摘要：As a core part of the electronic warfare(EW) system,de-interleaving is used to separate interleaved radar signals. The de-interleaving algorithm based on the fuzzy adaptive resonance theory(fuzzy ART) is plagued by the problems of premature saturation and performance improving dilemma. This study proposes a dual fuzzy vigilance ART(DFV-ART) algorithm to address these problems and make the following improvements. Firstly, a correction method is introduced to prevent the network from prematurely saturating;then, the fuzzy vigilance models(FVM) are constructed to replace the conventional vigilance parameter, reducing the error probability in the overlapping region;finally, a dual vigilance mechanism is introduced to solve the performance improving dilemma. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm could improve the clustering accuracy(quantization error dropped60%) and the de-interleaving performance(clustering quality increased by 10%) while suppressing the excessive proliferation of categories.

摘要：A double-layer harmonic diffractive element （HDE） structure is investigated and the optimization procedure is given based on the equation of diffraction efficiency of the double-layer diffractive optical element. A new infrared double-layer inverted telephoto-optical system with an HDE is designed, which can work in the mid- and farinfrared wavebands. The diffraction efficiency of the system at each wavelength in the designed two wavebands is larger than 90%, which improves the image contrast and the imaging quality significantly.

摘要：The S2 flow path design method of the transonic compressor is used to design the one stage fan in order to replace the original designed blade cascade which has two-stage transonic fan *** the modification design,the camber line is parameterized by a quartic polynomial curve and the thickness distribution of the blade profile is controlled by the double-thrice ***,the inlet flow has been pre-compressed and the location and intensity of the shock wave at supersonic area have been controlled in order to let the new blade profiles have better aerodynamic *** computational results show that the new single stage fan rotor increases the efficiency by two percent at the design condition and the total pressure ratio is slightly higher than that of the original *** the same time,it also meets the mass flow rate and the geometrical size requirements for the modification design.

摘要：A novel integrated guidance and control (IGC) design method is proposed to solve problems of low control accuracy for a suicide unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) in the terminal attack stage. First of all, the IGC system model of the UCAV is built based on the three-channel independent design idea, which reduces the difficulties of designing the controller. Then, IGC control laws are designed using the trajectory linearization control (TLC). A nonlinear disturbance observer (NDO) is introduced to the IGC controller to reject various uncertainties, such as the aerodynamic parameter perturbation and the measurement error interference. The stability of the closed-loop system is proven by using the Lyapunov theorem. The performance of the proposed IGC design method is verified in a terminal attack mission of the suicide UCAV. Finally, simulation results demonstrate the superiority and effectiveness in the aspects of guidance accuracy and system robustness.

摘要：This paper is concerned with the global boundedness problem for a class of stochastic nonlinear systems with matched conditions. The uncertainties in the systems are due to parameter variations and external stochastic disturbance. Only the matched conditions and the possible bound of the uncertainties are demanded. Based on the stochastic Lyapunov stability theory, an explicit controller is constructed in the gradient direction, which renders responses of the closed-loop systems be globally bounded in probability. When the systems degrade to linear systems, the controller becomes linear. Illustrative examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Current optical platforms suffer from unsatisfactoryresolutions to differentiate each target because they producesimilar output to different targets using a single excitation,and inevitably involve non-functional components that increase chances of interacting with non-target ***, by taking full advantage of each building unit’sfunctionality to integrate multivariate recognition elements inone interface, a dual-excitation-driven full-component-responsive metal-organic framework (MOF)-based luminescentprobe, namely CeTMA-TMA-Eu, is successfully custom-tailored for detecting both pseudouridine (Ψ) and N-acetylaspartate (NAA), the diagnostic hallmarks of cancer andneurodegenerative disorder. Remarkably, Ψ interacts withMOF’s organic building unit (trimesic acid, TMA) and filtersout its absorptions of 262 nm-light to reduce its energytransferred to Eu^(3+), while NAA induces the valence transitionof Ce^(4+)/Ce^(3+) nodes to improve the cooperative energy transferefficacy from TMA and Ce^(3+) to Eu^(3+). As a result, this platformexhibits completely reverse photoresponses towards Ψ(“switch-off” at 262 nm excitation) and NAA (“switch-on”upon 296 nm excitation), and demonstrates excellent selectivity and sensitivity in complex biofluids, with low detection limits of 0.16 and 0.15 μM, and wide linear ranges of0–180 and 0–100 μM, respectively. Such full-componentresponsive probe with dual-excitation-mediated reverse responses for multi-small targets intrinsically minimizes its interaction with non-target molecules and amplifies resolutionto discriminate each target, providing a new strategy for improving assay accuracy of multi-small biomarkers in diagnostics.

摘要：This work considers those road networks in which there are multi-route choices for bifurcation-destination(or origin-destination) pairs, and designs a real-time variable message sign(VMS)-based routing control strategy in the model predictive control(MPC) framework. The VMS route recommendation provided by the traffic management authority is directly considered as the control variable, and the routing control model is established, in which a multi-dimensional control vector is introduced to describe the influence of route recommendations on flow distribution. In the MPC framework, a system optimum routing strategy with the constraints regarding drivers' acceptability with recommended routes is designed, which can not only meet the traffic management authority's control requirement but also improve drivers' satisfaction with the route guidance system. The simulation carried out shows that the proposed routing control can effectively mitigate traffic congestion, reduces followers' time delay, and improves drivers' satisfaction with routing control in road networks.

摘要：On the basis of the three-dimensional design platform of the mixed-flow pump impellers, an optimization design system was developed in this paper by improving the genetic algorithm with application of both strategies of keeping the optimal individu- al and employing the niche. This system took the highest efficiency of the impeller as the optimization objective and employed P, a0, A0h and A0t, which could directly affect the shape and the position of the blade, as optimization parameters. In addition, loss model was used to obtain fast and accurate prediction of the impeller efficiency. The optimization results illustrated that this system had advantages such as high accuracy and fine convergence, thus to effectively improve the design of the mixed-flow pump impellers. Numerical simulation was applied to determine the internal flow fields of the impeller obtained by optimization design, and to analyze both the relative velocity and the pressure distributions. The test results demonstrated that the mixed flow pump had the highest efficiency of 87.2%, the wide and flat high efficiency operation zone, the relatively wide range of blade angle adjustment, fine cavitation performance and satisfied stability.

摘要：To reduce the environmental impact of mechanical parts, an approach integrating structural design and material selection was studied. Adding the discrete variable of material, a hybrid optimization model was built with the aim of minimizing environmental impact and based on an ordinary structure optimization model. An optional material set was built by combining measures of qualitative and quantitative screening, while the lifecycle environmental impact of the materials was quantified using the method of Eco-indicator 99. Two groups of structurally optimal solutions were calculated with ideal and negative-ideal materials selected respectively, and then the hybrid model was simplified by comparing the solutions. A material environmental performance index was calculated using an analytic method. By comparing this index for every material in the optional material set, the optimal material can be found and the structural solutions calculated. This method was applied to a dowel bar design process as a case study. The results show that the environmental impact of each material has a significant effect on the optimal structural solution, and it is necessary to study the integration of structural design and material selection.
