摘要：Deamination is a crucial step in the transformation of 6-cyclopropylamino guanosine prodrug to its active form. A convenient method using capillary electrophoresis （CE） without sample labeling was developed to analyze the deamination of a series of D-/L-6-cyclopropylamino guanosine analogs by mouse liver homogenate, mouse liver microsome, and adenosine deaminase （ADA）. A two-step process involving a 6-amino guanosine intermediate formed by oxidative N-dealkylation was demonstrated in the metabolism of 6-cyclopropylamino guanosine to 6-hydroxy guanosine. The results indicated that the transformation rates of different prodrugs to the active form varied greatly, which were closely correlated with the configuration of nucleosides and the structure of glycosyl groups. Most importantly, D-form analogs were metabolized much faster than their L-counterparts, thus clearly pointed out that compared to guanine, modification of glycosyl part might be a better choice for the development of L-Kuanosine analogs for the treatment of HIV,

摘要：Coal is the world's most abundant fossil *** froth flotation is a widely used cleaning process to separate coal from mineral *** of coarse coal particles,ultrafine coal particles and oxidized coal particles is well known to be difficult and *** this paper,the nanobubbles' effects on the flotation of the varying particle size,particle density and floatability coal samples were evaluated using a bank of pilot scale flotation cells,a laboratory scale and a pilot scale specially designed flotation *** parameters evaluated during this study include the flow rate ratio between the nanobubble generator and the conventional size bubble generator,the superficial air velocity,collector dosage,frother concentration,flotation feed rate,feed solids concentration,feed particle size,and the superficial wash water flow rate,*** results show that the use of nanobubbles in a bank of mechanical cells flotation and column flotation increased the flotation recovery by 8%～27% at a given product *** increased the flotation rate constants of 600～355,355～180,180～75,and 75～0 microns size coal particles by 98.0%,98.4%,50.0% and 41.6%,*** separation selectivity index was increased by up to 34%,depending on the flotation feed characteristics and the flotation conditions.

摘要：全国铁路扣件螺栓防腐养护工作量大，人工涂油作业成本高、效率低、劳动强度大，存在作业安全风险、道碴污染等问题。针对这一系列问题，研发了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(programmable logic controller, PLC)控制的可在铁路轨道对扣件螺栓进行自动涂油作业的自动涂油装置，实现施工过程的高效化、智能化和自动化。对设备的行走机构、涂油系统、扣件螺栓识别感应装置、控制系统等进行优化设计。创新性地设计了可调节的喷涂结构，实现了对不同类型轨道的涂油作业，创新性地设计了可自适应轨道扣件螺栓高度位置变化的传感器装置，实现了对不同高度分布的轨道扣件螺栓的精准识别。针对防锈油脂特性，对装置的定量雾化技术进行分析与优化设计。台达DVP ES2-24MR PLC与外部执行器件连接，通过PLC进行数据处理实时控制相应的传感器，采用补偿算法实现设备涂油作业的精确控制。实验表明，自动涂油装置缩短了大量的工期，解决了现有机械式涂油机涂油不精准、滴油、拉线等污染现象，装置可有效保障涂油作业质量和安全，有效提高施工效率，降低施工成本。

摘要：非真实感绘制(Non-Photorealistic Rendering,NPR)是计算机图形学领域的一个分支,旨在使用计算机来生成具有某种艺术效果的作品。目前,非真实感绘制技术已经能够成功地模拟油画、水彩画、卡通画、铅笔画等艺术风格,在许多领域得到很广泛的应用。铅笔素描是艺术造型的基础。作为一种最简单的艺术表现形式,铅笔画凭借其简洁流畅的特点深受广大艺术爱好者的喜爱。如今,基于图像的铅笔画绘制技术已经是NPR领域的一个重要组成部分,受到诸多研究人员的关注,但该技术仍处于成长阶段,算法的通用性还无法满足现实应用的需求。

摘要：介绍了一种可以在一些特殊的频率选择表面上激发额外的反对称模式的紧凑阵列设计.基于这种设计,本文提出了一种角度无关的宽带太赫兹(THz)带阻滤波器.紧凑十字架阵列由两层十字架金属阵列组成,其中第二层金属十字架的中心与第一层四个金属十字架单元的中心对齐.数值结果显示紧凑阵列可以激发出一种额外的谐振模式.与传统的周期设计相比,基于紧凑阵列的滤波器在带宽、通带平坦度和阻带衰减均有很大的性能提升.提出的滤波器具有良好的滤波能力,其在1.2 THz的中心频率处具有0.75 THz的10 dB带宽且在0°~60°的范围内对角度不敏感.此外,紧凑阵列可以被拓展运用到多种不同的结构,如耶路撒冷十字架结构,Ⅰ型以及Ⅱ型等结构.

摘要：以深沟球轴承6306为研究对象,采用摩擦热流量公式计算了轴承的发热量。通过ANSYS软件对深沟球轴承摩擦热温度场进行仿真分析,运用Hertz接触理论得到轴承最大接触应力,计算结果与ANSYS仿真结果进行对比,两者一致。基于最大接触应力产生的摩擦热流量作为轴承的生热条件施加轴承上,加载得出的轴承温度结果又与Palmgren经验公式计算出来的轴承温度进行对比,两者有良好的一致性。从而验证了方法的可靠性。该方法为计算轴承接触应力对轴承温度的影响提供了参考,具有一定的工程参考价值。

摘要：根据最近几次的近断层地震观测记录研究显示,在现行结构抗震设计规范中很少考虑近断层效应的影响,对于缺乏近断层强震观测资料地区,抗震设计规范的改进方法及近断层效应的设计参数还没有统一结论.本文基于UBC97近断层因子设计理念,在收集世界范围内近断层观测记录的基础上,按场地和震级进行分类,建立了中长周期关键点处的加速度谱需求的衰减关系式,推导给出了缺乏近断层观测资料地区近断层影响因子的震级和断层距的关系式.并以我国现行的建筑抗震设计规范为基础,建议了近断层影响因子的参考取值和修正后的反应谱曲线,为我国结构抗震设计提供了参考.
