摘要：班级“花瓣式”管理模式倡导以班集体建设为中心,以学生发展为宗旨,营造民主、和谐、自主的班级氛围,鼓励学生积极参与班级事务管理。文章以江苏省泗阳中等专业学校艺术设计类专业为例,从“花瓣式”班级组织建设、“花瓣式”班级制度管理、“花瓣式”班级活动管理等角度,探讨“花瓣式”班级管理模式的具体构建方式和实施效果,以期促进学生健康成长、和谐发展,助推班级管理工作高质量运转。

摘要：In order to further improve the potential application of nickel-cobalt oxide(NiCoO) in supercapacitors,we use controlled calcination of diffe rent Ni-Co-MOF([NiCo(HBTC)(4,4’-bipy)]) composites to obtain five kinds of nickel doped NiCoO(N-NiCoO) with different Ni/Co molar *** N-NiCoO materials with unique hexagonal nanoplates structure,high specific surface area and high porosity indicate high and stable electrochemical *** particular,N-NiCoO-2 with a Ni/Co molar ratio of 2:1 exhibits the highest 945.79 F/g specific capacitance at 1 A/g and a high cycle stability of only 6.7% attenuation after 5000 *** from the certain percentage of NiCoO with higher conductivity,nitrogen doping provides more reactive sites and the specific porous hexagonal nanoplates structure of the product itself accelerate electron transfer and promote electrolyte diffusion can more effectively enhance the electrochemical ***,N-NiCoO synthesized via a simple method exhibit exciting potential and can be used as an electrode material for supercapacitors with good performance.

摘要：The design and optimization of actuators are difficult andcritical for the active-passive hybrid vibration control system. Inthis paper, an electromagnetic actuator model is establishedbased on Ohm’s Law for magnetic circuit considering theleakage flux. The 600N electromagnetic actuators are designedand optimized based on ANSYS simulation according to theengineering request. Its transient characteristics are studied. Theeffects of different structural parameters on its output force areanalyzed. The experimental results show that the structureparameters and output force characteristics of the designedelectromagnetic actuators satisfy the practical requirement.

摘要：As a novel zero-dimensional(0D)material,metal carbides and/or carbonitrides(MXenes)quantum dots(MQDs)show unique photoluminescence properties and excellent ***,due to the limited synthesis methods and research to date,many new features have yet to be ***,to explore their new properties and expand biological applications,chlorine and nitrogen co-doped Ti_(3)C_(2)MXene quantum dots(Cl,N-Ti_(3)C_(2)MQDs)were designed and synthesized,and their hydroxyl radical scavenging properties were investigated for the first time,revealing outstanding ***,N-Ti_(3)C_(2)MQDs was directly stripped from bulk Ti_(3)Al C_(2)by electrochemical etching,while N and Cl are successfully introduced to carbon skeleton and Ti boundaries in the etching process by electrochemical reactions between selected electrolytes and Ti_(3)C_(2)skeleton,*** obtained Cl,N-Ti_(3)C_(2)MQDs exhibit large surface-to-volume ratio due to small particle size(ca.3.45 nm)and excellent higher scavenging activity(93.3%)and lower usage(12.5μg/m L)towards hydroxyl radicals than the previous reported graphene-based *** underlying mechanism of scavenging activity was also studied based on the reduction experiment with potassium permanganate(KMnO_(4)).The reducing ability of the intrinsic Ti_(3)C_(2)structure and electron donation of double dopants are the main contributors to the outstanding scavenging activity.

摘要：In this study,a high impact resistant multi-layered composite consisting of continuous carbon fibre/nylon(CCF)and short carbon fibre/nylon(SCF)layers is developed via 3D printing *** effect of CCF/SCF layers configuration on the impact resistance is investigated by low-velocity impact test,and the impact failure mechanism of the 3D printed composites is explored by microscopic observations and finite element(FE)simulation *** results show that the 3D printed multi-layered composite with SCF layers distributed in the middle(HFA)exhibits higher impact resistant performance than the specimens with alternating SCF/CCF layers(HFB)and CCF layers distributed in the middle(HFC).The effect of CCF/SCF layers proportion on the impact performance is also studied by FE simulation,and the results show that the specimen with a CCF/SCF proportion of 7.0 exhibits the highest impact strength.

摘要：Cadaverine. a natural polyamine with multiple bioactivities that is widely distributed in prokaryotes and eukaryotes, is becoming an important industrial chemical. Cadaverine exhibits broad prospects for various applications, especially as an important monomer for bio-based polyamides. Cadaverine-based polyamide PA 5X has broad application prospects owing to its environmentally friendly characteristics and exceptional performance in water absorption and dimensional stability. In this review, we summarize recent findings on the biosynthesis, metabolism, and physiological function of cadaverine in bacteria, with a focus on the regu- latory mechanism of cadaverine synthesis in Escherichia coil （E. coli）. We also describe recent developments in bacterial production of cadaverine by direct fermentation and whole-cell bioconversion, and recent approaches for the separation and purification of cadaverine. In addition, we present an overview of the ap- plication of cadaverine in the synthesis of completely bio-based polyamides. Finally. we provide an outlook and suggest future developments to advance the production of cadaverine from renewable resources.

摘要：以学生评教成绩为因变量,以教师学术论文发表数量和科研绩效为自变量,以职称和学位为控制变量,运用多元回归模型实证分析教师学术论文发表数量与高校课堂教学质量之间的关系,研究结果表明二者存在显著的相关性,由此推断教师发表学术论文有助于提高课堂教学质量。为了全面提升高校课堂教学质量,高校教师及教务管理者应做好如下工作:关注教育教学热点难点,撰写高质量教研类学术论文;破除“唯论文”思维,探索学术论文提升教学质量新途径;统筹兼顾教学科研活动,加大对教师教研的支持力度;重视新进博士职业与课程思政知识培训,及早树立质量理念;弘扬教育家精神,笔耕不辍。

摘要：目的以英国AUB为基础,以Textile专业为研究对象,对传统工艺的不同技术形式进行分析探讨,为寻找现代陈设设计新的表现语言提供思路。方法从理论和实践两个方面以Textile实际案例为基础,对多种工艺的制作方法及不同的艺术效果进行尝试与研究,挖掘艺工相融多样化的表现形式及艺术价值。结论通过对主题的选择、材料的衍生、绘画的艺术表达、编织的趣味性、数字化的刺绣等工艺的应用分析,强调了工艺与艺术形态、与科技的密切关系,提出艺工相融对现代设计发展的重要性以及社会价值,拓展了作品的表现语言与内涵,为陈设设计在新时代的发展提供更多的可能性与方向。
