摘要:为了科学论证米市水库对安宁河河谷发展的作用,基于新时期安宁河流域社会经济发展需求,论证了水库建成后区域水资源配置、河流水文情势以及防洪减灾等情况。结果显示,水库建成后可以有效解决工农业和下游生态用水需求,为安宁河干流提供综合补水2990万m3,可提高喜德县城、泸沽镇等下游沿河乡镇和异地扶贫搬迁集中安置区的防洪标准至30年一遇,同时对孙水河下游沿河乡镇供水条件、以及孙水河和安宁河干流的水质改善发挥积极效益。水库建设对安宁河流域生态保护和高质量发展战略具有重要支撑作用,研究成果对米市水库建设和建成后的调蓄运营具有重要意义。
摘要:To solve the topology optimization of complicated multi-objective continuous/discrete design variables in aircmit structure design, a Parallel Pareto Genetic Algorithm (PPGA) is presented based on grid platform in this paper. In the algorithm, the commercial finite element analysis (FEA) software is integrated as the calculating tool for analyzing the objective functions and the filter of Pareto solution set based on weight information is introduced to deal with the relationships among all objectives. Grid technology is utilized in PPGA to realize the distributed computations and the user interface is developed to realize the job submission and job management locally/remotely. Taking the aero-elastic tailoring of a composite wing for optimization as an example, a set of Pareto solutions are obtained for the decision-maker. The numerical results show that the aileron reversal problem can be solved by adding the limited skin weight in this system. The algorithm can be used to solve complicated topology optimization for composite structures in engineering and the computation efficiency can be improved greatly by using the grid platform that aggregates numerous idle resources.
摘要:职业体育联赛的规范化一定程度上体现了体育竞赛表演业的发展水平,对助力体育产业高质量发展具有现实意义。采用文献资料等方法,诊断CBA联赛规范化发展的现实问题,并在对标职业体育联赛规范化发展国际经验的基础上,提出了CBA联赛规范化发展的路径。认为,当前CBA联赛存在诸多发展瓶颈,包括:组织体系构建不完善,各方摩擦愈加频繁;政企管办不分,市场主体作用不强;布局规划不合理,联赛市场推广受限。通过梳理发现,体系完善、上下联动的公司化运营架构,分权制衡、多元协同的市场化治理机制,科学系统、竞争平衡的制度化体系设计是美国职业体育联赛的主要实践经验。对标美国经验,立足中国现实,认为CBA联赛应科学构建公司架构,加强辅助组织建设;厘清各方权责关系,增强市场主体意识;系统构建竞争机制,优化体育运行秩序。
摘要:针对空箱调运问题,在传统免疫遗传算法(Immune Genetic Algorithm,IGA)基础上,通过对Hamming距离计算方式优化与调整,获得抗体亲和度与抗体浓度的精确度量,并据此设计了改进免疫遗传算法(Improved Immune Genetic Algorithm,IIGA)。为验证该算法的有效性和优势,以兰州铁路局下辖的各集装箱办理站实际运输数据为例,分别将所提出的IIGA与传统IGA、遗传算法(Genetic Algorithm,GA)设计对比实验。结果表明:在解决空箱调运问题时,相较于传统IGA与GA,IIGA能够在相对较短的时间内,以最少的迭代次数迅速收敛至最优解。
摘要:针对竹制产品产业发展存在的问题,从现代设计的角度对竹材产品开发进行了研究,提出从现代造型设计语言、现代设计理念、现代制造技术、品牌设计等方面对竹材产品进行创意设计的方法,为竹产品开发设计提供参考。

摘要:Solid propellant air-turbo-rocket(SPATR) is an air-breathing propulsion system.A numerical model of performance and characteristics analysis for SPATR was presented and the corresponding computer program was written according to the operation characteristics of *** influence on the SPATR performance at design point caused by the gas generator exit parameters and compressor pressure ratio had been computed and analyzed in *** off-design performance of SPATR at sea level and high altitude had also been *** performance of thrust and specific impulse for SPATR with different solid propellant had been compared at off-design points,and the off-design performance comparison had been made between fuel-rich and *** computation results indicated that SPATR operates within wide range of Mach number(0~3) and altitude(0~12 km),and SPATR possesses high specific thrust(1 200 N/(kg/s)) and high specific impulse(7 000 N/(kg/s)) when fuel-air ratio of combustor equals fuel-air ratio.
