摘要：为探究动载作用下天然板岩的断裂韧度,论文采用板岩制作直切槽半圆盘弯曲试样(NSCB),利用直径50 mm分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)试验系统进行了动态冲击试验,同时使用高速摄像机记录了其裂纹扩展过程,研究了不同冲击气压和预制裂纹长度下板岩的动态断裂韧度及裂纹扩展速度。结果表明:试件的动态断裂韧度与冲击气压和加载率呈现正相关,而随着预制裂纹长度的增加动态断裂韧度先增加后减小,根据拟合结果,当预制裂纹长度为7.45 mm时试件的动态断裂韧度达到最大值,0.2、0.3和0.4 MPa三种冲击气压下对应的动态断裂韧度最大值分别为2.99、3.57和4.14 GPa·m^(1/2);试件的破坏过程可以分为动态损伤、裂纹孕育、裂纹形成、裂纹扩展和试件断裂五个阶段;试件主裂纹的扩展速度波动较大,而预制裂纹长度对试件裂纹扩展速度的影响较小。研究揭示了不同工况下板岩试件动态断裂行为的差异,对该类岩性地下工程支护、爆破参数设计具有一定的参考意义。

摘要：The robust porous architectures of active materials are highly desired for oxygen electrodes in lithium–oxygen batteries to enable high capacities and excellent reversibility. Herein, we report a novel three-dimensional replication strategy to fabricate three-dimensional architecture of porous carbon for oxygen electrodes in lithium–oxygen batteries. As a demonstration, ball-flower-like carbon microspheres assembled with tortuous hollow carbon nanosheets are successfully prepared by completely replicating the morphology of the nanostructured zinc oxide template and utilizing the polydopamine coating layer as the carbon *** used as the active material for oxygen electrodes, the three-dimensional porous architecture of the prepared ballflower-like carbon microspheres can accommodate the discharge product lithium peroxide and simultaneously maintain the ions and gas diffusion paths. Moreover, their high degrees of defectiveness by nitrogen doping provide sufficient active sites for oxygen reduction/evolution *** the prepared ball-flower-like carbon microspheres demonstrate a high capacity of 9,163.7 mA h g-1 and excellent reversibility. This work presents an effective way to prepare three-dimensional architectures of porous carbon by replicating the controllable nanostructures of transition metal oxide templates for energy storage and conversion applications.

摘要：随着互联网的发展和用户的增长,广告行业从传统的线下广告模式,逐步转变为线上广告模式.同时,由于大数据分析技术的运用,线上广告模式相比于传统广告也体现了巨大的优越性.广告主之间相互竞争,通过竞价的方式,将自己的广告投放在运营媒体的广告位上.所以,在投放前预测该广告可能被用户点击的概率(CTR),对于广告主减少成本和增加可能收入来说非常重要.本文在调研了目前常用的广告点击率预测模型的基础上,选取广告主、广告和投放媒体平台信息作为预测模型的特征,采用真实数据集验证说明各种模型的优劣性,以及不同特征对广告点击率预测结果的影响.

摘要：招聘和求职是人才市场上需方和供方之间的博弈过程。鉴于招聘企业与求职人才均无法充分知晓对方的需求信息,招聘网站服务商应运而生。本文引入网站简历适配度参数,构建网站服务商和招聘企业之间的广告合作模型,预测招聘企业、服务商和服务供应链期望效用。招聘企业可选定一个或几个网站服务商构建长期合作的招聘服务供应链,通过合作发布招聘广告的形式,吸引求职人才投递简历,提高招聘效果。研究发现,网站广告效应越大,越便于求职人才投递简历,招聘效用越大;网站简历适配度越大,人才简历量越多,招聘效用越大。预先确定广告赠送率或职位价格,可预测另一参数及其对应的招聘效用。通过案例研究,本文方法成功帮助一家招聘企业选定两个理想的网站服务商构建长期合作的并联招聘服务供应链。实践证明本文广告合作模型具有良好的应用价值。
