and then projected back onto the NIR fluorescence excitation position with a projector using conspicuous color light. Image processing techniques were used for projection onto the exact position of the NIR fluorescence image. Also, we implemented a phantom experiment to evaluate the performance of the developed NIR fluorescence projection system by use of the ICG. Results: The developed NIR fluorescence projection system was applied in normal mouse model to confirm the usefulness of the system in the clinical field. A BALB/c nude mouse was prepared to be applied in normal mouse model and 0.25 mg/ml stock solution of the ICG was injected through a tail vein of the mouse. From the application in normal mouse model, we could confirm that the injected ICG stayed in the liver of the mouse and verify that the projection system projected the ICG fluorescence image at the exact location of the ICG by performing laparotomy of the mouse. Conclusions: From the application in normal mouse model, we could verify that the ICG fluorescence image was precisely projected back on the site where ICG fluorescence generated. It can be demonstrated that the NIR fluorescence projection system can make it possible to visualize the invisible NIR fluorescence image and to realize that SLN mapping and cancer detection in clinic
