摘要：Metal-organic framework(MOF)nanostructures have emerged as a prominent class of materials in the advancement of electrochemical *** rational design of bimetallic MOF-functionalized microelectrode is of importance for improv-ing the electrochemical performance but still in great *** this work,the bimetallic FeCo-MOF nanostructures were assembled onto a gold disk ultramicroelectrode(Au UME,5.2μm in diameter)via an in-situ electrodeposition method,which enhanced the sensitive detection of epinephrine(EP).The in-situ electrodeposited FeCo-MOF exhibited a character-istic nanoflower-like morphology and was uniformly dispersed on the Au *** FeCo-MOF/Au UME demonstrated excellent electrochemical performance on the detection of EP with a high sensitivity of 36.93μA·μmol^(-1)·L·cm^(-2)and a low detection limit of 1.28μmol·L^(-1).It can be attributed to the nonlinear diffusion of EP onto the ultra-micro working substrate,coupled with synergistical catalytic activity of the bimetallic Fe,Co within MOF ***,the FeCo-MOF/Au UME has been successful applied to the analysis of EP in human serum samples,yielding high recovery *** results not only contribute to the expansion of the research area of electrochemical sensors,but also provide novel insights and directions into the development of high-performance MOF-based electrochemical sensors.

摘要：DNA methyl transferase(DNMT) and histone deacetylase(HDAC) are well recognized epigenetic targets for discovery of antitumor *** this study,we designed and synthesized a series of nucleoside base hydroxamic acid derivatives as DNMT and HDAC dual *** assays and enzymatic inhibitory activity tests indicated that compound 204 exhibited potent DNMT1 and HDAC1/6 inhibitory potency simultaneously in enzymatic levels and at cellular levels,inducing hypomethylation of p16 and hyperacetylation of histones H_(3) K9 and H4 ***,204 remarkably inhibited proliferation against cancer cells U937 by prompting G0/G1 cell cycle *** docking models explained the functional mechanism of 204 inhibiting DNMT1 and *** studies on metabolic profiles revealed that 204 showed desirable stability in liver *** study suggested that 204 inhibiting DNMT and HDAC concurrently can be a potential lead compound for epigenetic cancer therapy.

摘要：目的以在游戏理论界具有里程碑式意义的赫伊津哈的游戏理论为代表,探究以游戏理论指导包装创意设计实践的可行性、设计思路与具体方法。方法对游戏理论的缘起进行系统回顾与思辨,分析赫伊津哈视角下游戏的定义与游戏的属性,并以此作为理论基础,结合“时光机纸牌”“福虎镇宅”2个案例展开具体研究,论述游戏理论与包装创意设计之间的关系,以及赫伊津哈视角下游戏的3种属性在设计实践中的具体应用。结果得出赫伊津哈游戏理论中所述游戏的3种属性,即自主性、界定性、情感化,如何应用于产品包装的结构、情境与视觉创意设计之中。结论赫伊津哈的游戏理论与包装创意设计之间具有较高的契合度,可以从游戏理论的新视角为设计实践提供一种新思路和新方法。

摘要：随着全球经济的不断发展和人们物质生活水平的不断提高,商品包装在为消费者带来便利和满足的同时,也带来了日益严重的资源、能源浪费以及环境污染问题。怎样有效地将节约理念与产品包装设计方法相结合,越来越成为当代包装设计的研究重点。本文以节约理念在包装设计中的应用为出发点进行研究,提出节约型包装设计理论,并从节约型包装设计的外观设计、造型与结构设计、材料设计,以及回收与循环使用设计五方面,全角度的分析和介绍了节约型包装的设计方法和设计原则。

摘要：In the realm of optoelectronics,photodetectors play pivotal roles,with applications spanning from high-speed data communication to precise environmental *** the advancements,conventional photodetectors grapple with challenges with response speed and dark *** this study,we present a photodetector based on a lateral MoTe_(2)p-n junction,defined by a semi-floating ferroelectric *** strong ferroelectric fields and the depletion region of the p-n junction in the device are notably compact,which diminish the carrier transit time,thereby enhancing the speed of the photoelectric *** non-volatile MoTe_(2)homojunction,under the influence of external gate voltage pulses,can alter the orientation of the intrinsic electric field within the *** a photovoltaic detector,it achieves an ultra-low dark current of 20 pA,and a fast photo response of 2μ*** spectral response is extended to the shortwave infrared range at 1550 ***,a logic computing system with light/no light as binary input is designed to convert the current signal to the voltage *** research not only underscores the versatility of 2D materials in the realm of sophisticated photodetector design but also heralds new avenues for their application in energy-efficient,high-performance optoelectronic devices.

摘要：论述了价值共创的提出与发展,以及价值共创过程中的三个要素——投入资源、互动和价值产出。在分析设计思维的提出与发展现状的基础上,探讨价值共创在设计领域中的应用价值。以斯坦福大学提出的设计思维五阶段为基础,提出了基于该设计思维的价值共创设计模型。最后从价值共创的三个要素出发,分析在设计思维的同理心、定义、创意、原型及测试等各个阶段中,企业和用户的资源投入、互动方式以及价值产出等要素的具体构成,为满足用户个性化体验的设计提供新的思路。

摘要：随着我国人口老龄化问题的凸显,如何提升老年人的居住空间质量引起社会各界的广泛关注。老年人常伴有各种生理和心理方面问题,合适的色彩搭配和色彩利用在一定程度上可以对其进行有效的缓解。文章从色彩心理学和色彩生理学的角度,以科学的色彩设计理念为依托,结合老年人的身心健康特点,探究出适合老年人生活的室内色彩设计策略。以提升老年人生活质量为基本出发点,对养老建筑及老年人室内空间环境的色彩设计进行多角度的分析。

摘要：雨型研究是现代城市暴雨管理的基础,不同的雨型其径流计算结果不同,对初期雨水调蓄设施的设计和运行有较大影响。以上海市中心城区某合流制排水系统长系列降雨实测数据为基础,筛选了具有代表性的降雨过程作为设计雨型样本,提出了适用于上海市初期雨水截流的降雨-径流定量表达方法和短历时设计雨型,有助于确定调蓄设施的入流量和调蓄容积,对截流调蓄设施的设计和调控运行具有重要的参考价值。

摘要：Shaanxi province has three land forms which are Shaanxi’s northern plateau, Guanzhong plain and Qinba mountain land in the south of Shaanxi province. So the climate type is also divided into three types and the solar energy resources distribution has a big gap between different regions. PV modules, as the core component of off-grid home photovoltaic power system, their output power are mainly influenced by sun radiation, array tile angle, temperature and so on. Based on the reasons above, in order to apply off-grid home photovoltaic power system in Shaanxi region, this paper designs different systems with different configuration, and makes the performance prediction. The results show that the capacity of PV modules reaches to the largest in Shaanxi northern region, reach minimum in Shaanxi southern region and the output power in the winter is less than in the summer and reach minimum in the spring and autumn. In light of the characteristics above, this research select different type and configuration in different areas systematically, and the performance analysis shows that the configuration can meet the basic life demand of power to the people whose power is not available.
