摘要：公司是通勤交通的主要创造者,在与交通相关的讨论中,公司扮演着重要角色。近几年,公司提出了多种政策措施,以改善员工的出行条件,但其愿景与行动通常被研究文献所忽视。为了讨论比利时公司在交通政策方面的最佳实践,分析了现有研究成果和比利时的两次大规模通勤交通调查。首先,对公司进行分类,以便确定在推广替代交通方式方面受员工欢迎的公司。然后,通过量化分析确定交通政策的最佳实践。结果显示,最佳替代交通方式取决于公司特征;自行车交通最适合小型工作场所,大型工作场所和位于建筑密集区或市中心的公司则更适合推广公共交通;在公司交通管理中,财务激励、设施提供、信息传播和停车管理均起重要作用。

摘要：Lighting design is one of the fastest changing areas in building engineering. It has evolved significantly in recent years due to changing technology and demands for improved quality, better control, reduced energy and sustainability. This paper is an overview of what is happening in Europe and elsewhere and examines the literature to find that latest recommendations in the Code for Lighting issued by the SLL （Society of Light and Lighting） in the UK change previous demands for equal illuminance across a working plane to more specific and demanding criteria. There are recommendations for qualitative metrics and better distribution of light so as to enhance the visual appearance of interiors. European standards are also examined and the LENI （lighting energy numerical indicator） has been found to be a better way of reducing energy than installed load. New LED （light-emitting diode） lamp technology is examined and daylight is discussed in the context of these changing demands. It is found that lighting standards and design are changing for the better but that standards will need to evolve further if they are to ensure good quality lighting.

摘要：Building upon previous work （Lancaster, 2014） which defined and theoretically situated political monitoring as an analytical concept, this essay first reiterates the importance of political monitoring to the study of institutions of governance and related policy design. The conceptualization of political monitoring builds upon the psychological notion that people change their behavior if they believe someone is watching them. Second, it discusses theoretically how and why policy design might incorporate political monitoring in order to produce specific outcomes. Third, it presents empirical evidence from several illustrative examples to demonstrate how the institutionalization of political monitoring affects policy outcomes.

摘要：At the Institute of Electrical Machines of the Rheinisch Westfalilische Technische Hochschule Aachen University, there is a project financed by student fees for the realization of a magnetically levitated train in the scale of 1：50. Undergraduate students are supposed to get the possibility to design and build up a real train which serves as demonstrator for a mechatronic system. This project strengthens the motivation of students, since a practical demonstration of electromagnetic forces is given in addition to theoretical courses. This paper introduces the major project steps and explains the learning targets for the students. It focuses on analytical magnetic circuit design, numerical field simulation, modeling and control of a multi degree of freedom system, electronic circuit design, measurement setups and a first prototype test bench.

摘要：基于三维 L aplace方程的 Silvaco Interconnect3D模拟程序数值解 ,对互连寄生电容进行了计算 ,其结果用于 0 .2 5μm CMOS技术互连延迟及串扰的 SPICE模拟中。模拟结果表明 ,基于W/ P=0 .3～ 0 .4的布线准则可以获得最优的互连延迟与串扰 (Crosstalk)特性 ,通过优化互连线及驱动管的几何尺寸可以显著地减小互连线的延迟及串扰噪声。
