摘要：The aim of this study was to optimize the conditions for the extraction of low-abundance proteins（LAPs） and the removal of abundant proteins（APs; β-conglycinin and glycinin） from soybean *** factor and orthogonal experiments were designed to determine the effects of four factors（isopropanol concentration, total extraction time, ultrasonic power, and ultrasonic time） on protein concentration in isopropanol *** in the isopropanol supernatant and the cold acetone precipitate of isopropanol were identified by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis（SDS-PAGE） and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry（MALDI-TOF-MS）.The results showed that the optimal conditions were 50% isopropanol, ultrasonic pretreatment for 15 min at 350 W, and a total extraction time of 1 *** these conditions, the protein concentration in the isopropanol extracts reached 0.8081 g/*** LAPs were detected, including β-amylase, soybean agglutinin, soybean trypsin inhibitor, fumarylacetoacetase-like, phospholipase D alpha 1-like, oleosin, and even some unknown soybean *** soybean APs（β-conglycinin and glycinin） were not *** method may be useful for discovering new soybean proteins and extracting enough LAPs of soybean to allow further studies of their physiological effects on animals without the influence of APs.

摘要：现有杆式超声电机的有限元模型大都采用连续复合材料的简化结构形式,忽略了实际超声电机各部件间的接触特性,导致计算结果与实验结果具有较大偏差。针对该问题,提出了一种采用响应面法的杆式超声电机有限元模型修正方法,来获得高精度的有限元模型。该方法考虑了超声电机螺栓预紧力及各部件接触界面的法向接触刚度和摩擦系数,筛选出显著影响电机工作模态的参数,建立响应面模型替代超声电机的有限元模型实现快速计算结构响应的目的,并以实验模态分析结果为目标对模型进行修正。修正结果表明,修正后的模型模态频率的平均误差由修正前的1.20%降到0.21%,模型精度得到明显改善,表明以响应面的有限元模型修正方法对杆式超声电机以及类似夹心式压电振子的设计具有应用价值。

摘要：目的研究装配式混凝土结构中叠合楼板在竖向荷栽作用下的极限承栽力，为叠合楼板配筋设计提供参考．方法基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件对底部2块与3块预制板拼接，工程中常用预制厚度与现浇层厚度，以及长宽比1．0～1．5范围的30组叠合楼板在竖向荷载作用下进行数值计算分析，得到沿拼缝方向按单向板配筋且垂直拼缝方向固定构造配筋、竖向荷载作用下四边简支的叠合楼板极限承载力；并计算在楼板极限承载力不变的前提下，按照双向板进行计算，得出沿拼缝方向受力筋面积可减少的比率．结果沿拼缝方向按单向板配筋、垂直拼缝方向固定构造配筋的叠合楼板，如果拼缝方向作为长方向，当长宽比为1：1．5时，其实际极限承载力比按照单向板计算值可提高17％；长宽比为1：1时，承载力可提高39％，长宽比为1．5：1时，承载力可提高98％．极限承载力相同时，按照双向板计算，当长宽比为1：1．5时，预制板中沿拼缝方向受力筋可减少17％，可按照平行拼缝方向的单向板计算；当长宽比为l：1．2时，预制板中沿拼缝方向受力筋可减少30％，；当长宽比为l：1时，预制板中沿拼缝方向受力筋可减少40％；当长宽比为1．2：l时，预制板中沿拼缝方向配筋可减少60％；当长宽比为1．5：1时，预制板中沿拼缝方向受力筋计算上可不配，叠合板相当于垂直拼缝方向受力为主的单向板．结论同尺寸、不同预制厚度与现浇层厚度的叠合楼板，现浇层厚度与预制板比值越大，承载力越大；底部2块预制板的叠合楼板与相同配筋的底部3块预制板的叠合楼板相比，承载力较低．叠合楼板应避免拼缝与楼板中线重舍的布置，且当长宽比大于1．5：1时，建议沿短边方向布置预制板．

摘要：针对船舶破损应急封堵装置的整体结构,利用UG软件建立封堵装置整体结构的三维模型,通过Ansys Workbench软件对应急封堵装置结构中承受力作用的重要部件进行结构应力分析,并基于仿真结果对结构整体进行优化。然后对整体装置在布放使用过程中的水阻力情况进行计算和仿真分析,确定整体装置最佳的布放形式。

