摘要：gStore is an open-source native Resource Description Framework （RDF） triple store that answers SPARQL queries by subgraph matching over RDF graphs. However, there are some deficiencies in the original system design, such as answering simple queries （including one-triple pattern queries）. To improve the efficiency of the system, we reconsider the system design in this paper. Specifically, we propose a new query plan generation module that generates different query plans according to the structures of query graphs. Furthermore, we re-design our vertex encoding strategy to achieve more pruning power and a new multi-join algorithm to speed up the subgraph matching process. Extensive experiments on synthetic and real RDF datasets show that our method outperforms the state-of-the-art algorithms significantly.

摘要：Based on the active site of Candida albicans lanosterol 14α-demethylase (CACYP51), novel triazole compounds structurally different from the current triazole drugs were designed and synthesized. In vitro antifungal activities showed that compounds 10, 11, 16 and 20 exhibited strong activities. In addition, compounds 10, 11 and 16 also displayed certain activities against fluconazole-resistant fungi.

摘要：A wide difference of opinion exists about the content and composition of emotions. Advertising may influence an audience and their buying decisions about products and services. The objective of this study is to better conceptualize how women emotionally respond to emotional advertisements （EAs）. The variant views are integrated into an ACE model, composed of subordinate levels of emotions （E）, celebrity endorsements （C）, and appeal drivers （A）. This empirical study examines women＇s emotional response using data from 240 Chinese women respondents. The study participants were invited to develop ACE mix based advertisements and fill out questionnaires. PLS-SEM analysis, a novel approach in ACE advertisement development and its applicability to consumer behavior, was used. The results show that showbiz celebrities expressing the emotion of happiness with music and color make the most effective ACE mix to influence the consumption behavior of women. The results are significantly mediated by attention levels and are widely applicable in the burgeoning advertising industry. The study also calls for further research with different ACE mixes in different contexts and on different audiences. It also opens doors for policy making and an appropriate understanding of women＇s consumption behavior in the Chinese context.

摘要：Chinese vegetable production cooperatives supply their members, mostly smallholder farmers, with a rotation schedule for the year. Since vegetable prices are not stable throughout the year, designing a rotation schedule that maximizes expected profits, distributes farmers＇ profits more equitably, maintains the diversity of produce in the market, and reduces the risk of pests and diseases, requires adaptive, price-contingent rotation schedules（here, called ＂self-adaptive adjustment＂）. This study uses an agent-based simulation（ABS） to design self-adaptive rotation schedules that deliver these aims. The selfadaptive adjustment strategy was more profitable for farmers when faced with price volatility, and more equitable as well. This work provides a decision-support tool for managers of Chinese vegetable production cooperatives to provide farmers with more profitable and equitable rotation schedules.

摘要：Development of effective chromatographic or electrophoretic separation involves judicious deciding of selection of optimal experimental conditions that can provide an adequate resolution at a reasonable run time for the separation of interested components. Box-Behnken factorial design was effectively applied for the separation optimization of eight structurally related sulfonamides using capillary zone electrophorosis and reverse high performance liquid chromatography. Optimum values for volume ratio of THF to H2O in eluent, column temperature and flow rate of eluent are found as 12 to 88, 35℃ and 1.0 mL/min, respectively. Box-Behnken modified optimization model is extended to separation by capillary electrophoresis (CE). While using CE, a satisfactory separation is achieved with a minimum resolution larger than 1.0 for a separation time less than 10 min.

摘要：According to the structures and characteristics of the current conveyor circuits, a non inverting current integrator, an inverting current integrator and a multi output follower circuits have been constructed. Applying inter reciprocity network theorem, a method was developed to implement the transform from RLC filter prototype circuits into active RC filter circuits, and finally into current mode filter based on current conveyor. The transfer functions and component sensitivities are common among them. It is effective in the processing of current mode analog signal, which is easy to implement.

摘要：可见光通信(VLC)和无线保真(WiFi)组网被认为是实现未来6G移动通信的关键技术之一。为了提高室内资源分配满足业务服务质量(QoS)需求的概率,该文提出一种基于干扰管理和服务质量(QoS)驱动的跨层资源分配机制(CRAMIMQ)。该机制能根据物理层的信道状态与媒体访问控制层的队列状态,设计下行VLC-WiFi传输链路的自适应QoS级别评估方法和信道质量管控方法;提出基于干扰管理和QoS驱动的跨层资源分配机制以满足业务的QoS需求。仿真结果显示,相比QoS感知的跨层动态资源分配(QoS-CLDRA)方法,所提CRAMIMQ提高了业务接入成功概率,进而使最大的系统吞吐量约提高5.64%,VLC缓冲队列长度减小21.8%。

摘要：A minimal-order observer and output-feedback stabilization control are given for single-input multi-output stochastic nonlinear systems with unobservable states, un- modelled dynamics and stochastic disturbances. Based on the observer designed, the estimates of all observable states of the system are given, and the convergence of the es- timation errors are analyzed. In addition, by using the integrator backstepping approach, an output-feedback stabilization control is constructively designed, and sufficient condi- tions are obtained under which the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable in the large or bounded in probability, respectively.
