摘要：Immune evasion behavior and immunosuppressive characteristics of tumor extensively impedethe immune initiation effect of therapy triggered immunogeniccell death (ICD). In this work, a carrier-adjuvantedimmunostimulator (designated as CoCeC) is developed toboost photodynamic immunotherapy by downregulatingprogrammed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) and impairing adenosinetriphosphate (ATP) hydrolysis. Among these, the crosslinkedchitosan oligosaccharide is applied as the drug carrier fordelivery of Ce6 and Ceritinib, which also serves as an immuneadjuvant to downregulate PD-L1. Meanwhile, the robustphotodynamic therapy (PDT) of CoCeC exhibits lethal toxicityagainst tumor cells to induce ICD and release damage-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs), which can also impairATP hydrolysis by blocking CD39. In vitro and in vivo resultsdemonstrate the robust therapeutic efficacy of CoCeC tosuppress primary tumor growth and activate a superior immune elimination against lung metastasis by amplifying theimmune initiation of ICD with the assistance of immune *** work provides a self-adjuvanted strategy to enhance the immune response of therapy induced ICD, which ispromising to activate systemic antitumor immunity in consideration of the complicated immunosuppressive factors.

摘要：A hardware/software field programmable gate array （FPGA）-based driver system was proposed and demonstrated for the KAF-39000 large area high resolution charge coupled device （CCD）. The requirements of the KAF-39000 driver system were analyzed. The structure of ＂microprocessor with application specific integrated circuit （ASIC） chips＂ was implemented to design the driver system. The system test results showed that dual channels of imaging analog data were obtained with a frame rate of 0.87frame/s. The frequencies of horizontal timing and vertical timing were 22.9MHz and 28.7kHz, respectively, which almost reached the theoretical value of 24 MHz and 30kHz, respectively.

摘要：An in situ calibration system is a versatile exploration instrument for electrochemical sensors investigating the biochemical properties of the marine environment. The purpose of this paper is to describe the design of an auto-calibrating system for electrochemical (pH) sensors, which permits two-point in situ calibration, suitable for long-term measurement in deep sea aqueous environments. Holding multiple sensors, the instrument is designed to perform long-term measurements and in situ calibrations at abyssal depth (up to 4000 m). The instrument is composed of a compact fluid control system which is pressure-equilibrated and designed for deep-sea operation. In situ calibration capability plays a key role in the quality and reproducibility of the data. This paper focuses on methods for extending the lifetime of the instrument, considering the fluidics design, mechanical design, and low-power consumption of the electronics controller. The instrument can last 46 d under normal operating conditions, fulfilling the need for long-term operation. Data concerning pH measured during the KNOX18RR cruise (Mid-Atlantic Ridge, July-August, 2008) illustrate the desirable properties of the instrument. Combined with different electrodes (pH, H2, H2S, etc.), it should be of great utility for the study of deep ocean environments, including water column and diffuse-flow hydrothermal fluids.

摘要：Submarine hydrothermal vents occur over a wide depth range from a few meters to several thousands of meters. Most existing hydrothermal fluid samplers are focused on deep-sea environments and are not suited for collecting shallow-water fluids. In this study, a new gas-tight sampler which can be easily deployed by both submersibles and scuba divers to collect fluid samples from both deep-sea and shallow-water hydrothermal vents is presented. The proposed sampler uses an electric control sampling valve for fluid collection and a system to measure and display the temperature of the hydrothermal fluid while sampling. It is capable of working in manual mode to be controlled via external signals, or in automatic mode to collect a fluid sample according to the temperature. The master-slave architecture of the electronic system makes the sampler flexible in meeting many different deployment requirements. The performance of the sampler has been demonstrated by preliminary field tests at a shallow-water hydrothermal vent site.
