摘要：An electronic speckle shearing phase-shifting pattern interferometer (ESSPPI) based on Michelson interferometer was based in this paper. A rotatable mirror driven by a step motor in one of its reflective arm is used to generate an adjustable shearing and the mirror driven by piezoelectric transducer (PZT) in the other reflective arm was used to realize phase- shifting. In the experiments, the deformation of an aluminum plate with the same extern-force on different positions and different forces on the same position is measured. Meanwhile, the phase distribution and phase-unwrap image of the aluminum plate with the extern-force on its center position is obtained by the four-step phase-shifting method.

摘要：The diverse non-smooth body surfaces to reduce soil adhesion are the evolutional results for the soil animals to fit the adhesive and wet environment and can be used as a biological basis for the design of bionic plow moldboard. The model surfaces for bionic simulation should be taken from soil animal digging organs, on which the soil motion is similar to what is on the surface of moldboard. By analyzing the distribution of non-smooth units on the body surface of the ground beetle jaw and the soil moving stresses, the design principles of the bionic moldboard for the local and the whole moldboard were presented respectively. As well, the effect of soil moving speed on reducing adhesion, the dimensions relationship between soil particles and non-smooth convexes, the relationship between the enveloping surface of non-smooth convexes and the initial smooth surface of the plow body, and the convex types of the sphere coronal and the pangolin scales,*** discussed.

摘要：目的:对山楂核的化学成分及生物活性进行研究。方法:运用大孔吸附树脂D101,硅胶,ODS和制备高效液相色谱等方法分离化合物,通过多种波谱方法进行结构鉴定。此外,还对化合物进行了OPM2和RPMI-8226两组细胞株的细胞毒活性测试。结果:从山楂核中得到4个化合物:(7S,8S)-4-[2-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1-(hydroxymethyl)ethoxy]-3,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde(1),(+)-balanophonin(2),erythro-guaiacylglycerol-β-coniferylaldehydeether(3),buddlenolA(4)。结论:化合物1为一新降木脂素。化合物24为属内首次分离得到。活性测试结果表明化合物14的抗肿瘤活性不明显。

摘要：This paper presents an efficient method for globally optimizing and automating component sizing for rotary traveling wave oscillator arrays. The lumped equivalent model of transmission lines loaded by inverter pairs is evaluated and posynomial functions for oscillation frequency, power dissipation, phase noise, etc. are formulated using transmission line theory. The re- sulting design problem can be posed as a geometric programJning problem, which can be efficiently solved with a convex opti- mization solver. The proposed method can compute the global optima more efficiently than the traditional iterative scheme and various design problems can be solved with the same circuit model. The globally optimal trade-off curves between competing objectives are also computed to carry out robust designs and quickly explore the design space.

摘要：As part of the design and machining of the RFQ accelerator in the Compact Pulsed Hadron Source （CPHS） project at Tsinghua University, the design process of the undercuts and dipole stabilizer rods is presented in this paper. In particular, the relationship between the inter-vane voltage slope and the local frequency of the undercut section is described quantitatively. With the identification of modes existing in the cavity, the specific parameters are optimized by the SUPERFISH and MAFIA codes. In addition, the water-cooling requirement of the dipole stabilizer rods is briefly discussed.

摘要：3D computer-aided design (CAD) systems based on feature-based solid modelling technique have been widely spread and used for product design. However, when part models associated with features are used in various downstream applications, simplified models in various levels of detail (LODs) are frequently more desirable than the full details of the parts. In particular, the need for feature-based multiresolution representation of a solid model representing an object at multiple LODs in the feature unit is increasing for engineering tasks. One challenge is to generate valid models at various LODs after an arbitrary rearrangement of features using a certain LOD criterion, because composite Boolean operations consisting of union and subtraction are not commutative. The other challenges are to devise proper topological framework for multiresolution representation, to suggest more reasonable LOD criteria, and to extend applications. This paper surveys the recent research on these issues.

摘要：In this paper, we discuss some fundamental properties of two idealized typical networks, namely, grid type and radial-circular type. The discussion is based on SPCP （Shortest Path Counting Problem）, which reflects the traffic density of a road segment. Furthermore, we compare their effectiveness based on the obtained results of the above two road networks, and suggest some proposals on the design of car lanes by considering the direction of a road segment in relation to these road networks.

摘要：Density functional theory calculations within the generalized gradient approximation(GGA) have been carried out to study the structural and vibrational properties of carbon monoxide adsorption on Rh(111) surface. The optimized geometries, adsorption energies and vibrationalfrequencies have been obtained and the preferred binding sites have been determined. Theresults show that at low coverage CO prefers to adsorb at top site and at high coverage one molecule occupies top site while the two other molecules occupy hcp and fcc hollow sitesrespectively. The investigation of the vibrational properties of CO chemisorption on Rh(111) shows that the top C-O stretching frequency increases along with the increase of the coverage. The site assignments, optimized geometries and calculated vibrational frequencies are found to be in good agreement with the experimental results.

In order to obtain highly specific and accurate antibodies for bioimmunoassay determination of cortisol, different tether lengths of 6-corticosteroid haptens and their BSA conjugates were designed and synthesized.