摘要:背景:在骨组织愈合过程中,促进新生骨的血管化是加速骨组织修复的常用策略,然而骨缺损修复过程中过快的纤维化进程常常被忽略。目的:设计并制备一种具有调节新生骨痂内纤维化及血管化进程的核壳结构仿生支架,表征其物理学特征,验证其体内外抗纤维化与促成骨性能。方法:制备具有调节新生骨痂内纤维化及血管化进程的核壳结构仿生支架,外层壳结构由聚己内酯静电纺丝纳米纤维负载成纤维细胞活化蛋白抑制剂组成,内层核结构由甲基丙烯酸酐明胶水凝胶负载去铁胺组成,表征静电纺丝和水凝胶的物理学特征,利用活死染色与CCK-8实验验证材料的生物相容性。通过成纤维细胞体外实验分析支架壳结构的抗纤维化作用,通过MC3T3-E1细胞体外实验分析支架壳结构中成纤维细胞活化蛋白抑制剂的促成骨作用,通过人脐静脉内皮细胞分析支架核结构中去铁胺的促血管形成作用。通过大鼠临界骨缺损实验评估核壳结构仿生支架的骨修复作用。结果与结论:①核壳结构仿生支架具有良好的生物相容性,静电纺丝技术制备的聚己内酯电纺纤维具有疏水性,在物理层面上有效阻隔外源性纤维组织长入,电纺纤维膜在2周内可有效释放抗纤维化药物成纤维细胞活化蛋白抑制剂,释放的抗纤维化药物可以抑制骨缺损周围成纤维细胞的生长、黏附,有效降低成纤维相关蛋白的表达,同时可促进MC3T3-E1细胞成骨蛋白的表达,加快其矿化速度;支架核结构中的去铁胺可促进人脐静脉内皮细胞的迁移、成管能力,并促进其强烈表达“H”血管特征性蛋白。②在SD大鼠的股骨制造临界骨缺损模型中,相较于聚己内酯膜,核壳结构仿生支架实现了骨缺损的有效修复。③结果表明,核壳结构仿生支架在预防骨痂过度纤维化的同时促进新生骨痂内“H”血管形成,能有效避免骨不连的发生,加速临界骨缺损修复进程。
摘要:Mathematical models are disappointing due to uneven distribution of the air gap magnetic field and significant un- modeled dynamics in magnetic bearing systems. The effectiveness of control deteriorates based on an inaccurate mathematical model, creating slow response speed and high jitter. To solve these problems, a model-free adaptive control (MFAC) scheme is proposed for a three-degree-of-freedom hybrid magnetic bearing (3-DoF HMB) control system. The scheme for 3-DoF HMB depends only on the control current and the objective balanced position, and it does not involve any model information. The design process of a parameter estimation algorithm is model-free, based directly on pseudo-partial-derivative (PPD) derived online from the input and output data information. The rotor start-of-suspension position of the HMB is regulated by auxiliary bearings with different inner diameters, and two kinds of operation situations (linear and nonlinear areas) are present to analyze the validity of MFAC in detail. Both simulations and experiments demonstrate that the proposed MFAC scheme handles the 3-DoF HMB control system with start-of-suspension response speed, smaller steady state error, and higher stability.
摘要:为推动喷射混凝土的高性能化和高耐久性发展,进行了喷射混凝土的力学性能和微观结构试验研究。试验结果表明,与基准喷射混凝土相比,各类喷射混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度、弹性模量均有所降低。但PVA玻璃纤维喷射混凝土的抗拉强度增幅最大,相比AR玻璃纤维喷射混凝土,PVA纤维喷射混凝土表现出更优异的抗拉性能。纤维素喷射混凝土的微观孔结构性能改善最优。综合考虑,PVA喷射混凝土更适合应用于实际的喷射混凝土工程。
