摘要：Energy storage technology is critical for intelligent power grids. It has great significance for the large-scale integration of new energy sources into the power grid and the transition of the energy structure. Based on the existing technology of isothermal compressed air energy storage, this paper presents a design scheme of isothermal compressed air energy storage power station, which uses liquid to compress air, hydraulic piston to transfer potential energy, hydraulic turbine to generate electricity at constant pressure, and liquid occupancy to store the gas at constant pressure. Then the technical features and control strategies of its internal temperature control subsystem are studied, and the mathematical model is constructed. A hierarchical relay operation is put forward to address the actual construction and operational requirements of compressed air energy storage power plants. Finally, through physical platform experiments and MATLAB simulation, the feasibility of the design is validated.

摘要：The increasingly complex battlefield environment requests much closer connection in a team having both manned and unmanned aerial vehicles(MAVs and UAVs). This special heterogeneous team structure causes demands for effective organizational structure design solutions. Implementing adjustable autonomy in the organizational structure, the expected evaluation function is established based on the physical resource, intelligent resource, network efficiency, network vulnerability and task execution reliability. According to the above constraints, together with interaction latency, decision-making information processing capacity, and decision-making latency, we aim to find a preferential organizational structure. The proposed organizational structure includes cooperative relationships, supervisory control relationships, and decision-making authorization relationships. In addition,by considering the influence on the intelligent support capabilities and the task execution reliability created by adjustable autonomy, it helps to build the proposed organizational structure designed with certain degree of flexibility to deal with the potential changes in the unpredictable battlefield environment. Simulation is conducted to confirm our design to be valid. And the method is still valid under different battlefield environments and interventions.

摘要：Introducing chimeric antigen receptor into immune cells against malignancies has contributed to a revolutionary innovation in cancer immunotherapy. As an important type of adaptive immune cells, T cells first caught researchers' attention and became great success in chimeric antigen receptor-based immunotherapy. However, engineered T cells seem to hit their bottleneck when resistance of cancerous cells, less encouraging responses in solid tumors and unwanted toxicities to the host remain to be ***, innate immune cells get to join the race. Representatives such as natural killer cells, natural killer T cells, γδT cells and macrophages also prove to be well redirected with chimeric antigen receptors. Compared to chimeric antigen receptor engineered T cells, these engineered innate immune cells may possess multiple targeting and killing mechanisms, have the potential to crack the barrier of solid tumors and have less side effects in the host. Besides, possible universal access to cell resources and improvements in expansion and transduction techniques make these cells promising candidates with huge potential in translational medicine. Therefore, innate immune cells claim a brand-new dimension and are likely to supplement T cells greatly in the field of chimeric antigen receptor-based immunotherapy.

摘要：A facile strategy was designed for the fabrication of Fe3O4-nanoparticle- decorated TiO2 nanofiber hierarchical heterostructures （FTHs） by combining the versatility of the electrospinning technique and the hydrothermal growth method. The hierarchical architecture of Fe3O4 nanoparticles decorated on TiO2 nanofibers enables the successful integration of the binary composite into batteries to address structural stability and low capacity. In the resulting unique architecture of FTHs, the 1D heterostructures relieve the strain caused by severe volume changes of Fe3O4 during numerous charge-discharge cycles, and thus suppress the degradation of the electrode material. As a result, FTHs show excellent performance including higher reversible capacity, excellent cycle life, and good rate performance over a wide temperature range owing to the synergistic effect of the binary composition of TiO2 and Fe304 and the unique features of the hierarchical nanofibers.

摘要：In this study, the characteristics of nitride-based light-emitting diodes with different last barrier structures are analysed numerically. The energy band diagrams, electrostatic field near the last quantum barrier, carrier concentration in the quantum well, internal quantum efficiency, and light output power are systematically investigated. The simulation results show that the efficiency droop is markedly improved and the output power is greatly enhanced when the conventional GaN last barrier is replaced by an AlGaN barrier with Al composition graded linearly from 0 to 15% in the growth direction. These improvements are attributed to enhanced efficiencies of electron confinement and hole injection caused by the lower polarization effect at the last-barrier/electron blocking layer interface when the graded Al composition last barrier is used.

摘要：Quality function deployment （QFD） is a well-known customer-oriented product design methodology. Rating the final importance of customer requirements （CRs） is really a very es- sential starting point in the implementation of QFD, since it largely affects the target setting value of design requirements. This pa- per aims to propose a novel method to deal with the relative importance ratings （RIRs） of CRs problem considering customers＇ diversified requirements and unknown information on customers＇ weights, which is an indispensable process for determining the final importance ratings of CRs. First, a new concept of customer＇s assessment structure is proposed according to the basic idea of grey relational analysis （GRA）, and then a constrained nonlinear optimization model is constructed to describe the assessment information aggregation factors of CRs considering customers＇ personalized and diversified requirements. Furthermore, an im- mune particle swarm optimization （IPSO） algorithm is designed to solve the model, and the weight vector of customers is obtained. Finally, a car door design example is introduced to illustrate the novel hybrid GRA-IPSO method＇s potential application in deter- mining the RIRs of CRs.

摘要：Contextual advertising is a major revenue source for today＇s companies. Keyword extraction is a key step in this kind of advertising, through which appropriate advertising keywords are extracted from Web pages so that corresponding ads can be triggered. This paper describes a system that learns how to extract keywords from web pages for advertisement targeting. Firstly a text network for a single webpage is build, then PageRank is applied in the network to decide on the importance of a word, finally top-ranked words are selected as keywords of the webpage. The algorithm is tested on the corpus ofblog pages, and the experimental results prove practical and effective.
