摘要：由于传统加工无法满足动漫模型形状复杂、单件小批量,制作周期短,而3D打印技术中的FDM快速成型技术可以解决这些问题。根据FDM快速成型技术成本低、体积小、无污染以及制作速度快的特点,利用简易型快速成型机完成了一批客户急需的动漫模型的制作。针对模型在制作过程中由加工设备、加工参数等因素产生的冷却收缩变形以及开裂等缺陷进行了分析。提出了对模型抽壳或者掏空的方案减小了模型的冷却收缩变形,优化了加工工艺参数以提高模型的质量和制作的效率。

摘要：α-Fe2O3 thin films have been synthesized and used as photoanodes for photo-electrochemical (PEC) water oxidation. Molybdate was introduced to mediate hematite thin films via two synthesis routes (namely in situin situ mediation and ex situ modification). Through the in situ mediation process, the morphology and film thickness could be changed significantly due to the addition of MoO42-, while for the ex situ modification, the PEC performance of the hematite has been greatly improved without changing the nanorod morphology. Various characterizations such as UV-Vis absorption, transmission electronic microscopy, scanning electronic microscopy, Mott-Schottky, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were conducted and the PEC performances were investigated.

摘要：针对复杂地质条件下高边墙、多洞交叉的大型洞室群多步开挖过程中的强卸荷特点,采用经验类比、数值分析、智能分析等方法的综合集成,提出复杂条件下大型洞室群稳定性分析、开挖过程与支护设计的智能动态设计方法。该方法以解决大型地下洞室群不同设计阶段稳定性需要解决的关键问题为目标,从地质条件的认识、地应力分布特征的把握、高边墙多洞室交叉的围岩变形破坏机制的理解到围岩稳定性评价、破坏模式识别、调控措施(开挖过程和支护方案)全局优化以及施工过程中的反馈分析与动态调整的系统全过程进行研究,论述地下洞室群修建前的初步设计方法和洞群修建过程中的动态最终设计方法。在锦屏二级水电站地下厂房设计与施工全过程的应用实践表明,该方法可以实现大型洞室群设计与施工的信息化、智能化和科学化。

摘要：提出了一种分层递变梯度蜂窝材料模型,以期控制蜂窝材料的能量动态吸收性能。此模型通过改变胞元的半径来改变蜂窝材料的面内特征参数,以实现蜂窝材料面内动力响应特性的多目标优化设计。计算结果表明,此模型可以在减小初始峰值应力水平的前提下,同时实现材料能量吸收过程的控制,并可以有效控制进入被保护结构的应力水平。此模型可为蜂窝材料冲击动力学性能的多目标优化设计提供理论指导和设计思路。

摘要：为优化特高压同塔双回导线布置方式,分析了输电线路设计中导线总截面、子导线截面、分裂方式、导线对地高度等影响导线选型的因素,根据特高压淮南-上海特高压工程的实际情况确定了8×LGJ630为可满足环境要求的最小导线型式。通过计算分析得到:电磁环境参数随分裂数、子导线半径、分裂半径的增加而普遍降低;杆塔结构因导线布置相对位置增大而结构复杂,造价增加。针对鼓型和伞型两种杆塔型式,提出了导线布置优化设计的方法:首先确定可满足现有条件的最小导线形式;并调整导线布置的水平和垂直距离,得出满足环境要求的导线布置的最小水平和垂直距离;杆塔尺寸和导线布置根据社会经济、地理条件由设计院合理确定。最后给出了可用于设计直接查询使用的、导线水平和垂直距离与环境影响的关系曲线。

摘要：为满足偏振光谱成像探测中对于大视场、宽谱段技术要求,设计了一种基于偏振强度调制技术(PSIM)的宽谱段大视场偏振光谱成像仪。针对前置望远镜组,文中对现有国内玻璃材料消色差分析,优选了可见至短波红外的复消色差玻璃,通过控制镜组中PSIM模块光线角度,实现大视场内在PSIM模块上的入射角度需求。结合分析结果,采用光学设计软件优化设计。设计结果表明,前置望远系统能够实现波段为400~1 700 nm,视场角为72°,焦距为20 mm, F数为4的高质量成像,全谱段内探测器截止频率处传递函数优于0.4, PSIM模块上最大入射角度为±4.99°,有效保证了各视场内偏振调制的一致性。后置光谱分光系统采用基于Offner结构的凸面光栅,优化结果显示各波段点列图均小于一个像元,在探测器奈奎斯特频率处中心波长的MTF达到0.6,各项指标均满足设计要求。本文对于基于PSIM宽谱段偏振光谱成像仪器的工程化具有很重要的现实意义,对宽谱段光学系统消色差设计也具有一定指导意义。
