摘要：针对金属闭式冷弯成形的多道次孔型轧制特点,考虑轧前管坯的轮廓与轧后异型管的轮廓存在拓扑等价关系和边界域的不动点性质,以双圆弧插值函数描述异型管的复杂轮廓,建立两者之间的形心映射数学模型,实现各道次孔型设计,绘制异型管闭式冷弯成形过程的辊花图。以铝合金圆管为坯料在试验轧机上进行了扇形管冷弯成形轧制实验,结果表明:轧后的扇形管内外轮廓变形柔顺且无凹凸点,壁厚偏差小于±0.5 mm,角部误差小于±1.5°,满足GB/T 6728-2002国标要求,研究结果为异型管冷弯成形的轧辊辊花设计提供了一种新方法。

摘要：混凝土结构产生裂缝会严重影响建筑物的安全稳定运行。为实现混凝土出露裂缝的实时高效检测,提出了一种新的单阶段混凝土裂缝检测模型CrackDetectX,该模型由基础特征提取网络、多级特征融合网络、检测头三部分组成。采用动态蛇形卷积(DSConv)精准捕捉裂缝特征,添加反向残差注意力模块(iRMB)融合不同尺度的上下文信息,使神经网络能够为特征图产生更好的像素级注意力。在检测头中引入一种基于MPDIoU的损失函数,全面考虑边界框所有信息,使模型更好地处理边界框宽度及高度的差异。此外,在模型中还引入Lion优化器保存动量信息,并利用其独特的更新规则来更新梯度,提高模型训练的效率。最后对所建模型进行评估,平均精度AP_0.5/%、AP_0.5-0.95/%、参数量、计算量及推理速度分别为93.1%、77.8%、1.62 M、4.3 GFLOPs和61.4 FPS,均优于对比方法,表明所提模型具有良好的鲁棒性,是一种高精度、高效率、轻量化的混凝土出露裂缝检测方法。

摘要：目的:解决考虑模糊环境条件影响下的复杂机械产品并行拆卸路径规划问题,并给出成本和模糊时间最优的拆卸方案。创新点:建立混合模糊模型,引入三角模糊数表示拆卸工序加工时间,提高拆卸路径规划的环境适应性;采用并行加工方法,尽可能地提高生产资源利用效率,缩短加工时间和降低加工成本;使用混合编码方式,用同一条染色体表示拆卸工序和工位信息,简化模型表达和运算;在遗传算法中引入高斯变异方法,提高算法的收敛速度。方法:1.引入一个包含N个工位和L个零部件的拆卸序列规划问题,提出混合模糊拆卸模型实现对此问题的数学描述;2.采用包含高斯变异算子的遗传算法,对结果进行优化计算,以得到最短的模糊加工时间和加工成本;3.将本文所述方法的计算结果与快速搜索随机树算法的运行结果进行比较。结论:在算法分别迭代50次、100次和150次的情况下,本文所述方法得到的最优解均优于快速搜索随机树算法的解,并且运行时间均短于快速搜索随机树算法。

摘要：We introduce a novel strategy of designing a chaotic coverage path planner for the mobile robot based on the Che- byshev map for achieving special missions. The designed chaotic path planner consists of a two-dimensional Chebyshev map which is constructed by two one-dimensional Chebyshev maps. The performance of the time sequences which are generated by the planner is improved by arcsine transformation to enhance the chaotic characteristics and uniform distribution. Then the coverage rate and randomness for achieving the special missions of the robot are enhanced. The chaotic Chebyshev system is mapped into the feasible region of the robot workplace by affine transformation. Then a universal algorithm of coverage path planning is designed for environments with obstacles. Simulation results show that the constructed chaotic path planner can avoid detection of the obstacles and the workplace boundaries, and runs safely in the feasible areas. The designed strategy is able to satisfy the requirements of randomness, coverage, and high efficiency for special missions.

摘要：The influence of brazing temperature and brazing time on the microstructure and shear strength ofγ-TiAl/GH536 joints brazed with Ti-Zr-Cu-Ni-Fe-Co-Mo filler was investigated using SEM,EDS,XRD and universal testing *** show that all the brazed joints mainly consist of four reaction layers regardless of the brazing temperature and brazing *** thickness of the brazed seam and the average shear strength of the joint increase firstly and then decrease with brazing temperature in the range of 1090-1170℃and brazing time varying from 0 to 20 *** maximum shear strength of 262 MPa is obtained at 1150℃for 10 *** brittle Al3NiTi2 and TiNi3 intermetallics are the main controlling factors for the crack generation and deterioration of joint *** fracture surface is characterized as typical cleavage fracture and it mainly consists of massive brittle Al3NiTi2 intermetallics.

摘要：为更好地满足市场对新型三轮摩托车的需求,提升整车品质,设计了前部采用开口变截面和等截面型材焊接、后部采用开口等截面型材铆接的新型车架。按照产品创意设计的正向开发流程对三轮摩托车进行创新设计,给出了造型设计方案,并试制了样车;通过用户模拟试驾体验,验证了设计方案的可行性。
