摘要：A simple design of hybrid wavelength division multiplexed/time division multiplexed passive optical network （WDM/ TDM-PON） is demonstrated for the high capacity next generation access （NGA） network, having advantages of both WDM and TDM based PON techniques. A 10 Gbit/s differential quadrature phase shift keying （DQPSK） data signal is used at optical line terminal （OLT） for downstream, whereas a 2.5 Gbit/s inverse return-to-zero （IRZ） data signal with high extinction ratio is used for upstream signal by intensity re-modulation of downstream signal, no additional laser is used at optical network unit （ONU）. Simulation results verify that aggregated 100 Gbit/s downstream transmissions of 10 DQPSK channels and aggregated 25 Gbit/s upstream transmission of 10 IRZ channels, using spectrally-efficient 50 GHz channel spacing, can be successfully achieved over a distance of 20 km with less than 1 dB transmission power penalties and improved receiver sensitivity.

摘要：“信号处理”课程群是电子信息工程专业重要的专业基础和专业核心课程,共包含7门课,目前面临课程间相对独立、课程对学生工程视野和应用实践能力培养不够、课程思政元素的融入尚待完善等问题。基于此,课程群开展了三个层次的研究:建立统一的课程群教学体系;与理论知识同频共振的工程实践建设,包括课程实践支撑案例的建设和综合性实践创新专题的建设;与知识传授同向同行的思政体系建设。最终实现对学生知识目标、能力目标和素质目标的培养。

摘要：为探索个体降温服的功能设计方法,对国内外降温服降温效果的影响因素研究进行了综述。从降温服的工作原理入手,分别从冷却介质和服装的优化设计展开探讨,总结各设计要素对降温服降温效果及人体热湿舒适性的影响,并对比不同参数的作用效应。分析认为:个体降温服的功能设计应在全面分析作业环境和人体活动的基础上,根据人体实际热量散失的需求,对冷却介质的用量、特征参数、组合应用,织物性能,服装结构进行综合优化设计,并依据不同类型的冷却介质有所侧重。未来,可通过数值参数化研究为冷却介质与服装的优化配置提供更为科学的依据和准确的指导,同时降温系统冷却效率的优化提升将成为个体降温服功能设计的重要发展方向。

摘要：将设计知识和用户知识的提取过程作为获取工业设计知识的方法,并以知识为基础构建数控机床ICAID系统中的知识系统;通过口语分析实验和意象尺度实验,得出工业设计师与工程师的设计思维差异以及构建ICAID系统所需的系统知识,即关于组织、管理的系统知识与工业设计领域求解问题的系统知识;分析设计师与工程师对数控机床造型设计的认知过程,得出自上而下和自下而上2种不同的认知方式,提出对应的意象尺度图与草图器2种知识推理机制;结合设计经验知识与构建ICAID系统所需知识的类型和应用模式,研究ICAID系统的构建方式,提出一个能为用户解决数控机床工业设计领域问题的知识系统模型。

摘要：For a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)model predictive current control(MPCC)system,when the speed loop adopts proportional-integral(PI)control,speed regulation is easily affected by motor parameters,resulting in the inability to balance the system robustness and dynamic performance.A PMSM optimal control strategy combining linear active disturbance rejection control(LADRC)and two-vector MPCC(TV-MPCC)is ***,a mathematical model of a PMSM is presented,and the PMSM TV-MPCC model is developed in the synchronous rotation coordinate ***,a first-order LADRC controller composed of a linear extended state observer and linear state error feedback is designed to reduce the complexity of parameter tuning while linearly simplifying the traditional active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)***,the conventional PI speed regulator in the motor speed control system is replaced by the designed LADRC *** simulation results show that the speed control system using LADRC can effectively deal with the changes in motor parameters and has better robustness and dynamic performance than PI control and similar *** system has a fast motor speed response,small overshoot,strong anti-interference,and no steady-state error,and the total harmonic distortion is reduced.

摘要：Carbonyl compounds with elements of C, H, and O and reversible redox-active centers are promising elec- trode materials in rechargeable batteries owing to their high theoretical capacity, structure flexibility and resources abun- dance. However, the low conductivity and the dissolution of active molecules in organic electrolyte limit the practical ap- plication. Immobilizing the carbonyls on graphene provides a simple approach to address these two issues. However, most reported interaction between carbon-based substrates and carbonyl compounds is weak π-π interaction, which is not strong enough to prohibit the detachment of active ma- terials from carbon surface, and thus leading to undesirable cycling performance. Herein, we applied the first principle calculations to study the carbonyls-graphene interaction and found that the weak rc-a interaction can be rationally converted to the strong a-Li-~~ interaction via introducing the groups containing Li atoms. The introduced Li atoms can cooperatively bind with the two aromatic a components through the covalent Li-carbonyl compounds interaction and Li-graphene interaction. The concept of ~（-Li-Tr interaction provides a versatile method to suppress the dissolution of active materials and increase the electronic conductivity at the same time, which gains insight into the design of organic electrode materials for rechargeable batteries with high performance.

