摘要：针对青藏高原复杂环境山地灾害监测预警存在“感知不及时、传输不出去、设备部署难”的技术难题,研制了适用于高位高危山地灾害变形与微动监测的无人机抛投式监测装置、LoRa组网及边缘计算网关等嵌入式软硬件设备,重点研究了低功耗自适应数据采集算法和射频频次自适应技术,开发了基于LoRa、北斗RDSS的自组网路由算法和多模态通讯智能切换技术,破解复杂环境数据感知及时性、低功耗与环境适应性难题。结果表明:所研发的系统现场试点应用效果良好,符合高寒山区山地灾害长期监测要求,极端环境下数据传输平均丢包率为2.3288%,为高寒复杂山区重大工程建设及运营的防灾减灾提供了新技术、新方法。

摘要：为了减少长期大量施用化肥对寒地水稻土壤及环境的影响,基于产量及上季肥料残效,依据养分专家系统(简称NE系统)在寒地水稻上进行智能化推荐施肥,采用大区对比试验设计设置不同施肥量,调查不同施肥处理对水稻生育期、产量构成因子、理论产量、实测产量及经济效益的影响,并分析不同施肥处理肥料偏生产力。结果表明,相较于农民习惯施肥(FP)三大肥料(N-P_(2)O_(5)-K_(2)O)施用量161,59和106 kg·hm^(-2),智能化推荐(N-P_(2)O_(5)-K_(2)O)施肥量为151,56和69 kg·hm^(-2),减施氮、磷、钾纯用量分别为10,3和37 kg·hm^(-2)。各处理之间的生育进程、产量构成因子、实际产量都存在一定差异且变化规律不明显。处理2的成熟期最早,为9月1日,与FP的相差2 d;处理3三大肥料的PFP都是最高的,分别为73.98,199.49和161.91 kg·kg^(-1),比FP的分别高8.86,21.78和63.00 kg·kg^(-1)。4个处理在减肥条件下均实现增产,处理3实际增产最高,产量达到11171.67 kg·hm^(-2),增产量686.73 kg·hm^(-2),增产率6.5%,各处理增产、肥料偏生产力高低顺序相一致。说明通过增施生物有机肥能有效提高水稻的产量。

摘要：Many rock avalanches were triggered by the Wenchuan earthquake on May 12, 2008 in southwest China. Protection galleries covered with a single soil layer are usually used to protect against rockfall. Since one-layer protection galleries do not have sufficient buffer capacity, a two-layered absorbing system has been designed. This study aims to find whether an expanded poly-styrol （EPS） cushion, which is used in the soil-covered protection galleries for shock absorption, could be positioned under dynamic loadings. The dynamic impacts of the two-layered absorbing system under the conditions of rock avalanches are numerically simulated through a 2D discrete dement method. By selecting reasonable parameters, a series of numerical experiments were conducted to find the best combination for the two- layered absorbing system. The values of the EPS layer area as a percentage of the total area were set as 0% （Sl）, 22~ （S2）, and 70% （$3）. 22~ of the area of the EPS layer was found to be a reasonable value, and experiments were conducted to find the best position of the EPS layer in the two-layered absorbing system. The numerical results yield useful conclusions regarding the interaction between the impacting avalanches and the two-layered absorbing system. The soil layer can absorb the shock energy effectively and S2 （0.4-m thick EPS cushion covered with soil layer） is the most efficient combination, which can reduce the impact force, compared with the other combinations.

摘要：Cable-stayed bridges have been widely used in high-speed railway *** accurate determination of cable’s representative temperatures is vital during the intricate processes of design,construction,and maintenance of cable-stayed ***,the representative temperatures of stayed cables are not specified in the existing design *** address this issue,this study investigates the distribution of the cable temperature and determinates its representative ***,an experimental investigation,spanning over a period of one year,was carried out near the bridge site to obtain the temperature *** to the statistical analysis of the measured data,it reveals that the temperature distribution is generally uniform along the cable cross-section without significant temperature ***,based on the limited data,the Monte Carlo,the gradient boosted regression trees(GBRT),and univariate linear regression(ULR)methods are employed to predict the cable’s representative temperature throughout the service *** methods effectively overcome the limitations of insufficient monitoring data and accurately predict the representative temperature of the ***,each method has its own advantages and limitations in terms of applicability and accuracy.A comprehensive evaluation of the performance of these methods is conducted,and practical recommendations are provided for their *** proposed methods and representative temperatures provide a good basis for the operation and maintenance of in-service long-span cable-stayed bridges.

