摘要：Abstract To improve the reliability of spaceborne electronic systems, a fault-tolerant strategy of selective triple modular redundancy （STMR） based on multi-objective optimization and evolvable hardware （EHW） against single-event upsets （SEUs） for circuits implemented on field pro- grammable gate arrays （FPGAs） based on static random access memory （SRAM） is presented in this paper. Various topologies of circuit with the same functionality are evolved using EHW firstly. Then the SEU-sensitive gates of each circuit are identified using signal probabilities of all the lines in it, and each circuit is hardened against SEUs by selectively applying triple modular redundancy （TMR） to these SEU-sensitive gates. Afterward, each circuit hardened has been evaluated by SEU Simulation, and the multi-objective optimization technology is introduced to optimize the area overhead and the number of functional errors of all the circuits, The proposed fault-tolerant strategy is tested on four circuits from microelectronics center of North Carolina （MCNC） benchmark suite. The experimental results show that it can generate innovative trade-off solutions to compromise between hardware resource consumption and system reliability. The maximum savings in the area overhead of the STMR circuit over the full TMR design is 58% with the same SEU immunity.

摘要：This paper presents a methodology for automatically generating risk scenarios for dynamic reliability applications in which some dynamic characteristics(e.g.,the order,timing and magnitude of events,the value of relevant process parameters and initial conditions) have a significant influence on the evolution of the *** main idea of the methodology is:(i) making the system model "express itself" through simulation by having the model driven by an elaborated simulation engine;(ii) exploiting uniform design to pick out a small subset of representative design points from the space of relevant dynamic characteristics;(iii) for each selected design point,employing a depth-first systematic exploration strategy to cover all possible scenario branches at each branch point.A highly dynamic example adapted from the literature(a chemical batch reactor) is studied to test the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.

摘要：Energy harvesting from sun and outer space using thermoradiative devices(TRDs),despite being promising renewable energy sources,is limited only to daytime and nighttime period,*** a system with 24-hour continuous electric power generation remains an open question thus ***,a TRD-based power generator that harvests solar energy via concentrated solar irradiation during daytime and via thermal infrared emission towards the outer space at nighttime is proposed,thus achieving the much sought-after 24-hour electrical power ***,a rigorous thermodynamical model is developed to investigate the all-day performance characteristics,parametric optimum design,and the role of various energy loss *** calculated results predict that the daytime TRD-based system yields a peak efficiency of 12.6%under 10 suns,thus sig-nificantly outperforming the state-of-art record-setting solar thermoelectric *** work reveals the potential of TRD towards 24-hour electricity generation and future renewable energy technology.

摘要：Nowadays, with improvements in the quality of life, people are paying more attention to their health. Traditional Chinese medicine offers great advantages for daily care. In this paper, we present the development of a remote health care system, namely, Chinese Pulse Condition Acquisition System （CPCAS）, based on the principle of Chinese pulse diagnosis in Chinese medicine and a wireless sensor network. We designed a remote health care terminal with a mini-pulse collection bench to overcome the challenge of differences in pulse characters of different people. An effective measured pressure control algorithm is proposed to achieve a balance between control accuracy and control time. The special signal conditioning circuit showed good performance in analog pulse signal processing. We also performed significant research to address the challenges of symptom recognition. Other distinctive features of this system include the following： intelligent sensing, a wireless health care network, effective energy management, small size, lightweight, and the ability to be networked for remote management. In this paper, we have introduced the design and implementation of CPCAS. We also demonstrate the use of the system and give evaluations on this system by several experiments. Our results indicate that CPCAS has significant practical feasibility.

摘要：Microchannel has demonstrated advantages in the thermal management of integrated chip. In this study, the topology optimization method is applied for designing a topological microchannel to optimize the performances of both heat dissipation and pressure drop. To validate the performance of the topological structure, the flow and heat transfer characteristics of topological microchannel under non-uniform heating flux are numerically studied. The topological structure is designed to cool a heating area of 10 mm×10 mm with 4 hotspots. Heat flux is 40 W/cm^2 in the hotspot area, while it is only 15 W/cm^2 in the rest heating area. The results of heat dissipation performance and pressure drop are compared with those of conventional straight microchannel. Numerical result shows that, compared to the straight microchannel, the hotspot temperature and pressure drop of topological microchannel can be reduced by 4 and 0.6 k Pa, respectively, under the flow rate of 2.2×10^-4 kg/s. The coefficient of performance(COP) of topological microchannel can be 16.1% better than that of straight microchannel, which can be attributed to the effects of optimized bifurcation and confluence structural of topological microchannel.

摘要：Active stability augmentation system is an attractive and promising technology to suppress flutter and limit cycle oscillation (LCO). In order to design a good active control law, the control plant model with low order and high accuracy must be provided, which is one of the most important key points. The traditional model is based on low fidelity aerodynamics model such as panel method, which is unsuitable for transonic flight regime. The physics-based high fidelity tools, reduced order model (ROM) and CFD/CSD coupled aeroservoelastic solver are used to design the active control law. The Volterra/ROM is applied to constructing the low order state space model for the nonlinear unsteady aerodynamics and static output feedback method is used to active control law design. The detail of the new method is demonstrated by the Goland+ wing/store system. The simulation results show that the effectiveness of the designed active augmentation system, which can suppress the flutter and LCO successfully.
