摘要：Underwater gliders are efficient mobile sensor platforms that can be deployed for months at a time, traveling thousands of kilometers. Here, we describe our development of a coastal 200 m deep underwater glider, which can serve as an ocean observatory platform operating in the East China Sea. Our glider is developed based on dynamic model analysis: steady flight equilibrium analysis gives the varied range of moving mass location for pitch control and the varied vehicle volume for buoyancy control; a stability analysis is made to discuss the relationship between the stability of glider motion and the location of glider wings and rudder by root locus investigation of glider longitudinal- and lateral-directional dynamics, respectively. There is a tradeoff between glider motion stability and control authority according to the specific glider mission requirements. The theoretical analysis provides guidelines for vehicle design, based on which we present the development progress of the Zhejiang University (ZJU) glider. The mechanical, electrical, and software design of the glider is discussed in detail. The performances of glider key functional modules are validated by pressure tests individually; preliminary pool trials of the ZJU glider are also introduced, indicating that our glider functions well in water and can serve as a sensor platform for ocean sampling.

摘要：对于遭受各种随机环境载荷的海洋结构物而言,在设计阶段对其进行疲劳损伤评估尤为重要。海洋结构物的响应经常呈现出宽带特性和非高斯统计特征。因此,本文提出一种基于神经网络模型的宽带非高斯随机过程疲劳损伤评估方法。采用多种功率谱与不同带宽参数、S-N曲线斜率参数以及非高斯过程偏度与峰度的组合对所提出的神经网络模型进行训练和测试。分析输入层神经元、隐藏层神经元个数以及隐藏层层数对模型预报精度的影响,确定最优的神经网络结构。以时域雨流计数法计算的疲劳损伤结果作为基准,采用真实双模态功率谱进行数值试验,并与多种频域疲劳损伤分析方法进行比较,证明本文所建立的神经网络模型具有更好的准确性和鲁棒性。

摘要：A well-designed redox-active organic linker,pyrazine-2,3,5,6-tetracarboxylate(H_4pztc)with brimming active sites for lithium ions storage was utilized to construct coordination polymers(CPs)via a facile hydrothermal *** two isostructural two-dimensional(2D)CPs,namely[M_2(pztc)(H_2O)_6]_n(M=Co for 1 and Ni for 2),delivered excellent reversible capacities and stable cycling performance as anodes in lithium ion *** demonstrated in electrochemical studies,1 and 2 can achieve highly reversible capacities of 815 and 536 mA h g^(-1)at 200 mA g^(-1)for 150 cycles,respectively,best performed for the reported2D-CP-based anode *** electrochemical mechanism studies showed that the remarkable performances can be ascribed to the synergistic Li-storage redox reactions of metal centers and organic *** work highlights the opportunities of using a well-designed organic ligand to construct low-dimensional CPs as new type of electrode materials for advanced lithium ion batteries.

摘要：功率半导体器件是电力电子装备电流开断和电能转换的核心。作为全球最大的功率半导体消费国,中国功率器件自给率低,严重依赖进口,亟需自主化突破。功率半导体器件仿真软件作为器件多物理场分析、设计优化的必备工具,研发难度大、周期长、见效慢。国内使用的功率半导体TCAD软件几乎全部由Synopsys、Silvaco等国外公司垄断。作为国产替代的第一步,自2019年以来,团队按照“先追赶、再并跑、最后超越”的思路,开展功率半导体器件国产仿真工具的研发工作。该文在分析功率器件物理模型、求解难点的基础上,介绍了自主可控的功率半导体器件二维仿真工具的初步研发进展,与垄断商业软件Synopsys TCAD Sentaurus Device计算结果开展了详细比对,在测试的算例和物理模型上,自研软件二维计算的精度向国际垄断商业软件看齐。

摘要：为了分析风扇转子叶片前缘侵蚀对压缩系统不同内外涵工况气动特性的影响,通过多级联算数值分析了某型大涵道比发动机压缩系统气动特性变化。研究结果表明,在峰值效率点工况下,前缘侵蚀后的发动机压缩系统总压比、等熵效率和通道流量分别相对下降0.18%、0.879%和0.972%。对风扇转子叶片而言,前缘侵蚀导致外涵道近喘点工况下95%叶高处表面静压系数曲线轴向0~24%区间的斜率下降,静压降低,轴向24%~40%区间的斜率上升,使叶型负荷降低,增压能力下降,激波向前移动。此外,前缘侵蚀会使外涵道近喘点处整体风扇叶片的攻角增大2°左右,导致叶片气动效率和失速裕度产生变化,偏离原始叶型设计。

