摘要：The dynamic interaction between the maglev vehicle and the three-span rigid frame bridge is discussed. With the consideration of magnetic force, the interaction model is developed. Numerical simulations are performed to study the dynamic characteristics of the bridge during vehicle movement along the bridge. The results show that a reasonable value of the linear stiffness ratio of columns to beams is between 2. 0 and 3.0. The dynamic responses of the bridge are aggravated with the decrease in bending rigidity and the increase in vehicle speed and the span ratio of the bridge. It is suggested that a definite way is to control impact coefficients and acceleration in the dynamic design of the bridge. It is unsuitable to adopt the moving load model and the moving mass model in the design. The proposed results can serve in the design of high-speed maglev three-span rigid frame bridges.

摘要：Walking is the most basic and essential part of the activities of daily living. To enable the elderly and non-ambulatory gait-impaired patients, the repetitive practice of this task, a novel gait training robot(GTR) was designed followed the end-effector principle, and an active partial body weight support(PBWS) system was introduced to facilitate successful gait training. For successful establishment of a walking gait on the GTR with PBWS, the motion laws of the GTR were planned to enable the phase distribution relationships of the cycle step, and the center of gravity(COG) trajectory of the human body during gait training on the GTR was measured. A coordinated control strategy was proposed based on the impedance control principle. A robotic prototype was developed as a platform for evaluating the design concepts and control strategies. Preliminary gait training with a healthy subject was implemented by the robotic-assisted gait training system and the experimental results are encouraging.

摘要：This ranearch is focused on the, develonment of a simnle design model of the submerged catalysis/membrane filtration （catalysis/MF） system for phenol hydroxylation over TS-1 based on the material balance of the phenol under steady state and the reported kinetic studies. Based on the developed model, the theoretical phenol Conversions at steady state could be calculated using the kinetic parameters obtained from the previous batch experiments. The theoretical conversions are in good agreement with the experimental data obtained in the submerged catalysis/MF system within relative error of ±5%. The model can be used to determine the optimal experimental conditions to carry out the phenol hydroxylation over TS-1 in the submerged catalysis/MF system.

摘要：For the high resolution required in a digital interface circuit of an accelerometer used in feeble gravity measurement, a switched-capacitor （SC） sigma-delta modulator （SDM） is proposed. Based on the principle and the topology structure of the SDMs, the influence of oversampling ratio, bits of an internal quantizer and the cascaded structure on weak signal detecting precision is analyzed, and an ideal low-distortion SDM with a second-order 1-bit structure satisfying the high- resolution interface circuit of an accelerometer is designed. With the research on non-idealities of each SDM block in the SC circuit implementation and their impacts on power consumption, the realized parameters of low-power SDMs based on different bandwidths are devised and the power consumption of each SDM is estimated. Time-domain behavioral simulation is explored based on Simulink. The results demonstrate that a 21- bit resolution of the designed SDMs can be achieved on the premise of low power, and the parameters for the circuit implementation can be directed to the transistor-level circuit design.

摘要：Anti-lipopolysaccharide factors （ALFs） are important antimicrobial peptides that are isolated from some aquatic species. In a previous study, we isolated ALF genes from Chinese mitten crab, Eriocheir sinensis. In this study, we optimized the production of a recombinant ALF by expressing E. sinensis ALF genes in Eseherichia coli maintained in shake-flasks. In particular, we focused on optimization of both the medium composition and the culture condition. Various medium components were analyzed by the Plackett-Burman design, and two significant screened factors, （NH4）2SO4 and KH2PO4, were further optimized via the central composite design （CCD）. Based on the CCD analysis, we investigated the induction start-up time, the isopropylthio-D-galactoside （IPTG） concentration, the post-induction time, and the temperature by response surface methodology. We found that the highest level of ALF fusion protein was achieved in the medium containing 1.89 g/L （NH4）2SO4 and 3.18 g/L KH2PO4, with a cell optical density of 0.8 at 600 nm before induction, an IPTG concentration of 0.5 mmol/L, a post-induction temperature of 32.7~C, and a post-induction time of 4 h. Applying the whole optimization strategy using all optimal factors improved the target protein content from 6.1% （without optimization） to 13.2%. We further applied the optimized medium and conditions in high cell density cultivation, and determined that the soluble target protein constituted 105% of the total protein. Our identification of the economic medium composition, optimal culture conditions, and details of the fermentation process should facilitate the potential application of ALF for further research.