摘要：Si C nanowires are excellent high-temperature electromagnetic wave (EMW) absorbing materials. However, their polymer matrix composites are difficult to work at temperatures above 300℃, while their ceramic matrix composites must be prepared above 1000℃ in an inert atmosphere. Thus, for addressing the abovementioned problems, SiC/low-melting-point glass composites were well designed and prepared at 580℃ in an air atmosphere. Based on the X-ray diffraction results, SiC nanowires were not oxidized during air atmosphere sintering because of the low sintering temperature. Additionally, SiC nanowires were uniformly distributed in the glass matrix material. The composites exhibited good mechanical and EMW absorption properties. As the filling ratio of SiC nanowires increased from 5wt%to 20wt%, the Vickers hardness and flexural strength of the composite reached HV 564 and 213 MPa, which were improved by 27.7%and 72.8%, respectively, compared with the low-melting-point glass. Meanwhile, the dielectric loss and EMW absorption ability of SiC nanowires at 8.2–12.4 GHz were also gradually improved. The dielectric loss ability of low-melting-point glass was close to 0. However, when the filling ratio of SiC nanowires was 20wt%, the composite showed a minimum reflection loss (RL) of-20.2 dB and an effective absorption (RL≤-10 dB) bandwidth of2.3 GHz at an absorber layer thickness of 2.3 mm. The synergistic effect of polarization loss and conductivity loss in SiC nanowires was responsible for this improvement.

摘要：以丁山河流域为研究对象,沿城市河流设计了3种旁路生态处理系统,用作污水处理厂或工业废水的附加净化措施,研究河流水质经旁路生态系统处理前后的变化情况,并采用高通量测序方法研究细菌和真菌多样性和群落结构变化,以更全面地反映城市污水经生态系统处理后对受纳河流的影响.结果表明,生态系统出水COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N和TP等营养盐指标明显低于湿地进水,水质明显提升,且污水对生态处理系统和受纳河流微生物影响显著,微生物多样性增加.对旁路生态系统水体理化指标进行统计分析,发现旁路生态系统对COD(55.7%~64.0%)、NH_(4)^(+)-N(63.1%~89.4%)和TP(27.6%~76.7%)的去除效果均较好,水质从地表水劣Ⅴ类提高到Ⅲ类,受纳河流的水质显著改善.对生态系统进出水和河道上下游水体微生物多样性进行统计分析,发现在门水平上,各生态处理系统主要的优势菌门基本相同;在纲水平上,各生态处理系统的真核微生物群落结构差异较大;受纳河流下游水体Chao1、Faith’s PD和Shannon指数大于上游,物种丰富度和多样性显著提高.其中,变形菌门(Proteobacteria,77%~95%)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes,1.0%~10%)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria,0.36%~12%)和厚壁菌门是旁路生态系统主要优势菌门;γ-变形菌纲(Gammaproteobacteria)、α-变形菌纲(Alphaproteobacteria)和拟杆菌纲(Bacteroidia)是受纳河流主要优势菌纲.通过对微生物群落结构进行研究,能够更加全面地揭示尾水经过生态处理系统处理对受纳河流引起的复合生态效应,对城市河流生态系统保护具有重大意义.

摘要：云南西部大规模小水电群集中送出地区存在弱阻尼区间振荡模式，是制约该地区电力送出的主要因素。为避免大规模小水电群引发全网的弱阻尼振荡。可通过柔性直流输电系统将小水电富集电网和主网进行异步联网，使参与因子最大的机群与主网机群形成电气隔离。以云南电网为背景，从经济性和降低直流系统故障概率的角度，设计了柔性直流背靠背异步联网方案；从优化小水电富集电网潮流分布的角度，设计了多端柔性直流异步联网方案。比较了2种方案对电网小扰动稳定性和小水电富集电网送出能力的提升效果。仿真结果表明：2种方案均可增强云南电网的小扰动稳定性，并有效提升小水电富集电网的送出能力。

摘要：As the idea of simulated annealing (SA) is introduced into the fitness function, an improved genetic algorithm (GA) is proposed to perform the optimal design of a pressure vessel which aims to attain the minimum weight under burst pressure con- straint. The actual burst pressure is calculated using the arc-length and restart analysis in finite element analysis (FEA). A penalty function in the fitness function is proposed to deal with the constrained problem. The effects of the population size and the number of generations in the GA on the weight and burst pressure of the vessel are explored. The optimization results using the proposed GA are also compared with those using the simple GA and the conventional Monte Carlo method.

The tests of bone-targeting activity show that these compounds have an obvious affinity for bone.
