摘要：本文针对传统纸笔测试中主观题批阅耗时长、交互少等问题,探讨了高中地理主观题智能化批阅方案的设计与实施。基于符合纸笔测试场景、保证批阅准确性、提升交互体验、增强智能分析能力以及符合中学教师习惯的设计依据,本文详细描述了批阅方案的实施过程,包括手写识别与答题纸制作、人工智能批阅与反馈、数据智能分析与教学等步骤。通过与人工批阅比较,本文验证了人工智能批阅的准确率,并建构了完整的实施流程,以期为未来主观题智能化批阅模式的发展提供借鉴。

摘要：Observations from clinical trials have frequently demonstrated that light therapy can be an effective therapy for seasonal and non-seasonal major depression. Despite the fact that light therapy is known to have several advantages over antidepressant drugs like a low cost,minimal side-effects, and fast onset of therapeutic effect,the mechanism underlying light therapy remains *** far, it is known that light therapy modulates mood states and cognitive functions, involving circadian and noncircadian pathways from retinas into brain. In this review,we discuss the therapeutic effect of light on major depression and its relationship to direct retinal projections in the brain. We finally emphasize the function of the retino-raphe projection in modulating serotonin activity,which probably underlies the antidepressant effect of light therapy for depression.

摘要：Orthogonal waveform design is quite an important issue for waveform diversity systems. A chaos based method for the orthogonal discrete frequency coding waveform （DFCW） design is proposed to increase the insufficient orthogonal waveform number and their finite coding length. Premises for chaos choosing and the frequency quantification method are discussed to obtain the best correlation properties. Simulation results show the validity of the theoretic analysis.

摘要：Peptide stapling strategy has been proven a promising solution in addressing two major pharmacological hurdles, proteolytic stability and membrane permeability, for small peptides as therapeutics. This stapling peptides feature a covalent cross-link of side chains, thus effectively mimicking α-helix as inhibitors of protein-protein interactions. In this review, we category and analyze key examples of various peptide stapling strategies based on different cross-links aligned on the side chain of peptides mainly in the last three years.

In contemporary era, Utopia exists in the paradoxical form of dystopia. It is just in the review on Utopia that the political potential of art enables aesthetic Utopia re-enter its promising holy land as a new configuration of contemporary Utopia. However, the practice of aesthetic Utopia is not entirely poetic; on the contrary, there are always many fields which intertwine around and fight against each other between reality and expectations. Therefore, the aesthetic revolution chooses a more prudent way after the passionate release.

摘要：More attentions have been paid to the relationship between institution and aesthetics/art, as the core issue of contemporary aesthetics in the background of linguistic turn and anthropological turn of contemporary aesthetics. The contemporary transformation of aesthetic/art institution is triggered by the multiple contradictions and complications among aesthetic/art and institution. One critical way to enable contemporary aesthetics to exceed traditional paradigm of aesthetics and art criticism is to rethink the institutional dimension of the aesthetic and art. On the basis of ethnographic exploration of contemporary social situation, contemporary mechanism of art circle and all kinds of critical consciousnesses, the criticism of aesthetic institution has motivated multiple dimensions of contemporary aesthetic criticism. According to the contemporary circumstances, the criticism dimension of contemporary aesthetics mainly focuses on the following several themes： the aestheticization of everyday life; the deconstruction and reconstruction of the boundary of beauty; art by metamorphosis： the formulation mode of art; criticism of aesthetic capitalism： distinction and cross boundary; political potential of the art of volneralble groups： the power of aesthetic resistance; aesthetic institution criticism and liberal government. On the basis of the above, the ultimate respect to ＂beauty＂ by contemporary aesthetics is to start two dimensions, i.e., poetics and politics of contemporary aesthetics eventually by clarifying the relationship between the aesthetic and art and politics/power, and practicing some transcendence by taking the aesthetic as one special institutional form.

摘要：The aim of this study was to establish a quality-control method for calcineurin subunit B(CNB) biological activity determinations. CNB enhances the p-nitrophenylphosphate(p NPP) dephosphorylating activity of calcineurin subunit A Δ316 mutant(CNAΔ316). A series of CNB concentrations were fitted to a four-parameter equation to calculate the corresponding p NPP maximum dephosphorylation rates. Values were calculated based on biological activity references using a parallel line method. The method was then validated for accuracy, precision, linearity, linear range, sensitivity, specificity, and robustness. The recovery results were greater than 98%. Intra-plate precision was 6.7%, with inter-plate precision of 10.8%. The coefficient of determination was greater than 0.98. The linear range was 0.05–50 μg m L?1, with sensitivity of 50 μg m L?1. Tested cytokines did not induce CNAΔ316 dephosphorylation of p NPP. The chosen CNAΔ316 concentration range did not affect activity determinations.