摘要：In this study, a membraneless, monolithic micro photocatalytic fuel cell with an air-breathing cathode was developed for simultaneous wastewater treatment and electricity generation. In this newly-developed micro photocatalytic fuel cell, the photoanode and cathode were arranged with a shoulder-to-shoulder design, forming two planar electrodes. Such design offers several advantages of enhanced mass transfer, uniform light distribution, short light transfer path, membrane elimination and easy fabrication, integration, and compatibility with other microdevices. The performance of this type fuel cell was evaluated by using methanol as a model pollutant under the alkaline condition. Experimental results indicated the developed micro photocatalytic fuel cell was able to show good photo-response to the illumination and satisfactory performance as well as durability. Parametric study on the cell performance was also performed. It was found that increasing the light intensity, methanol concentration andKOH concentration could improve the cell performance. But for the effect of the liquid flow rate, it was shown that the cell performance firstly increased with increasing the liquid flow rate and then decreased with further increasing the liquid flow rate. This study not only opens a new avenue for the design of the micro photocatalytic fuel cell but also is helpful for the optimization of the operating conditions.

摘要：阐述符合DoDAF标准的SysML系统体系结构设计、设计方案的可执行模型和定量化系统动态性能效能评价。通过作战案例分析,提出了指挥自动化系统体系结构设计过程中建立可执行模型的一般步骤,体系结构设计的可执行模型转化方法,系统性能评价体系的构建和动态性能效能测量方法。从而解决了由系统建模语言(SysML)实现的系统体系结构设计的动态评价问题。

摘要：目的数字文化创意产业是信息革命、技术革新,以及多个产业不断交叉、发展并促成的新业态,与文化、经济、国家战略紧密关联。通过对数字文化创意产业的研究,以明确该领域当前研究热点与未来发展趋势,从而提升该产业在新一轮科技革命、产业变革,以及未来竞争中的竞争力。方法CiteSpace是当前理论界最流行的可视化科学文献分析工具,可用来构建学科知识图谱,分析研究热点,揭示前沿趋势。运用CiteSpace归纳整理中国知网(CNKI)2002—2022年的文献,并进行可视化分析。结果数字文化创意产业是一个新兴的多学科交叉的研究领域。近四年数字文化创意产业发展迅速,其与国家战略和国家政策紧密相关。数字文化创意产业研究主题丰富,研究热点主要为数字媒体、文化产业、创意产业、文化创意、数字经济等。结论研究主要存在研究承接性不足、合作意识薄弱、理论与实际较难结合、产业建设滞后等问题。未来该领域具有较大的研究空间,需要进一步推进,建立跨单位、跨区域、跨学科的合作平台,加强数字文化创意产业的定量研究,为数字文化创意产业新格局的构建提供指引。

摘要：城市公园与社区花园在所有权与话语权上的本质区别决定了其社会文化图景的差异。借助都市民族志的研究方法,城市社区花园种植者的自发性行为与认知逻辑得以跃然纸上。有别于西方的城市土地私有制度,中国城市化中的社区花园具有显著的内生农耕传统与集体文化色彩。借助空间生产理论的研究视角,文章首先论述了研究方法与视角的关联性,分析了南京市锁金村社区花园的城市公共治理、规划设计应用、公众日常生活的复杂层级建构逻辑与文化博弈。进而,以社区花园表征空间为介质,论述了一类具体的“社会互惠网络”“公共资源配置”和“地方人文价值”空间生产的现实发展图景。研究结论探讨了城市社会日常中由交往价值、使用价值主导嵌入地方集体的空间文本生产、设计知识生产的可能性,为当前存量城市发展阶段中的基层社区治理提供了合乎我国历史文化赓续要求并匹配未来社会转型布局的经验和启示。
