摘要：传统的电路模拟吸波材料设计只考虑正入射时的吸波性能,当入射角较大,尤其是大于30°时,雷达吸波器的吸波效果明显恶化。随着现代双站雷达探测技术的发展,雷达探测电磁波可能来自不同的空间方向,这就要求雷达吸波材料不仅在电磁波正入射时具有较高的吸波性能,在斜入射时同样实现良好的隐身特性。为此,该文提出了一种新型的宽带吸波材料。该材料由嵌入集总电阻的导电方环阵列和设计良好的宽角阻抗匹配(WAIM)层组成。由于WAIM层的存在,斜入射情况下的吸波性能明显改善。同时,针对电磁波正斜入射情况,该文提出了准确的等效电路模型以及严格的数学计算模型,使得结构设计清晰明了。测量结果表明,正入射时的吸波带宽达到137.1%。当入射角小于45°时,所设计吸波材料在反射系数衰减至少10 dB情况下的公共百分比吸波带宽达到110.5%。等效电路模型计算、仿真与实测结果之间的相似性验证了该文设计的有效性。

摘要：An user-oriented computer software consisting of three modeling codes, named DRAD, DRAA and FDPAT, is introduced. It can be used to design three types of Cassegrain system: classical, with shaped subreflector and with dual shaped reflectors, and to analyse radiation patterns for the antennas. Several mathematical models and numerical techniques are presented.

摘要：This paper presents a structured methodology for local network design engineering (SMLNDE). A complex and fuzzy project for local network design can be decomposed into a set of simple and particular activities using the SMLNDE. The SMLNDE allows rigorous requirements definition and permits the exhaustive consideration of the large number of factors influencing local network design engineering. The complete and clear design documentations and an optimal design can also be provided by the methodology. The SMLNDE has been implemented using the structured analysis and design technique. The study shows that the SMLNDE is an effective design methodology for the large and complex local networks.

摘要：认知无线电(CR)的核心是认知引擎设计。为适合变化的无线环境状况,提出了一种基于最小二乘支持向量机的认知无线电认知引擎设计方法,该引擎根据经验知识,动态重配置无线环境参数。在802.11a仿真平台上模拟认知无线电通信系统模型,通过样本值训练支持向量机的分类、回归模型,并利用该模型学习信道特征,建立相应的认知引擎。在对感知信息进行学习前提下,实现满足用户需求的无线通信参数配置功能。仿真结果表明,该认知引擎能有效地实现认知无线电学习重构功能。

摘要：粒子群优化算法作为优秀的群体智能算法之一,已经被广泛应用于电磁优化问题中.通过与时域有限差分(FDTD)算法相结合,粒子群优化算法被运用于频率选择表面的优化设计.在此过程中,通过使用图形处理器(GPU)加速技术将FDTD算法速度提高近100倍,配合FDTD的宽频特性显著加速了优化过程.在此基础上,针对给定单元结构以及未知单元结构两种频率选择表面设计情况,分别采用带惯性权重的粒子群优化算法以及二进制离散粒子群优化算法进行优化.提出的两种优化流程在算例中得到验证与分析,证明了其可行性及高效性.

摘要：There has been an increasing interest in integrating decision support systems (DSS) and expert systems (ES) to provide decision makers a more accessible, productive and domain-independent information and computing environment. This paper is aimed at designing a multiple expert systems integrated decision support system (MESIDSS) to enhance decision makers' ability in more complex cases. The basic framework, management system of multiple ESs, and functions of MESIDSS are presented. The applications of MESIDSS in large-scale decision making processes are discussed from the following aspects of problem decomposing, dynamic combination of multiple ESs, link of multiple bases and decision coordinating. Finally, a summary and some ideas for the future are presented.

摘要：The paper presents the conceptual and operational basis of the creation of IDSS based on our recent research experience. In this paper, an intelligent decision support system, IDSS is defined as: any interactive system that is specially designed to improve the decision making of its user by extending the user's cognitive decision making abilities. As a result, this view of man-machine joint cognitive system stresses the need to use computational technology to aid the user in the decision making process. And the human's role is to achieve total systems's objectives. The paper outlines the designing procedure in successive steps. First, the decision maker's cognitive needs for decision support are identified. Second, the computationally realizable support functions are defined that could be provided by IDSS. Then, the specific techniques that would best fill the decision needs are discussed. And finally, for system implementation the modern computational technology infrastructure is emphasized.
