摘要：In order to meet the requirements of the Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC),a 650-MHz 2-cell superconducting cavity was proposed and *** this study,we show the progress in the cavity design for the *** radio frequency and mechanical designs are ready for the first design version,called CEPC-V1.A cryomodule,which consists of two 650-MHz 2-cell cavities,was scheduled the last ***,prototypes of the 2-cell cavity based on this design were fabricated and tested the following *** vertical test results show that multipacting(MP)exists from 10 to 19 MV/*** will increase the operational risk of the CEPC,while the continuous-wave operation for the 650-MHz cavity is 19.7 MV/*** trapped modes were also found,which exist because of the identical half-cell ***,a few improvements regarding MP and more efficient extraction of higher-order mode power are discussed.A new type of cavity design,called CEPC-V2,is also discussed in this paper.

摘要：以西安地铁6号线隧道工程穿越地裂缝为研究背景,通过现场调查与资料收集,具体分析地裂缝在与地铁线路交汇处的发育和灾害特征及其年活动速率;利用空间几何关系,提出相邻分段隧道之间在空间上会产生三向位移,从而引起其内部净空减小;运用数学公式定量计算得到地铁6号线穿越地裂缝的纵向影响长度参数。建议在设计地铁线路走向时,应尽量与地裂缝呈大角度相交。

摘要：The coolant pump impeller casting is the only rotating component in the nuclear island of an AP1000 nuclear power station, and is required to have a 60-year service time, which requires advanced materials and processing technologies to guarantee. In this paper, the casting process was studied, designed and modified by means of numerical simulation. The gating system was distributed symmetrically and the runner diameter was a little bigger for avoiding sand wash and turbulence;the feeding system focused on the solution of blades feeding, as some parts of which should reach Severity Level 1 radioactive testing standard. Therefore, upper and lower plates cooperating with chillers acted as feeding method besides additional 2-3 times thickness;in addition, lowering sand core strength, decreasing pouring temperature and increasing dimension allowance would be adopted to avoid crack defects. Finally, the pilot impeller was cast. The results show that the casting process design is reasonable, as the liquid rises very smoothly when pouring, and no volume defects are found by means of 100% radioactive testing. Based on this casting process, 16 coolant pump impellers have been successfully produced and delivered to customers.

摘要：研究水文要素的演变规律及其变化归因,对于水资源管理及洪旱灾害防治具有重要意义。以山东省蒙阴流域为研究区域,采用线性趋势法、Mann-Kendall趋势检验法、Pettitt检验法和BG启发式分割算法,对1970~2020年汛期降水量、最大1 d洪量和年最大洪峰模数进行趋势和突变检验,对比2010~2020年降雨径流关系与山东省已有水文图集成果,对蒙阴流域水文要素演变规律及其归因进行分析。结果表明,蒙阴流域1970~2020年各水文要素均未发生显著突变,汛期降水量呈不显著上升趋势,最大1 d洪量和年最大洪峰模数呈不显著下降趋势;与已有水文图集成果相比,在相同的降雨条件下,蒙阴流域现阶段次洪径流深呈减小趋势;蒙阴流域水文要素演变受水库工程影响较小,土地利用变化和社会经济发展是其主要驱动因素。

摘要：The construction of waste rock dumps on existing tailing ponds has been put into practice in China to save precious land resources. This work focuses on the safety assessment of the Daheishan molybdenum mine waste rock dump under construction on two adjoining tailings ponds. The consolidation of the tailings foundation and the filling quality of the waste rock are investigated by the transient electromagnetic method through detecting water-rich areas and loose packing areas, from which, the depth of phreatic line is also estimated. With such information and the material parameters, the numerical method based on shear strength reduction is applied to analyzing the overall stability of the waste rock dump and the tailings ponds over a number of typical cross sections under both current and designed conditions, where the complex geological profiles exposed by site investigation are considered. Through numerical experiments, the influence of soft lenses in the tailings and possible loose packing areas in the waste rock is examined. Although large displacements may develop due to the soft tailings foundation, the results show that the waste rock dump satisfies the safety requirements under both present and designed conditions.

摘要：The incidence of invasive fungal infections is increasing rapidly. Clinically available antifungal agents suffer from limited efficacy and severe resistance. There is an urgent need to discover antifungal lead compounds with novel chemical scaffold. On the basis of our previously identified tetrahydrocarbazole antifungal leads, the structure-activity relationship was further explored by modifying the scaffold and the side chains. Several targeted compounds showed potent activity against Candida species. Particularly, compound 13i showed better antifungal activity than the lead compound, which can be used as a good starting point for further optimization.

摘要：A series of novel E-ring modified evodiamine derivatives were designed and synthesized as antitumor agents. Their capacity to interfere with the catalytic activity of topoisomerase Ⅰ and Ⅱ was evaluated by the relaxation assay. In vitro antitumor activity results revealed that compound 12 showed good antitumor activity with a broad spectrum. Its binding modes with topoisomerase Ⅰ and Ⅱ were clarified by molecular docking.

摘要：与交流输电线路一样,高压直流线路的绝缘子设计必须考虑正常运行电压和暂态过电压条件。国内外运行经验表明,影响直流线路绝缘闪络的关键因素是正常运行电压下的绝缘表面湿污条件。因此根据国内外±500kV直流架空输电线路的绝缘运行经验和调爬情况及最新的±800kV绝缘子污耐压试验成果,采用爬电比距法和污耐压法相结合,得出了±800kV线路的基本绝缘配置,探讨了海拔高度和绝缘子覆冰对绝缘选择的影响,并对绝缘子串"老化"作了量的预测。该文的结论可供设计参考。

摘要：Traditional Intrusion Detection System （IDS） based on hosts or networks no longer meets the security requirements in today＇s network environment due to the increasing complexity and distributivity. A multi-agent distributed IDS model, enhanced with a method of computing its statistical values of performance is presented. This model can accomplish not only distributed information collection, but also distributed intrusion detection and real-time reaction. Owing to prompt reaction and openness, it can detect intrusion behavior of both known and unknown sources. According to preliminary tests, the accuracy ratio of intrusion detection is higher than 92% on the average.