摘要：Cone snail venoms have been considered a valuable treasure for international scientists and businessmen, mainly due to theirpharmacological applications in development of marine drugs for treatment of various human diseases. To date, around 800Conus species are recorded, and each of them produces over 1,000 venom peptides (termed as conopeptides or conotoxins).This reflects the high diversity and complexity of cone snails, although most of their venoms are still *** multiomics (such as genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics) approaches have been recently developed to minediverse Conus venom samples, with the main aim to predict and identify potentially interesting conopeptides in an efficientway. Some bioinformatics techniques have been applied to predict and design novel conopeptide sequences, related targets, andtheir binding modes. This review provides an overview of current knowledge on the high diversity of conopeptides andmultiomics advances in high-throughput prediction of novel conopeptide sequences, as well as molecular modeling and designof potential drugs based on the predicted or validated interactions between these toxins and their molecular targets.

摘要：提出一种解决OSGi平台上服务动态演化的方法.针对OSGi平台的服务动态演化提出了重定向方法,解决了服务类定义的动态更新,较好地满足了演化中服务的透明性问题;提出了实现和数据相分离的方法,解决了服务动态演化中公共数据的一致性问题和动态演化问题;探讨了服务动态演化中服务增、减等问题.对所提出的方法均通过实例说明了其设计、运行和更新的可行性.所提出的方法可以用于指导解决组件、服务和面向对象软件动态演化中的相关问题.

摘要：Convection heat transfer coefficient and air pressure drop in sinter layer are important factors for the design of sinter cooling craft. Due to the lack of necessary data, the two parameters are studied by experimental method. The experimental results show that heat conduction of sinter impacts the measurement of convection heat transfer coefficient. Convection heat transfer increases with the increase of air volumetric flow rate. Sinter layer without small particles(sample I) gives higher convection heat transfer coefficient than that with small particles(sample II). Under the considered conditions, volumetric convection heat transfer coefficient is in the range of 400-1800 W/(m3·°C). Air pressure drop in sinter layer increases with the increase of normal superficial velocity, as well as with the rise of air temperature. Additionally, air pressure drop also depends on sinter particle size distribution. In considered experimental conditions, pressure drop in sinter sample II is 2-3 times that in sinter sample I, which resulted from 17% small scale particles in sinter sample II.

摘要：When conducting dynamic tests of underground structure by a rigid container, reasonable boundary conditions are one of the essential factors related to the accuracy of test results, especially the artificial boundary perpendicular to the excitation direction. On the basis of numerous studies, shaking table tests with four different typical boundaries are performed in this study. The tests consider the seismic intensity and seismic wave types. Then, the simulation effects of the four boundary conditions are evaluated from four aspects as follows: the differential rate of peak acceleration, acceleration curve, similarity of Fourier frequency spectra, and uneven soil settlement in rigid containers. Results show that the simulation effects of the boundary conditions are not only affected by the nature of the boundary material but also related to the seismic intensity, types of seismic waves, and filter characteristic of the filling medium in containers. In comparison with the other three types of boundary condition, foamed polyethylene shows the best simulation effect and its effect decreases gradually with the increase in earthquake intensity. Finally, on the basis of existing studies, the evaluation criteria of boundary effect, the principle for the selection of boundary material type and the thickness of boundary material are discussed and summarized, and the corresponding design methods and suggestions are then provided.

摘要：给出了一种四面都可着地行驶、不怕翻转的星球探测车原型设计方案,着重解决了探测车翻转后失效的问题.在该方案中,采用了特殊的45度轮架机构,用八轮实现了每个侧面都有四轮着地行驶;研制了新型姿态传感器,实现了探测车的姿态判断;设计了太阳能储能供电装置,能保持太阳能板始终在车的上方,从而为探测车有效提供能源.实验显示这种探测车达到了预期的功能,在星球探测、人员搜救、军事侦察等领域有一定的研究应用价值.