摘要：The combination of online teaching and traditional offline teaching can maximize the advantages of *** on the blended teaching of English Reading course,39 students were selected as the research subjects to study the relationship between their online learning attitudes and their grades in the final *** from the number of times for each student to download teaching resources,the number of assignments submitted online,and the quality of the submitted assignments,each student’s attitude toward online learning was examined comprehensively,and a correlation analysis was conducted through SPSS Statistics 21.0 to explore the influence of online learning attitude on English reading *** data collection and analysis of the online learning attitudes over a 16-week period,a significant positive correlation was found between the online learning attitudes and the English reading grades,indicating that the online learning attitude in the blended learning model plays a crucial role in improving the English reading skill,and students should maintain a positive attitude toward online teaching in blended learning.

摘要：为了提高猫传染性腹膜炎(FIP)的临床检出率,本试验根据猫传染性腹膜炎病毒(FIPV)M基因设计特异性引物,将扩增的目的基因连接到p MD19-T载体上,获得重组质粒并作为标准阳性模板,建立针对FIPV的SYBR Green实时荧光定量PCR(q PCR)检测方法,并对其特异性、敏感性、重复性和临床检出率进行验证。结果显示,本方法梯度稀释的标准品与Ct值呈良好的线性关系,R^(2)=0.999 9,扩增效率为92.4%;与其他猫常见病毒未发生交叉反应;最低检测限为3.48×10^(2) copies/μL,敏感性是普通PCR检测方法的100倍;该方法重复性好,批内和批间变异系数均小于2.4%;应用该方法对临床阳性样本的检出率为100%,阴性样本检出率为0。结果表明,本试验建立的SYBR Green q PCR检测方法特异性强、敏感性高、重复性好、临床检测效果佳,可用于FIPV的临床诊断。

摘要：In order to improve the processing precision and shorten the hob manufacturing cycle of the face gear,a precision generating hobbing method for face gear with the assembly spherical hob is ***,the evolution of the cylindrical gear to spherical hob basic worm is analyzed,then the spherical hob basic worm is designed,thus the basic worm and spiral angle equation of spherical hob are ***,based on the design method of the existing hob,the development method of the assembly spherical hob is analyzed,the cutter tooth and the cutter substrate of the assembly hob are designed,and the whole assembly is ***,based on the need of face gear hobbing,a numerical control machine for gear hobbing is developed,and the equation of the face gear is ***,for reducing the face gear processing errors induced by equivalent installation errors,the error analysis model is established and the impacts of each error on the gear tooth surface are ***,the assembly spherical hob is manufactured and the gear hobbing test is *** to the measurement results,the processing parameters of face gear hobbing are modified,and the deviation of tooth surface is significantly reduced.

摘要：植物激素是生长发育的重要调节物质,但马铃薯内源激素还没有统一、高效的检测方法,难以满足深入研究的需求。本研究利用超高效液相色谱技术,设计单因素试验和正交试验,优化了SA、IAA、ABA和JA这4种植物激素的提取方法,其重复性和稳定性的相对标准偏差均小于10%,提取效率显著高于其他提取方法。利用该方法,对生长30 d的马铃薯植株的根、茎、叶、匍匐茎和顶芽的激素含量进行测定发现,顶芽和叶片中SA含量最高,顶芽和匍匐茎中IAA含量最高,叶片中ABA含量最高,根和匍匐茎中JA含量偏高。对马铃薯栽培种华薯1号和中薯5号的块茎分别在4℃、22℃和28℃条件下储存,并检测了其休眠打破过程中激素含量。结果表明,在整个休眠期,IAA含量整体呈上升趋势,SA含量呈先上升后下降而后快速上升的趋势,ABA含量整体呈下降趋势。本研究优化的提取方法提取效率高、灵敏度高、稳定性和重复性好,适用于马铃薯4种内源激素的检测分析,研究数据为马铃薯不同组织和块茎休眠过程中激素合成及作用机制提供理论参考。
