摘要:多处理器片上系统(MPSoC)是在单一芯片上集成多个处理器的复杂SoC,是多核时代SoC的最新发展方向,保证MPSoC可调度是其设计的重点。针对MPSoC的特性,使用价格时间自动机,对其构建一种可调度性分析模型,并使用模型检测工具UPPAAL中的统计模型检测引擎自动模拟系统,并估算不可调度概率。实例验证结果表明,该模型检测方法降低了分析成本,可以分析传统模型检测方法所不能判定的复杂系统。
摘要:随着消费者对隐私信息的重视,越来越多的消费者开始主动管理其向商家所共享的隐私信息。本文考虑了一个拥有若干个商家的圆形城市模型,模型中商家根据是否利用消费者所共享的隐私信息来决定向消费者投放大众广告或定向广告,并根据消费者隐私信息共享水平的高低来分析商家应如何调整其产品定价策略。研究表明:(1)商家最终选择大众广告或是定向广告与平台中的商家数量有关,当商家数量超过一定阈值时,商家获益于定向广告,反之商家获益于大众广告;(2)消费者所共享的隐私信息可以在一定程度上促使商家提高产品定价,但当消费者的隐私信息共享水平超过一定范围后,商家则需降低产品的定价水平;(3)在有n位商家的竞争市场中,对于主导商家而言,消费者所共享的隐私信息可以使得其收益增加;对于其他商家而言,是否会受益于消费者所共享的隐私信息还需要综合考虑平台中相邻商家的产品价值大小。
摘要:在需求为导向的全渠道市场环境下,切实从消费者行为属性制定广告与价格营销策略是促进全渠道零售长足发展的关键。本文将消费者策略行为引入到全渠道零售中,构建零售商在两阶段均不投放广告、第一阶段正常期投放广告及第二阶段优惠期投放广告等三种广告决策模式下全渠道两阶段广告投放与动态定价模型,探讨全渠道零售商的最优响应策略,并对模型进行数值算例。研究发现:当消费者的策略性水平较低时,零售商选择在正常期(优惠期)投放广告策略下,正常期产品定价较高(较低),优惠期产品定价较低(较高);零售商在正常期或优惠期投放广告对正常期销量都是有利的;当消费者的策略性水平较低或广告的影响系数较低时,零售商选择在正常期投放广告能获得最优收益;当消费者的策略性水平偏高、广告的影响系数适中时,零售商在优惠期投放广告是最优的;当消费者的策略性水平及广告的影响系数都偏高时,零售商选择在两阶段均不投放广告是最优策略。
摘要:随着移动App市场中消费者流量的不断增加,越来越多的广告主选择在移动App市场中投放价格促销广告。本文分析了当移动App市场中的流量分别发生局部变化或相互转移时,广告主应如何制定其最优促销广告定价与最优广告投放水平。我们首先假设市场不完全覆盖的情境,结果表明:(1)在广告主的局部市场与竞争市场中的流量发生局部变化下,广告主的产品定价与广告投放水平和竞争市场大小、竞争市场流量大小以及局部市场流量大小有关;(2)当流量在局部市场与竞争市场之间相互转移时,广告主还需考虑原市场中流量的大小来调整其价格促销广告策略;(3)当局部市场的流量大小不相等时,本文也为处于流量优势或劣势的广告主提供了相应的最优产品定价与广告投放水平策略的指导。本研究为移动App环境下网络营销企业广告策略的制定提供了理论参考。
摘要:The incidence of invasive fungal infections is increasing rapidly. Clinically available antifungal agents suffer from limited efficacy and severe resistance. There is an urgent need to discover antifungal lead compounds with novel chemical scaffold. On the basis of our previously identified tetrahydrocarbazole antifungal leads, the structure-activity relationship was further explored by modifying the scaffold and the side chains. Several targeted compounds showed potent activity against Candida species. Particularly, compound 13i showed better antifungal activity than the lead compound, which can be used as a good starting point for further optimization.
摘要:A series of novel E-ring modified evodiamine derivatives were designed and synthesized as antitumor agents. Their capacity to interfere with the catalytic activity of topoisomerase Ⅰ and Ⅱ was evaluated by the relaxation assay. In vitro antitumor activity results revealed that compound 12 showed good antitumor activity with a broad spectrum. Its binding modes with topoisomerase Ⅰ and Ⅱ were clarified by molecular docking.
摘要:目的探究感性叙事理念在文创产品设计研究中应用的可行性。方法首先对提取于文本的赛珍珠文化元素进行相关度调研,筛选出具有高相关度的赛珍珠文化元素,然后构建赛珍珠文化元素评判指标,邀请相关人员对评判指标进行重要度评价,将评价结果导入SPSS进行因子分析,获得评判因素公因子并计算权重系数集。其次以公因子为评判指标,对赛珍珠文化元素进行专家评价,根据评价结果计算各文化元素的隶属度矩阵。以隶属度矩阵与因素权重系数集为基础,应用模糊评价法计算赛珍珠文化元素的综合评价值,并通过降序排序优选出符合用户感性需求的赛珍珠文化元素。最后以优选的赛珍珠文化元素为叙事要素,进行赛珍珠文创产品叙事设计,并对设计成果进行评价。结果根据设计评估结果显示,优选的赛珍珠文化元素设计效果较好,形成的赛珍珠文创产品用户满意度较高,具有良好用户反馈。结论经感性叙事研究形成赛珍珠文创产品,能够更大程度地获得用户的感性认同,由此证明感性叙事理念在文创产品设计研究中应用的可行性。

摘要:Over the past few years, three photorespiratory bypasses have been introduced into plants, two of which led to observable in creases in photos yn thesis and biomass yield. However, most of the experiments were carried out using Arabidopsis under controlled environmental conditions, and the increases were only observed under low-light and short-day conditions. In this study, we designed a new photorespiratory bypass (called GOC bypass), characterized by no reducing equivalents being produced during a complete oxidation of glycolate into CO2 catalyzed by three rice-self-originating enzymes, i.e., glycolate oxidase, oxalate oxidase, and catalase. We successfully established this bypass in rice chloroplasts using a multi-gene assembly and transformation system. Transgenic rice plants carrying GOC bypass (GOC plants) showed significant increases in photosynthesis efficiency, biomass yield, and nitrogen content, as well as several other CO2-enriched phe no types under both greenhouse and field conditions .Grain yield of GOC plants varied depending on seeding season and was increased significantly in the spring. We further demonstrated that GOC plants had significant advantages under high-light conditions and that the improvements in GOC plants resulted primarily from a photosynthetic CO2-concentrating effect rather than from improved energy balance. Taken together, our results reveal that engineering a newly designed chloroplastic photorespiratory bypass could increase photosynthetic efficiency and yield of rice plants grown in field conditions, particularly under high light.
摘要:在存在多个内容创作者和不同类型消费者的UGC媒体市场中,对比分析了由平台单独投放广告、由内容创作者单独投放广告以及两者均投放广告的三种广告投放模式下平台和内容创作者的收益,探索不同市场条件下平台和内容创作者三种模式的广告投放水平决策及内容创作者努力水平决策,寻求适合UGC媒体平台的广告投放模式。研究结果表明:1)平台参与进行广告投放的模式能为平台带来更高的收益。2)随着内容创作者数量的增加,内容创作者的努力水平会随之降低,同时消费者所需观看的广告水平也会随之降低。3)时间型消费者的增加可能会降低内容创作者的努力水平;随着休闲型消费者的减少,内容创作者或平台可能需要提高广告投放水平。本研究尝试为UGC媒体产业的发展提供合理建议,具有一定的研究意义。
