摘要：A series of novel coumarin-stilbenes hybrids called 3-arylcoumarins were synthesized via Perkin reaction and evaluated as potential antitumor *** results showed that some compounds exhibited in vitro activity against KB,KV,MCF-7,MCF-7/ ADR cell lines to some *** 3a showed remarkable effect against KB tumor cells with an IC50 value of 5.18μmol/L.

摘要：目的对发展智慧城市语境下的创意空间的必要性与意义展开深入分析,理清构建实体创意空间以及线上创意空间所需的设计要素以及发展策略,并提出解决方案。方法基于智慧城市对于创意社区的多样化需求,分析创意空间的功能承载以及设计定位;结合创意空间的发展现状以及信息技术的应用特点,分别从实体创意空间与线上创意空间的设计要素进行分类表述,并在此基础上探讨创意空间的运行模式以及发展趋势。结论从设计师角度将创意空间设计要素从实体创意空间与线上创意空间分别进行了探讨,依照创意分享、协作、实践与创新的逻辑关系组织,建立了创意空间信息系统的运行框架。

摘要：Improved synthesis and structure identification of L-histidine norcantharimide , a potent PP2A inhibitor was reported. Condensation between norcantharidin and L-histidine in 95% EtOH at reflux temperature affords L-histidine norcantharimide in 97.0f% yield which is much higher compared with literature, and more importantly, the configuration is retained. The chemical structure of the compound was re-elucidated through IR, FAB-MS, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and 2D NMR （^1H, ^13C-COSY and HMBC）, the fundamental physical data, including optical data being also firstly reported. Preliminary cytotoxicity evaluation showed that the target compound was probably more potent than norcantharidin against a panel of human cancer cell lines. Design and synthesis of amino acid （nor） cantharirnides would provide a convenient and rational structure modification of （nor） cantharidin and open new avenues to explore new promising candidates.

摘要：This paper introduces supervised learning model, and surveys related research work. The paper is organised as follows. A supervised learning model is firstly described. The bias-variance trade-off is then discussed for the supervised learning model. Based on the bias-variance trade-off, both the single neural network approaches and the neural network ensemble approaches are overviewed, and problems with the existing approaches are indicated. Finally, the paper concludes with specifying potential future research directions.

摘要：江门"海上丝绸之路"申遗点"台山上川贸易岛",在国家"一带一路"战略的影响下,必将成为旅游热点。针对当前该景点缺乏优质旅游纪念品的现状,笔者对"台山上川贸易岛"旅游纪念品设计进行研究和讨论。通过对该地文化的梳理和视觉符号的提炼,探究旅游纪念品的设计原则和方法,最终通过优质的旅游纪念品来提升江门的旅游形象,促进当地的经济发展。

摘要：中值滤波去除噪声的同时,难免出现含有线形图像的边缘轮廓信息跟随丢失的情况。为了达到滤除图像噪声最大化,有用信息损失最小化的目的,根据图像边缘特征选择或设计了适当大小和形状的窗口来进行中值滤波等操作。一方面,创新性地提出将Hough变换应用到车轮裂缝CT图像的滤波窗口形状的选择上,针对单一方向轮廓的图像,利用Hough变换检测出裂缝的方向,从而采用与裂缝形状相应的窗口对裂缝进行有针对性滤波,将该方法与传统方法进行了对比实验,并将60层滤波后切片图像堆栈得到了三维图像;另一方面,针对含有多个方向轮廓的图像,为了进一步改善滤波效果,提出根据像素梯度设计斜向滤波器,对多方向的线对进行滤波,数据显示经改进方法滤波后图像的峰值信噪比(PSNR)较传统的中值滤波提高了4~6,结构相似性(SSIM)提高了1%~2%左右,最后用683层荞麦切片CT图堆栈得到三维图像,对比滤波前后图像,可知该方法滤波效果良好。

摘要：基于阿尔法磁谱仪(AMS-02)发射、着陆和在轨运行三种工况,用有限元方法对AMS-02热控制系统进行了静力学分析。考虑了发射和着陆极限工况下运载工具与AMS-02的载荷耦合,AMS-02热控制系统的设计载荷系数用沿AMS-02坐标系三个坐标轴方向的重力加速度和角加速度等效表示。计算得到了AMS-02热控制系统各组件的位移和应力。数值分析结果与实际测试结果进行了比对,吻合较好,验证了该静力分析方法的有效性,为最终优化设计提供了依据。

摘要：防火墙是一种重要的网络安全技术 .对防火墙的核心技术——规则和推理机进行了研究 ,提出了增强型包过滤防火墙的规则形式化定义、推理机的抽象模型和推理算法 .据此 ,设计和实现了相应的推理机 ,同时给出了防火墙的设计实例 ,以此做为对上述工作的验证 .最后 ,总结了该防火墙的优点 。
