摘要:This paper presents an adaptive Under Frequency Load Shedding scheme based on Wide Area Measurement System. Due to the lack of enough adaptability to the operation state of the system, the traditional successive approximation under frequency load shedding method will cause excessive cut or undercut problems inevitably. This method consists first in a comprehensive weight index including load characteristics and inertias of generators. Then active-power deficit calculation based on the Low-order Frequency Response Model, concerning the effect of voltage was put forward. Finally, a dynamic correction of the load shedding amount was proposed to modify the scheme. This approach was applied to IEEE-39 system and the simulation results indicated that the proposed method was effective in reducing the load shedding amount as well as the frequency recovery time.
摘要:基于对微网网架规划特点和用户停电损失的研究,建立了考虑用户停电损失的微网网架规划模型,并将分布式电源(DG)和负荷的时序特性纳入目标函数中,以最小化网络年费用为优化目标,综合考虑潮流约束、运行安全性约束、网络约束和可靠性约束。在Dijkstra形成初始网架后,采用改进的遗传算法求解模型。最后,将其应用于上海某居民小区29节点的微网网架规划中,得出了最优网架规划方案。
摘要:机舱局部细水雾灭火系统具有环保、高效、灵活等优势,已广泛应用于船舶消防系统中,近几年在军用舰船上也得到运用。文中介绍了机舱局部细水雾灭火系统的原理和应用特性,结合某型船的实际运用情况,分析了影响系统安全使用的风险因素及应对方案。为更好地发挥该系统在船舶消防系统的优势,提出了若干设计改进意见。
摘要:随着用电负荷的不断增长,变压器室日益突出的通风问题影响了变压器的正常运行。通过对影响变压器室温度的各项因素的分析,提出了应对变压器室温升和通风散热的方法,阐述了通风面积、通风量和通风方式的合理选择,并以天津市某35 kV变电站变压器室为例进行通风设计改造,为变压器室的通风设计及通风设备的选型提供参考。
