摘要：A new series of diaryl urea derivatives bearing N-acylhydrazone moiety were designed and synthesized. All the target compounds were evaluated for their antiproliferative activities against human leukemia cell line （HL-60）, human lung adenocarcinoma epithelial cell line （A549） and human breast cancer cell line （MDA-MB-231） in vitro by standard MTT assay. The pharmacological results indicated that some compounds exhibited promising antitumor activities. Compound 1j showed the most potent antiproliferative activity against the tested three cell lines with IC50 values of 0.13 μmol/L, 0.7 μmol/L and 0.5μmol/L, respectively.

摘要：With a growing population, an increasing number of petrochemical facilities are built with larger capacity and more complexity, which pose a great risk to assets, community and environment. The value of inherently safer design is recognized with time by all stakeholders, and an effective tool is needed to evaluate and compare inherent safety of alternative technologies. This study developed a safety index to evaluate existing technologies for their safety levels and guide inherently safer design. The Integrated Risk-based Safety Index(IRSI) was developed based on a comprehensive review of petrochemical processes, incident cases from Sinopec and US Chemical Safety Board, and existing safety index systems. The IRSI included all major hazards, including fire, explosion,toxic release, dust explosion, physical explosion, and runaway. Also, the integrated life cycle approach considered chemical hazards, equipment failure rates and safety measures in this risk-based index. Advanced modeling techniques, PHAST simulation and Neural Network, were used in the development of three novel sub-indices in the projects, fire, explosion and toxic release. The index system could be easily incorporated into a user friendly tool for the ease of application. A case study of hydrogen dioxide was conducted using the IRSI, which showed its capability for evaluating the safety level of process facilities.

摘要：我们已经根据花岗岩的资料编制了一份山西省早白垩世下地壳地质图,本文增加了镜质组反射率资料,重新编制了一份山西省早白垩世下地壳地质图。经过对比,得出了许多新认识。对比说明,在下地壳填图中,镜质组反射率是一个非常有用的资料。镜质组反射率可以记录它形成以后所能够达到的最高温度,是煤田和石油地质部门成熟度测量中广泛应用且可靠的方法之一。镜质组反射率方法对岩石学和矿床学也非常有用,因此可以根据镜质组反射率资料推测深部是否有隐伏岩体以及隐伏岩体的分布和规模,推测下地壳底部是否有地幔上涌以及地幔上涌的分布。利用镜质组反射率分布寻找隐伏岩体,再根据隐伏岩体找矿,是一个找矿的新方法。文中根据山西省镜质组反射率的分布,推测在若干R_(o)>3.0%的地区的深部有可能发现隐伏岩体,其中,祁县隐伏岩体已经被钻探验证所证实。山西省煤矿很多,凡是无烟煤分布区均是寻找隐伏岩体的有利地区。文中还根据镜质组反射率资料对山西省早白垩世下地壳地质图进行了修改,指出山西省中部和南部的深部为大片中生代(主要是早白垩世)花岗岩分布区,也是早白垩世时地幔上涌的区域。根据地层资料和花岗岩资料推测山西省北部(大同以北)为地壳厚度正常区,南部为地壳加厚区(为中国东部高原的一部分)。南部为地幔上涌区,北部无地幔上涌迹象;故南部下地壳为高温榴辉岩相区,北部下地壳为低温榴辉岩相区。地表有矿产分布的区域,下地壳为含流体榴辉岩相区。山西省中部和西部的下地壳可能为榴辉岩相-麻粒岩相过渡区,暗示中国东部高原在山西省可能呈现为向西缓慢下降的趋势。

摘要：Based on the principles of the bioisosterism, combination of the active substructures of selective estrogen receptor modulators which are currently therapeutic agents available for the prevention and treatment of various estrogen dependent diseases, and structural optimization, a novel series of 2-aroyl-3-aryl-6,7-dihydro-5H-furo[3,2-g]- chromen derivatives was designed as potent selective estrogen receptor modulators via molecular docking. The target compounds have been synthesized, and characterized by 1R, proton NMR, ESI-MS, elemental analysis and evaluated for their antitumor activity against human osteosarcoma U2OS-EGFP-4FI2G cell line. Some target compounds showed good inhibition effects on U2OS-EGFP-4F12G cell line and the preliminary structure-activity relationships were discussed.

摘要：设计了一种以单片机为控制单元的可调频调幅激励源。它由信号发生电路、放大电路以及功率输出级构成。正弦波发生器是基于直接数字频率合成器(DDS)芯片AD9833,放大电路利用数字电位器MAX5400来实现电压幅度调节。输出级以集成功率放大芯片PA05为主放大器,采用了改进的Howland电流泵以产生稳定的电流,并设计了电压自动跟随电路为PA05供电。经实验验证,该激励源频率(0～300 kHz)和电流(0～30 A)分别连续可调,具有良好的频率和幅度稳定性。

摘要：为了提高高功率激光系统的整体效率和充分利用光能,需要对前端注入的高斯光束进行空间整形,实现驱动器终端激光的均匀化输出。采用振幅型二元面板对激光光束进行空间强度整形,利用误差扩散法进行了理论设计,数值摸拟了整形效果,同时讨论了面板加工误差以及空间滤波器的小孔大小等因素带来的影响。根据理论设计,分别加工了反高斯透射率分布和抛物线透射率分布的二元面板,并进行了整形实验,实现了各自的整形功能,并做了误差分析。实验证明二元面板能对激光光束的空间强度分布实现了精确的整形。

摘要：用户的感性诉求日益获得产品设计师和企业决策者的关注,为了使产品开发人员在开发新产品时能满足用户多维复合的感性诉求,提出一种结合熵处理、灰色关联分析和逼近理想解排序(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,TOPSIS)的方法,用于产品设计方案的评估。首先,在运用K-mean聚类分析和因子分析方法分别获得符合用户感性认知的典型样本和典型感性意象的基础上,运用语意差异法获得用户-意象初始评价值;其次,应用信息熵计算评估指标的权重;最后,采用灰色关联分析与TOPSIS相结合的方法实现用户多维意象特定要求下对备选设计方案的排序优选。以3D打印机设计方案优选为例,验证了方法的可行性。研究结果表明,该方法符合用户实际的复杂认知,能有效客观地对产品设计方案进行评估和优选,具有实际应用价值和指导作用。

摘要：基于脑电的脑机交互能帮助肢体运动障碍患者进行日常生活和康复训练,但是,由于脑电信号存在信噪比较低、个体差异性大等问题,导致脑电特征的提取与分类还需要进一步提高准确性和效率.因此,在减少脑电采集通道数目、增加分类数目的前提下,基于卷积神经网络对运动想象中的脑电信号进行分类.首先,基于已有方法进行探索实验,建立由 3层卷积层、3层池化层和 2层全连接层构成的卷积神经网络;然后针对想象左手、右手、脚的运动和静息态设计与开展了实验,获取了相关脑电数据;之后,利用脑电数据训练出基于卷积神经网络的分类模型,测试结果表明,该模型平均分类识别率达到了 82.81%,且高于已有的相关分类算法;最后,将已建立的分类模型应用于运动想象信号的在线分类,设计与开发了脑机交互应用原型系统,驱动人-机器人之间的实时交互,帮助用户利用运动想象控制仿人机器人的抬手、前进等运动状态.进一步的测试结果表明,机器人对用户控制命令的平均识别率达到了 80.31%,从而验证了所提方法可以对运动想象脑电数据进行较为精确的实时分类,可以促进脑机接口技术在人-机器人交互中的应用.
