摘要：With the rapid development of portable devices and internet of things,the requirement of system wearability and integration accelerates the investigation of flexible multifunctional *** this study,we developed an integrated flexible sensing system with four nanowire-based sensors and a Ni microwire-based temperature *** four nanowirebased sensors are three kinds of photodetectors responding to lights with different wavelengths and a gas *** to the large surface volume ratio and considerable sub wavelength effect,all the nanowire-based sensors show good sensing response and excellent linear relationship between sensitivity and *** as-fabricated flexible sensing system can simultaneously detect environmental parameters,including temperature change,light intensities from UV-Visible to near infrared regions,and harmful gas *** flexible multifunctional sensing system therefore opens up a new way for the emerging portable and wearable electronics.

摘要：A simple self-catalyzed chemical vapor deposition process was conducted to synthesize single-crystalline GaSb nanowires,where Ga droplets were utilized as the *** as-grown GaSb nanowires exhibited typical p-type semiconductor behavior with the calculated hole mobility of about 0.042 cm^2 V^-1 s^-*** photoresponse properties of the GaSb nanowires were studied by fabricating nanowire photodetectors on both rigid and flexible *** results revealed that the photodetectors exhibited broad spectral response ranging from ultraviolet,visible,to near-infrared *** the device on rigid substrate,the corresponding responsivity and the detectivity were calculated to be 3.86×10^3 A W-1 and 3.15×10^13 Jones for 500 nm light,and 7.22×10^2 A W-1 and 5.90×10^12 Jones for 808 nm light,respectively,which were the highest value compared with those of other reported Ga1-xInxAsySb1-y structure ***,the flexible photodetectors not only maintained the comparable good photoresponse properties as the rigid one,but also possessed excellent mechanical flexibility and *** study could facilitate the understanding on the fundamental characteristics of self-catalyzed grown GaSb nanowires and the design of functional nano-optoelectronic devices based on GaSb nanowires.

摘要：DATE5, a 5 m telescope for terahertz exploration, was proposed for acquiring observations at Dome A, Antarctica. In order to observe the terahertz spectrum, it is necessary to maintain high surface accuracy in the the antenna when it is exposed to Antarctic weather conditions. Structural analysis shows that both machined aluminum and carbon fiber reinforced plastic （CFRP） panels can meet surface accuracy requirements. In this paper, one design concept based on aluminum panels is introduced. This includes panel layout, details on panel support, design of a CFRP backup structure, and detailed finite element analysis. Modal, gravity and thermal analysis are all performed and surface deformations of the main reflector are evaluated for all load cases. At the end of the paper, the manufacture of a prototype panel is also described. Based on these results, we found that using smaller aluminum reflector panels has the potential to meet the surface requirements in the harsh Dome A environment.

摘要：X射线脉冲星导航(XNAV)系统对脉冲到达时间或相位的在轨测量存在星载钟计时误差问题.本文提出将钟差与卫星三维位置参数一起作未知量处理,采用4颗以上脉冲星的观测信息解算出卫星位置;将该位置信息与轨道动力学预报的位置信息的差值作为量测信息,结合卫星轨道动力学模型,设计闭环校正卡尔曼滤波器.仿真表明,设计的闭环校正滤波器能够对卫星轨道状态进行最优估计,解决了XNAV系统中的钟差问题.
