摘要：The laying quail is a worldwide breed which exhibits high economic value. In our current study, the vas- oactive intestinal peptide receptor-1 （VIPR-1） was selected as the candidate gene for identifying traits of egg produc- tion. A single nucleotide polymorphism （SNP） detection was performed in 443 individual quails, including 196 quails from the H line, 202 quails from the L line, and 45 wild quails. The SNPs were genotyped using a polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism （PCR-RFLP）. Two mutations （G373T, A313G） were detected in all the tested quail populations. The associated analysis showed that the SNP genotypes of the VIPR-1 gene were sig- nificantly linked with the egg weight of G373T and A313G in 398 quails. The quails with the genotype GG always exhibited the largest egg weight for the two mutations in the H and L lines. Linkage disequilibrium （LD） analysis in- dicated that G373T and A313G loci showed the weakest LD. Seven main diplotypes from the four main reconstructed haplotypes were observed, indicating a significant association of diplotypes with egg weight. Quails with the hlh2 （GGGT） diplotype always exhibited the smallest egg weight and largest egg number at 20 weeks of age. The overall results suggest that the alterations in quails may be linked with potential major loci or genes affecting reproductive traits.

摘要：Although graphite anodes operated with representative de/intercalation patterns at low potentials are considered highly desirable for K-ion batteries,the severe capacity fading caused by consecutive reduction reactions on the aggressively reactive surface is inevitable given the scarcity of effective protecting ***,by introducing a flame-retardant localized high-concentration electrolyte with retentive solvation configuration and relatively weakened anion-coordination and non-solvating fluorinated ether,the rational solid electrolyte interphase characterized by well-balanced inorganic/organic components is tailored in *** effectively prevented solvents from excessively decomposing and simultaneously improved the resistance against K-ion ***,the graphite anode retained a prolonged cycling capability of up to 1400 cycles(245 mA h g,remaining above 12 mon)with an excellent capacity retention of as high as 92.4%.This is superior to those of conventional and high-concentration ***,the optimized electrolyte with moderate salt concentration is perfectly compatible with graphite,providing a potential application prospect for K-storage evolution.

摘要：Morphology,distribution,composition,forming ability,structural stability and intrinsic mechanical properties of the intermetallic compounds(IMCs)formed in steel/aluminum laser welding were determined through scanning electron microscope,energy dispersive spectrometer,X-ray diffractometer and first-principles *** was found that the mechanical properties of the joint are limited by the Fe−Al IMCs,whose brittleness is attributed to the orbital hybridization between Al(s),Al(p)and Fe(d).However,the joint properties are improved by adding interlayer,which is ascribed to some changes of electronic structure of the generated *** transition mechanism of IMCs changing from brittle to ductile is mainly due to the weak ability of interlayer elements to attract *** mechanical properties of the joint are closely related to the ductility or brittleness of the ***,the addition of Ti foil interlayer effectively improves the mechanical properties of the joints,which means that the experimental verification is in good agreement with the theoretical calculation predictions.

摘要：研究了束缚在梯子形光晶格中的中性原子与高精度腔耦合的系统,发现由超辐射引起的准周期调制可以导致迁移率边和重返局域化现象的出现.在平均场近似下,超辐射现象可以引起两种不同频率的准周期调制,它们可以由腔场和泵浦场有效调节.在本文的观测范围内,当高频调制强度小于某一临界值时,系统随着低频调制强度的增加经历一次局域转变.通过数值求解分形维度、密度分布、平均参与率、平均逆参与率以及标度分析,证明了局域转变历经的临界相区存在迁移率边;当高频调制强度大于临界值时,随着低频调制强度的增强,系统依次经历完全扩展相-临界相-完全局域相-临界相-完全局域相,这是一个典型的重返局域化现象.最后给出了局域化相图.该研究结果为超辐射相变和重返局域化现象的研究建立了联系,也为重返局域化的研究搭建了新的平台.

摘要：概率对偶犹豫模糊集包含隶属度、非隶属度及相应的概率信息,是刻画不确定决策信息的重要工具.针对属性权重信息未知的概率对偶犹豫模糊多属性决策问题,文中提出基于概率对偶犹豫模糊信息相关性系数的多属性决策方法.首先,运用概率对偶犹豫模糊信息熵计算属性客观权重,并与决策者给定的主观权重结合,得到属性综合权重.然后,提出概率对偶犹豫模糊信息相关性系数和加权相关性系数,用于衡量决策信息之间的相关性水平,并分析提出的相关性系数的优良性质.最后,设计基于概率对偶犹豫模糊信息相关性系数的多属性决策方法,并应用于雾霾治理措施的选择实验.实验表明,文中方法具有较好的鲁棒性和有效性.

摘要：基于网格的紧致化存储系统可以密集地存储货物,在充分利用存储空间的同时还能较好地保证货物的可达性。现有研究集中在取货时间最小化算法设计等基本问题上,但如何更好地利用这些研究结果改善系统设计的研究还未展开。本文应用现有算法研究成果分析网格紧致化存储系统的不同分区布局的绩效,构建了一个开放的排队网络,由基于取货时间的分区仓储子系统、仓储分区内基于货物需求频率的ABC分类子系统两个部分组成。以网格面积10×10为实例的计算实验表明,与随机存储分配规则相比,对基于网格的存储系统进行分区所实现的期望取货时间可以减少53.8%;在此基础上再进行ABC分类可以进一步改善系统性能最多可以达到46.5%,同时还可以大幅度减少因排队所产生的等待时间。

摘要：The electronic structures and mechanical properties of Al4Sr, Mg2Sr and Mg23Sr6 phases were determined by the use of first-principles calculations. The calculated heat of formation and cohesive energy indicate that Al4Sr has the strongest alloying ability as well as the highest structural stability. The elastic parameters were calculated, and then the bulk modulus, shear modulus, elastic modulus and Poisson ratio were derived. The ductility and plasticity were discussed. The results show that Al4Sr and Mg2Sr phases both are ductile, on the contrary, Mg23Sr6 is brittle, and among the three phases, Mg2Sr is a phase with the best plasticity.

摘要：针对磁悬浮流体机械喘振问题,依据流体机械系统喘振状态时质量流量和压升的波动,采用基于质量流量的喘振控制策略。具体来说,利用喘振控制器求出叶轮轴向调节间隙值,并作为悬浮位置参考信号输入至轴向磁悬浮轴承闭环控制系统中,从而在轴向磁悬浮轴承系统作动下改变磁悬浮流体机械转子轴向位置,即改变叶轮叶尖间隙,以实现喘振的主动控制。仿真结果表明,当施加喘振控制时,可以扩展流体机械的稳定运行范围,由未控制下的15.5%节流阀开度扩展至喘振控制下的14%。通过模拟激振的方式辨识了喘振频率,并研究了PID控制器中控制参数对喘振控制性能的影响规律。

摘要：本文在多节阻抗变换器基础上嵌入螺旋型缺陷地结构(SP-DGS)以满足功分器所需阻抗和相位条件,从而实现了在两个任选的工作频率上同时具有良好功率传输、匹配和隔离特性的新型功分器设计.该设计的突出优点是所需电抗可由SP-DGS结构精确实现,整个设计过程严密而不失灵活性.最后,采用上述方法设计并研制了一个2.4GHz/5.8GHz双频功分器,工作频带内的最大插损分别是0.1dB和0.4dB,回波损耗和隔离度均优于15dB.
