摘要：A robust sliding mode control algorithm is developed for a class of networked control system with packet dropouts in both sensor-controller channel and controller-actuator channel,and at the same time mismatched parametric uncertainty and external disturbance are also taken into consideration.A two-level Bernoulli process has been used to describe the packet dropouts existing in both channels.A novel integral sliding surface is proposed,based on which the H∞performance of system sliding mode motion is *** the sufficient condition for system stability and robustness is derived in the form of linear matrix inequality(LMI).A sliding mode controller is designed which can guarantee a relatively ideal system dynamic performance and has certain robustness against unknown parameter perturbations and external *** results from numerical simulations are presented to corroborate the validity of the proposed controller.

摘要：西南艰险山区分布有大量岩质边坡,长期冻融作用引起岩体力学性能发生劣化,进一步导致边坡稳定性降低。为研究岩体在冻融作用下的损伤劣化规律,选取某高陡边坡工程的低孔隙率石英岩进行不同冻融循环次数条件下的单轴压缩试验,分析其力学劣化和能量演化规律,并基于能量演化规律提出岩石完全压密点的确定方法,以完全压密点为分段点建立考虑压密段的岩石分段损伤本构模型。研究结果表明:前期冻融循环作用对石英岩的影响较小,当冻融循环次数>40时,石英岩的力学性能出现明显劣化,破坏模式由剪切破坏逐渐向拉-剪复合破坏转变;确定弹性能耗比K(耗散能/弹性应变能)为1.2对应的点为完全压密点,压密应变随冻融循环次数的增加呈线性增大;考虑压密段的岩石分段损伤本构模型与试验数据的匹配度较好,可更准确地描述冻融损伤石英岩的变形破坏特性。

摘要：提出了一种基于约束网络的鲁棒设计方法。与传统的统计学鲁棒设计方法不同 ,该方法能够利用约束网络对并行设计中的一类不确定性参数进行有效的描述和处理。利用基于区间代数的一致性算法 ,在设计的初期就监控设计过程 ,使设计者在确定参数前能够通过约束网络定量地考虑下游的约束条件 ,并能够及早发现设计中的冲突 ,以避免后期出现大的返工。本文的研究是实现并行工程中“一次成功”的技术基础。

摘要：采用水泥固化疏浚淤泥（CSM）作为路堤填料既能有效解决砂石等理想填料资源的短缺难题,又能科学地减轻疏浚淤泥弃置给社会带来的经济和环境压力,值得大力推广。但实际工程中CSM材性参数往往表现出极强的空间变异性,明显影响路堤的稳定性,而常规确定性设计方法（CDDM）对此考虑不足。鉴于此,基于现场CSM材性参数统计特征,通过随机有限元法（RFEM）分析了不同工况下参数空间变异性对CSM路堤稳定性的影响规律,重点比较了RFEM可靠度方法和CDDM在CSM路堤设计中的差异,结果表明CDDM无法合理表征CSM材性参数强空间变异性的影响,设计结果往往偏于危险。最后,以RFEM分析为纽带,提出了CDDM稳定安全系数、路堤设计参数、材料参数变异系数和可靠度指标四者之间的对应关系,有助于实现在不改变CDDM设计架构前提下等效表征CSM材性参数强空间变异性影响的目的。

摘要：AIM： TO inhibit the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in colon cancer cell line by RNA interference （RNAi）.METHODS： Followed the service of E-RNAi, we designed and constructed two kinds of shRNA expression vectors aiming at the VEGF gene, then transfected them into colon cancer HT29 cells by lipofectamineTM 2000. The level of VEGF mRNA was investigated by RT-PCR and Northern blotting. The protein expression of VEGF was observed by immunofluoresence staining and Western blotting.RESULTS： We got two kinds of VEGF specific shRNA expression vectors which could efficiently inhibit the expression of VEGF in HT29 cells. RT-PCR, Northern blotting, immunofluoresence staining and Western blotting showed that inhibition rate for VEGF expression was up to 42%, 89%, 73% and 82%, respectively.CONCLUSION： The expression of VEGF can be inhibited by RNA interference in HT29 cells.

摘要：首先介绍全球网格系统的应用需求,讨论采用正多面体剖分的基本要素。在此基础上,提出一种新型的便于存储,具有多分辨率层次索引、管理能力的六边形剖分全球网格系统的设计思路、产生步骤和生成算法。分析现有六边形索引机制的缺陷,给出一种新的球面六边形网格层次结构,在该结构的基础上设计网格的层次化编码方式,成功建立网格的编码空间,详细探讨经纬度坐标与网格地址编码的转换问题,给出并实现基于递归层次离散网格坐标系统的互换算法,严格保证计算的准确性和可靠性。该结构能够无缝地表达和处理不同分辨率的全球网格空间数据。

摘要：深度图像作为Kinect传感器的重要组成部分,其获得的深度图像往往伴随着不可避免和无法预知的阴影噪声,这也极大地影响并制约其在三维可视化等方面的应用及研究。因此,针对深度图像提出了一种基于分数阶微分的阴影检测方法。在研究分数阶微分定义的Tiansi模板基础上,设计并实现了一种非线性拉伸算子。该算子在0.6阶次可以增强阴影区域边界信息的同时实现阴影的有效检测。通过分析比较发现,该方法在F测度的评价体系中可以达到0.971,而其他传统的检测方法均小于0.7。实验结果证明文中提出方法可以有效实现深度图像的阴影检测。

摘要：Axial compression tests were conducted on AZ31 B magnesium and A6063 aluminum thin-walled square tubes with varied lengths and induced features at different compression rates. In compression, the magnesium tubes exhibited a "local buckling and fracture" mode, with three fracture patterns, i.e."horizontal","double-oblique", and "spiral" fractures. In general, the magnesium tube showed an inferior crashworthiness to the aluminum square tube. In addition, the effects of L/W ratio, strain rate and induced features on the crashworthiness of thin-walled square tubes were investigated. With an increase in the L/W ratio(L and W represent the tube length and width, respectively) from 1 to 4, the maximal force and global specific energy absorption decreased in a power-law trend for the magnesium tubes,while they remained approximately constant for the aluminum tubes. Furthermore, as the compression rate increased from 5×10-5 to 10 m/s, the primary crashworthiness parameters of the magnesium tubes increased in an approximately exponential manner,while for the aluminum tubes,they changed slightly. Finally,the involved induced features were proven to be not an effective method to improve the specific energy absorption of magnesium tubes, thus, more trigger types,locations,and sizes will be evaluated in future to improve the energy-absorption ability.

摘要：基于UMC 65nm CMOS工艺设计实现了一种快速建立的低噪声带隙基准源.利用工作在深线性区的MOS管实现了GΩ级别大电阻,因此仅采用5pF的电容即实现了截止频率低至32Hz的带开关低通滤波器,有效降低了带隙基准源输出噪声.有源器件的采用大大节省了芯片面积,降低了制作成本.通过采用上电延时电路去控制低通滤波器工作状态,克服了采用大阻值电阻或大容值电容低通滤波器降噪面临的缓慢建立问题,实现了快速建立.通过Spectre仿真器对电路在1.8V电源电压下进行了仿真,后仿真结果表明,电路在10kHz、100kHz、1MHz的输出噪声分别为:11.76nV/sqrtHz、1.213 nV/sqrtHz、336.8 pV/sqrtHz,电路的建立时间为1.436μs,整体功耗为104.4μW.本文设计已在实际芯片中得到应用,并取得了预期效果.
