摘要：Efficient and precise localization is a prerequisite for the intelligent navigation of mobile robots. Traditional visual localization systems, such as visual odometry （VO） and simultaneous localization and mapping （SLAM）, suffer from two shortcomings： a drift problem caused by accumulated localization error, and erroneous motion estimation due to illumination variation and moving objects. In this paper, we propose an enhanced VO by introducing a panoramic camera into the traditional stereo-only VO system. Benefiting from the 360° field of view, the panoramic camera is responsible for three tasks： （1） detect- ing road junctions and building a landmark library online; （2） correcting the robot＇s position when the landmarks are revisited with any orientation; （3） working as a panoramic compass when the stereo VO cannot provide reliable positioning results. To use the large-sized panoramic images efficiently, the concept of compressed sensing is introduced into the solution and an adap- tive compressive feature is presented. Combined with our previous two-stage local binocular bundle adjustment （TLBBA） stereo VO, the new system can obtain reliable positioning results in quasi-real time. Experimental results of challenging long-range tests show that our enhanced VO is much more accurate and robust than the traditional VO, thanks to the compressive panoramic landmarks built online.

摘要：改革开放后,中国大陆广告学研究逐步复苏,至今已近40年。本文通过文献分析,梳理了近40年发表于国际期刊的中国广告学研究成果。研究发现,中国学者直到1991年才开始在国际期刊上发表广告学论文,但发文量增长迅速,至今发文总量在全球排名第四;发表的论文多属于交叉研究,商学是它们的主导学科方向;发文最多的作者所属的机构分支以管理学院居多,中国大陆广告学研究机构和学者的贡献少,广告本体研究地位边缘。未来,中国广告学研究应该从飞速发展的中国广告产业中提炼重要研究问题,以国际广告学理论和交叉学科理论为基础,以前沿研究方法为支撑,努力开创既有中国特色又有全球启示的广告学研究原创成果。

They are usually achieved by cloning the coding sequence (CDS) of a target gene into a vector containing natural or engineered regulatory elements. However, this strategy is limited when target genes are hard to clone, for example when the CDS is too long, or expression level is too low.

摘要：Information storage and corresponding encryption/decryption are highly important owing to the prevalence of counterfeit activities and information leakage in the current age. Herein, we propose a novel method to store information via controllable ionoprinting onto fluorescent hydrogel for hierarchical and multi-dimensional *** incorporating pyrene moieties and carboxylic groups into polymeric hydrogel network, fluorescence changing and controllable shape deformation behaviors could be achieved and integrated by ionoprinting of Fe3+ions. The diffusion of Fe^3+ions into fluorescent hydrogel can quench the fluorescence of pyrene moieties, and chelate with carboxylic groups to generate anisotropic structures for shape deformation simultaneously. Thus, fluorescence quenching-based 2D information and actuation-based 3D information could be hierarchically decrypted when exposed to UV light and being put into water, respectively. Importantly, the stored information could be erased by replacing Fe^3+with H^+, which allows the fluorescent hydrogel as a recyclable information storage material. This work may provide new insights in designing and fabricating novel soft devices for hierarchical and multidimensional information encryption, against the rising problems of counterfeiting and confidential information disclosure.

摘要：Target-mediated drug disposition (TMDD)model is one of the main modeling theories for studying nonlinear pharmacokinetics (PK)ofmonoclonal ***,there are too many parameters in full TMDD model to be estimated based on limited clinical data,leading to instability of the final *** the present study,we analyzed the predictive ability and applicability of a simplified quasi-steady state (QSS)model with the assumption that the total target concentration was a constant parameter during treatment with monoelonal antibody in clinical data *** on the parameters of a published TMDD model of denosumab,simulations were performed at population and individual ***,a simplified TMDD model,QSS model, was used to examine the effects of hypotheses,in which the total receptor concentration was constant or variable on model fit and stability of parameter *** simulations at the population level and model fit results of simulated individual data showed that at the therapeutic doses,the total receptor concentration had little influence on changes in drug concentration,and the model with constant total receptor concentration had the same predictive *** validated hypothesis could be applied to clinical trial design and selection of the optimal PK model in the development of monoclonal antibodies.
