摘要：本文针对肿瘤细胞的活性检测、神经细胞的神经递质检测与巨噬细胞等的氧化损伤检测等细胞检测中的核心问题,简要介绍电化学生化传感器和传感方法在细胞检测领域的应用和发展,重点对不同微电极结构的电化学传感器的设计制作、细胞检测方法及应用进展进行了综述。电化学生化传感器从单一检测电极向集成多功能和阵列式电极发展,从单个电极传感检测模式向芯片集成微电极式传感系统发展,而在其生物相容性、检测限和检测效率等方面尚需进一步提升和拓展。基于微机电系统(MEMS)技术制作的微电极研制,电极表面的多种化学和生物修饰的敏感膜研究,从硅基到聚合物柔性基底电极的材料拓展,小体积、植入式、可穿戴式的电化学生化传感器研制等是目前发展的方向,其在临床检验、精准医疗、运动健康监测、老年健康服务等诸多领域中显示出巨大的应用前景。

摘要：Apache IoTDB是一个新型的开源时序数据库管理系统.分布式数据管理系统不仅需要解决数据分区与多副本带来的节点间元数据同步问题,还要支持高效查询请求处理.本文针对节点间元数据同步问题提出了双层粒度元数据管理策略,在此基础上基于一致性哈希分区方法和Raft协议设计了同时支持强一致性查询和最终一致性查询的分布式框架.基于单机版Apache IoTDB进行了系统实现与实验测试,测试结果表明:双层粒度元数据管理策略与单层粒度管理策略相比,其元数据内存资源占用更少且写入性能提升5%~10%,并且分布式Apache IoTDB的读写性能随着集群规模的扩大而线性增长.

摘要：深圳市燕栖湖水系是典型的城市内湖,在微污染状态下,燕栖湖水系主要存在有机污染物超标、水体感官效果差、水动力不足和水生态不完善的问题。为了提升周边居民的幸福感,通过控源截污、底泥清淤、水面拦渣、强化循环、生态重建的系统工程措施,对其进行了水环境综合整治。整治后,湖泊水环境质量由微污染状态稳定提升至《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)中Ⅳ类水标准,BOD5和氨氮质量浓度分别稳定在6 mg/L和0.32 mg/L以内。

摘要：Aiming at the problem of reverse-design of mechanism, a method based on the matching of trajectory code-chains is presented. The motion trajectory of mechanism is described with code-chain, which is normalized to simplify the operation of geometric transformation. The geometric transforma-tion formulas of scale, mirror and rotation for trajectory code-chain are defined, and the reverse de-sign for mechanism trajectory is realized through the analysis and solution of similarity matching between the desired trajectory and the predefined trajectory. The algorithm program and prototype system of reverse design for mechanism trajectory are developed. Application samples show that the method can break the restriction of trajectory patterns in matching, meet the demand of partial match-ing, and overcome the influence of geometric transformation of trajectory on the reverse design for mechanism.

摘要：探究聚-γ-谷氨酸(γ-PGA)对水稻产量、品质和养分吸收的影响,为高产优质、养分高效利用的水稻栽培技术提供理论依据和技术参考。于2022年和2023年在湖北省武穴市花桥镇开展田间试验,采用随机完全区组设计,包括黑籼稻(B)、冈特优8024(R)和黄华占(H)3个水稻品种,和不施加γ-PGA发酵液(P0)和施加25 kg hm^(-2)γ-PGA发酵液(P1)2种γ-PGA处理方式,分析了水稻干物质量、植株氮磷素积累量、产量、稻米外观品质、籽粒蛋白质含量和直链淀粉含量。结果表明,2022年施加γ-PGA对水稻产量影响显著,P1处理较P0水稻产量增加3.2%~10.8%;2023年施加γ-PGA对水稻产量无显著影响。施加γ-PGA的品种B和R的干物质量显著高于不施γ-PGA处理,BP1处理较BP0齐穗期干物质量显著增加7.5%~8.5%,成熟期干物质量显著增加5.9%~7.2%;RP1处理较RP0齐穗期干物质量显著增加8.5%~8.8%,成熟期干物质量显著增加3.3%~3.5%。施加γ-PGA对品种H的干物质量无显著影响。施加γ-PGA能显著提高水稻的氮素和磷素积累量,P1处理较P0齐穗期氮素积累量显著增加12.5%~19.0%,磷素积累量显著增加13.4%~20.3%;成熟期氮素积累量显著增加7.2%~16.5%,磷素积累量显著增加9.2%~29.0%。施用γ-PGA能显著提高稻米直链淀粉和蛋白质含量,降低胶稠度、垩白度,但对粒长、粒宽、碱消值无显著影响。因此,施用γ-PGA显著提高水稻植株干物质量和氮、磷素积累量,改善稻米品质。

摘要：近年来,中国文化创意产业迅速发展,既与IP全产业链一体化的生产机制有关,也和文化消费者尤其是粉丝群体的"生产者式参与者"的介入有关。数之不尽的IP文化资源和跨媒介平台丰富了消费者的文本生产能力,呈现出复杂交错的文化认同、抵抗、协商与妥协。以往的原创与改编、创作和接受的关系结构已难以概括如今复杂的产业化运作流程。在全球创意经济时代来临之时,IP全产业链运营中特有的参与文化与文本生产/消费之间的形塑关系,也恰恰昭示着IP内容生产和传播的动态过程及问题。

摘要：A series of novel arylpiperazine derivatives was synthesized. The in vitro cytotoxic activities of all synthesized compounds against three human prostate cancer cell lines（PC-3, LNCa P, and DU145） were evaluated by a CCK-8 assay. Compounds 8, 10, 13, 17 and 20 exhibited strong cytotoxic activities against the tested cancer cell lines（IC_（50）〈3 μmol/L）. In addition, these compounds exhibited weak cytotoxic effects on human epithelial prostate normal cells WPMY-1. The structure-activity relationship（SAR） of these arylpiperazine derivatives was also discussed based on the obtained experimental data.

摘要：A particle preform was designed and prepared by conglomerating and cold-pressed process, which was condensed by chemical vapor infiltration （CVI） process to fabricate silicon nitride particles reinforced silicon nitride composites. The conglomerations are of almost sphericity after conglomerated. There are large pores among the conglomerations and small pores within themselves in the preform according to the design and the test of pore size distribution. The pore size of the preform is characterized by a double-peak distribution. The pore size distribution is influenced by conglomeration size. Large pores among the conglomerations still exist after infiltrated Si3N4 matrix. The conglomerations, however, are very compact.
