摘要：This study inve.tigate. the.pote.tial utility of poly (sodium N-unde.anoyl-L-le.cyl-valinate. (poly-L-SULV), poly (sodium N-unde.anoyl-L-le.cyl-alanate. (poly-L-SULA), and poly (sodium N-unde.anoyl-glycinate. (poly-SUG) mole.ular mice.le. (MMs) as che.ators for he.vy me.al (Cd, Cr, Cu, Co, and Ni) ion re.e.iation of kaolinite.clay using D-optimum e.pe.ime.tal de.ign. D-optimum e.pe.ime.tal de.ign was e.ploye. to simultane.usly inve.tigate.the.influe.ce.of de.ign variable. such as the.buffe. pH, che.ator conce.tration, and ce.trifuge.spe.d to e.aluate.the.optimum conditions and to re.uce.the.time.and cost of me.al ion re.e.iation. The.partition coe.ficie.ts of the.me.al ion conce.trations be.we.n the.kaolinite.clay and che.ator e.uilibrium we.e.also e.aluate.. In addition, the.influe.ce.of me.al ion conce.trations on the.re.e.iation capability of the.che.ators was e.aluate. by conducting re.e.iation studie. at four diffe.e.t (10 ppm, 40 ppm, 60 ppm, and 80 ppm) me.al ion conce.trations. In ge.e.al, the.re.ults of the.re.e.iation e.ficie.cy and partition coe.ficie.ts obtaine. in this study are.highly me.al ion de.e.de.t and also de.e.de.t upon the.che.ator use. for the.re.e.iation. Spe.ifically, the.re.e.iation e.ficie.cy of the.mole.ular mice.le. was found to be.comparable.to or be.te. than the.corre.ponding re.e.iation e.ficie.cy obtaine. whe. SDS or e.TA was use. for the.re.e.iation. Howe.e., at optimum conditions, poly-SULV and poly-L-SULA mole.ular mice.le.che.ators de.onstrate. supe.ior re.e.iation e.ficie.cie. for Cr, with re.e.iation e.ficie.cy of 99.9 ± 8.7% and 99.1 ± 0.7%, re.pe.tive.y.
