摘要:[目的]寻找较高杀虫活性的吡唑酰胺类化合物并进行结构优化。[方法]设计合成一系列含有草酰肼、酰胍基结构的吡唑酰胺类化合物。[结果]合成7个结构新颖的含草酰肼、酰胍基结构的吡唑酰胺类化合物,结构经过核磁共振氢谱(~1H NMR)和高分辨质谱(HMRS)分析确证,并进行杀虫活性测试研究。[结论]杀虫活性测试结果表明:部分目标化合物对东方黏虫和小菜蛾具有较好的杀虫活性,具有进一步研究价值。
摘要:根据食品微生物学的教学目的与内容,建立基础实验训练阶段–专业技能训练阶段–自主设计实验训练阶段的三段式教学模式,初步构建了以能力培养为目的的食品微生物学综合实践教学体系。教学过程中突出学生的主体作用,进一步提高学生创新思维能力、强化学生动手能力,使学生在实践中掌握食品微生物学综合实验技能。
摘要:根据大庆油田某污水联合站出水水质特性及油田低渗透层注水要求,采用改性聚偏氟乙烯超滤膜对其进行深度处理。结果表明,超滤膜的最佳运行条件:膜面流速为4.5 m/s,跨膜压差为0.20 MPa,温度为(37±0.5)℃,清洗周期为24 h。在此条件下,超滤膜运行稳定,平均膜通量在75 L/(m2.h)以上,对硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)、铁细菌(IB)和腐生菌(TGB)的去除率均在95%以上,膜出水水质达到了《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标及分析方法》(SY/T5329—94)的A1级标准。
摘要:本文提出了一种全站仪周期误差测量方法,该方法没有依赖长度标准器(标准钢卷尺、激光干涉仪等),使用相对测量方式,利用强制归心装置和测距反射棱镜进行周期误差幅值和初相角的测量与计算。本方法可避免平台法配套平台的线性误差给测量结果带来的影响,测量精度显著提高。测量人员工作量小,对测量环境要求不高,不需要满足长度标准器苛刻的使用条件。显著降低生产成本,一般计量机构都能运用此方法进行周期误差的检定。
摘要:信息技术的发展与教育理念的革新正在重新塑造人们的学习方式,从而促使校园非正式学习空间需求的提升。该文以武汉大学工学部主教学楼为例,根据过往研究构建高校教学楼非正式学习空间评价指标体系,并根据问卷数据,利用熵权法确定指标权重;同时采用行为观察的方式总结非正式学习空间的使用规律,将教学楼中的非正式学习空间分为公共型、私密型、休憩型和辅助型四大类。最终根据评价指标体系和多源数据分析结果对这四类非正式学习空间的建设、改造提出建议。

摘要:科学合理地厘定保险纯费率是区域产量保险持续、高效发展的基础。区域产量保险定价中纳入气候预测信息是提高保费厘定准确性的重要手段之一。本研究基于美国农业部风险管理局(Risk Management Agency,RMA)厘定区域产量保险纯费率法,引入标准化降水蒸散指数(Standardized precipitation evapotranspiration index,SPEI)构建SPEI−RMA模型,计算东北三省黑龙江、吉林和辽宁的玉米区域产量保险纯费率;引入样本外博弈框架,对比分析SPEI−RMA方法与RMA方法在区域产量保险定价中的表现,以期为设计更精准的区域产量保险产品提供科学依据。结果表明:相较于RMA方法,SPEI−RMA方法拟合作物单产趋势时,黑龙江省、吉林省和辽宁省的决定系数(R^(2))分别提高了0.044、0.088和0.153,均方误差(MSE)分别降低了0.068、0.067和0.213,有效提高了模型估计精度。利用两种方法厘定三省的纯保费,纯保费的绝对差异值中位数分别为0.105、0.114和0.087。通过样本外博弈发现,在70%、80%和90%的保障水平下,SPEI−RMA方法能更精准厘定保险纯费率,可在经济和统计意义上获得显著收益。
摘要:研究了一类混沌系统的同步问题、基于稳定性理论和极点配置技术,设计了两个混沌系统之间的同步方案,实现两个混沌系统之间的同步,通过函数矩阵,实现驱动系统和响应系统的状态变量按给定的函数矩阵同步,同时证明了该方法同样适用于两个混沌系统之间的滞后同步,通过对Lorenz混沌系统和Lorenz超混沌系统的数值模拟,进一步验证了所提方案的有效性。
