摘要：Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture plus Dang Gui Bu Xue Qu Feng Tang for benign essential blepharospasm(BEB).Methods:A prospective randomized controlled trial was performed.A total of 105 participants were randomized 1:1:1 into an acupuncture group,a herbal medicine group and an acupuncture plus herbal medicine *** in the acupuncture group received manual acupuncture treatment,twice a *** in the herbal medicine group received Dang Gui Bu Xue Qu Feng Tang,oral administration,once a *** in the acupuncture plus herbal medicine group received both *** therapeutic effects of the three groups were evaluated after four weeks of *** primary outcome was the Jankovic rating scale(JRS)score,and the secondary outcome was the blepharospasm disability index(BSDI)***:After four weeks of treatment,the JRS total scores significantly decreased in all three groups versus baseline(P0.05).The acupuncture plus herbal medicine group had a greater decrease in the JRS severity score than the herbal medicine group(P0.05).The BSDI scores significantly decreased in all three groups versus baseline(P0.05).Conclusion:It is effective in the treatment of BEB either to use acupuncture and Dang Gui Bu Xue Qu Feng Tang alone or in *** combination therapy shows a more significant effect than either of the treatment alone.

The algorithm requires less storage and proves to be stable.

摘要：This paper presents a novel algorithm for identifying quadric surfaces from scanned mechanical models. We make several important improvements over the existing variational 3D shape segmentation framework, which utilizes Lloyd＇s iteration. First, instead of using randomized initialization （which likely falls into non-optimal minimum）, the RANSAC-based initialization approach is adopted. Given a good initialization, our method converges quickly than previous approaches. Second, in order to enhance the stability and the robustness, we carefully modify the distortion-minimizing flooding algorithm by using seed regions instead of seed triangles. Third, the geometric constraints are introduced into the optimization framework. The segmentation quality is further improved. We validate the efficiency and the robustness of our proposed method on various datasets, and demonstrate that our method outperforms state-of-art approaches.

摘要：针对目前在PLC或气动课程教学过程中,人均实训设备数量少、课堂效率低、设备故障率高等问题,提出了通过OPC接口技术实现多个软件联合仿真的全虚拟系统。本文以气动机械手为例,运用MXOPCServer作为数据服务器来提供控制过程数据的访问接口,实现气动软件FluidSIM、三菱PLC编程软件GXWorks2和机电一体化概念设计软件NXMCD等多软件的协同仿真与数据链接和嵌入。该方法投入到实际教学过程中,各软件间的数据交互实时同步,机械手运行达到预期效果,对提高设备设计效率,缩短调试时间和开发周期有一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。

摘要：新奥科技发展有限公司(新奥能源研究院)将原有紧凑型聚变研究装置EXL-50升级为EXL-50U,装置仍然是常温托卡马克,其磁场电源系统包括环向场TF(Toroidal Field)电源、中心螺线管CS(Center Solenoid)电源、PF1-10(Poloidal Field)极向场电源,共12套电源,所有电源均由交流脉冲发电机供电,使用相控整流方案。本文主要设计满足EXL-50U高参数需求的磁场电源,设计重点是提升电源能力,制定高参数工况下的保护策略,内容包括控制与保护系统、交流脉冲发电机的供电方案,变压器与变流器设计,最后给出了实际测试获得的各电源实际波形图,展示在中心螺线管击穿的条件下形成等离子体电流的电源工作波形,以验证设计电源的可靠性与可控性。

摘要：国际上建筑学无障碍设计理论已进化到通用设计等人性化设计思潮,我国部分高校也建立了无障碍设计教学体系。专业课程中实验教学让学生体会无障碍设计的重要性,但传统无障碍模拟体验难以满足所有学生开展综合性设计实践学习的需求。无障碍通用标识环境设计虚拟仿真实验平台引用“循证设计”的教学模型理念,将基本原理与实际操作体验互动结合,通过6大系统、3个层次,引导学生按层级深化学习。虚拟仿真实验手段的引入,实现了教学方法和教学评价体系的创新。从课堂教学和实验报告的反馈结果看,虚拟仿真实验融入无障碍设计教学能提升学生专业素质、激发学生创新意识、增强学生综合能力和培养社会责任感,是促进无障碍设计建筑教育升级的有效路径。

摘要：为减小船舶航行阻力,实现船舶节能减排,以某大型集装箱船为例,介绍空气润滑系统的总体布置与设计方案,包括压缩空气系统、通风系统、控制显示系统等。针对在设计过程中出现的压缩空气舷旁管容易被腐蚀的问题,制定相应的解决方案。指出在新造船项目中,从设计角度出发,可以优先推荐湿式阀和铜镍管结合的方案。对空气润滑系统的实船应用结果进行分析,在压载状态采用空气润滑系统可以节能约3%,证明了该系统节能减排的有效性。
