摘要：Low Earth Orbit(LEO)satellite for navigation augmentation applications can significantly reduce the precise positioning convergence time and attract increasing attention recently.A few LEO Navigation Augmentation(LEO-NA)constellations have been proposed,while corresponding constellation design methodologies have not been systematically *** LEO-NA constellation generally consists of a huge number of LEO satellites and it strives for multiple optimization *** is essentially different from the communication constellation or earth observing constellation design *** this study,we modeled the LEO-NA constellation design problem as a multi-objective optimization problem and solve this problem with the MultiObjective Particle Swarm Optimization(MOPSO)*** objectives are used to strive for the best tradeoff between the augmentation performance and deployment efficiency,namely the Position Dilution of Precision(PDOP),visible LEO satellites and the orbit altitude.A fuzzy set approach is used to select the final constellation from a set of Pareto optimal solutions given by the MOPSO *** evaluate the performance of the optimized constellation,we tested two constellations with 144 and 288 satellites and each constellation has three optimization schemes:the polar constellation,the single-layer constellation and the two-layer *** results indicate that the optimized two-layer constellation achieves the best global coverage and is followed by the single-layer *** MOPSO algorithm can help to improve the constellation design and is suitable for solving the LEO-NA constellation design problem.

However, due to frequent calling errors, the accuracy of SNPs of interest must usually be validated. In recent years, the single-nucleotide polymorphism genotyp-ing by fluorescent competitive allele-specific polymerase chain reaction （NiPTag, the commercial technology named KASP）, a relatively new and powerful SNP genotyping technique, relies on a mismatched nucleotide of a primer, and the mismatched nucleotide prevents amplification of the mutated allele.

摘要：Wall-climbing robots can work on steep terrain and obtain environment information in three dimensions for human in real time,which can improve operation ***,traditional single-mode robots cannot ensure the stable attachment on complex wall *** by the structure characteristics of flies and clingfishes,three bionic structures including the flexible spine wheel,the adhesive material and the adsorption system are *** at task requirements on multiple walls and based on the above three bionic structures,a wall-climbing robot with the composed mode of“grabbing+adhesion+adsorption”is presented v/a the law of mechanism configuration *** static analysis,the safe attachment conditions for the robot on smooth and rough walls are that the adsorption force is 30 N or *** on Newton's Euler and Lagrange formulas,the dynamic equations of the robot on vertical walls are established to deduce that the maximum theoretical torque of the driving motor is 1.43 N·m at a uniform ***,the prototype of the wall-climbing robot is manufactured and tested on the vertical lime wall,coarse sandpaper wall and acrylic ceiling ***,experiment results imply that the average maximum moving speed and the corresponding load are 7.19 cm·s-1 and 0.8 kg on the vertical lime wall,7.78 cm·s-1 and 0.6 kg on the coarse sandpaper wall,and 5.93 cm·s-1 and 0.2 kg on the acrylic ceiling wall *** findings could provide practical reference for the robot’s application on walls.

摘要：This study aims to explore the humanoid robot joint servo drive integration design and adaptive backstepping control. To make the humanoid robot have explosive power as the human does, simply increasing the power output of the motor of a lightweight design cannot meet the demand of moving heavy objects and so on. Moreover, the backstepping control algorithm is designed to implement the dual-arm cooperative control. The joint servo drive is redesigned in the present study, which can drive the motor at a limitation state when needed output high-voltage pulse can stimulate the motor so that the motor can produce an instantaneous large torque. A miniature design scheme is presented in this study for the servo drive, explaining the design method of each part module. The ex- perimental data illustrate that the servo drive can produce an output torque greater than the rate of the high-voltage pulse that stimulates the motor. Knowledge of the control of humanoid robot moving a heavy object has important practical significance. The present study provides a complete actual problem and exhibits a real practical use case which can be used to speed up the explosive humanoid robot arms.
