摘要：Incorporating controlled elitism and dynamic distance crowding strategies, a modified NSGA-II algorithm based on a fast and genetic non-dominated sorting algorithm is developed with the aim of obtaining a novel multi-objective optimization design algorithm for wind turbine blades. As an example, a high-performance 1.5 MW wind turbine blade, taking maximum annual energy production and minimum blade mass as the optimization objectives, was designed. A 1/16-scale model of this blade was tested in a 12 m × 16 m wind tunnel and the experimental results validated the high performance. Moreover, both the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method and a free-vortex method (FVM) were applied to calculating the aerodynamic performance, which was consistent with the experimental data. For completeness, the CFD and FVM were used to analyze the wake structure, and good and consistent results were obtained between them.

摘要：In this paper we design a new kind of sinc-sampled fiber Bragg grating which is fabricated in high birefringence fiber (HBF). The sampled grating has two sets of reflection spectra along two perpendicular polarization directions. The grating's channel number can be doubled approximately by designing the refractive index difference between the fast and slow axes of the fiber, which enhances the utilization ratio and reduces the claim for photosensitivity of the fiber. The group delay characteristics are theoretically studied and side-lobes are depressed by apodization as well to get the optimized spectra. The results show that the comb-like spectra of the grating have promising applications in both multi-wavelength polarized fiber lasers and fiber sensing networks.

摘要：Evaluating the projection capability of climate models is an important task in climate model development and climate change studies. The projection capability of the Beijing Climate Center （BCC） Climate System Model BCC CSM1.0 is analyzed in this study. We focus on evaluating the projected annual mean air temperature and precipitation during the 21st century under three emission scenarios （Special Report on Emission Scenarios （SRES） B1, A1B, and A2） of the BCC_CSM1.0 model, along with comparisons with 22 CMIP3 （Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 3） climate models. Air temperature averaged both globally and within China is projected to increase continuously throughout the 21st century, while precipitation increases intermittently under each of the three emission scenarios, with some specific temporal and spatial characteristics. The changes in globally-averaged and China-averaged air temperature and precipitation simulated by the BCC_CSM1.0 model are within the range of CMIP3 model results. On average, the changes of precipitation and temperature are more pronounced over China than over the globe, which is also in agreement with the CMIP3 models. The projection capability of the BCC_CSM1.0 model is comparable to that of other climate system models. Furthermore, the results reveal that the climate change response to greenhouse gas emissions is stronger over China than in the global mean, which implies that China may be particularly sensitive to climate change in the 21st century.

摘要：从常用浮选捕收剂的捕收性能与其结构关系入手,分析捕收剂分子中极性基、非极性基结构对铁矿和胶磷矿捕收能力的影响,提出铁矿反浮选降磷捕收剂分子的设计构想,认为新型捕收剂分子中极性基部分应含有磺酸基,非极性基中应有不饱和键。通过高斯软件计算得到设计分子的净电荷分布、偶极距及前线轨道能量和组成,并与常用捕收剂进行比较,证明设计得到的捕收剂分子对胶磷矿的捕收能力。从机理分析得出:在特定的pH条件下,该反浮选捕收剂分子与胶磷矿表面的Ca2+发生螯合作用,形成稳定六元环,从而实现与铁矿的分离。

摘要：继承传统广告核心理论,结合计算主义思想提出了计算广告学的界定。在进一步分析计算广告的技术系统的基础上,归纳了计算广告的三种典型形式:文本分析型、用户分析型和用户参与型。从美学的视角分析计算广告强烈的逻辑计算特性所彰显的不同于传统广告的审美特征,具体研究计算广告表征在朴素美、数学美以及和谐美三方面的审美特征,试图为计算广告的技术创意与审美接受之间的融合提供几点参考。

摘要：In order to improve the strength and stiffness of shield cutterhead, the method of fuzzy mathematics theory in combination with the finite element analysis is adopted. An optimal design model of structural parameters for shield cutterhead is formulated,based on the complex engineering technical requirements. In the model, as the objective function of the model is a composite function of the strength and stiffness, the response surface method is applied to formulate the approximate function of objective function in order to reduce the solution scale of optimal problem. A multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to solve the cutterhead structure design problem and the change rule of the stress-strain with various structural parameters as well as their optimal values were researched under specific geological conditions. The results show that compared with original cutterhead structure scheme, the obtained optimal scheme of the cutterhead structure can greatly improve the strength and stiffness of the cutterhead, which can be seen from the reduction of its maximum equivalent stress by 21.2%, that of its maximum deformation by 0.75%, and that of its mass by 1.04%.

摘要：针对水库大坝安全监测系统的智能化程度低、稳定性差、数据传输滞后、数据丢失等缺点,提出了一种集线式水库大坝安全监测系统设计。该系统的硬件部分采用LPC2368FBD和STC12C5410AD为主控制器,将渗压采集、水位采集、雨量采集、温度采集、电压采集、数据传输、数据处理、数据发布等功能集于一体。首先,通过有线或无线传输方式将监测数据传送至大坝端服务器;再通过公网或移动的APN专网将数据传送至省大坝中心数据库;最后通过后台处理对水库大坝的运行性态做出评价并将评价结果及时发送给相应的水行政主管部门,以便他们针对可能出现的灾情做提前预防。软件部分通过定时或实时发送采集命令,控制系统进行数据采集。将本系统应用于实际水库大坝安全监测中,结果表明:在测量精度、可靠性、稳定性、实时性等方面都满足了设计要求,其频率测量精度±1%,水位测量精度±0.25%,雨量测量精度±1.5%,温度测量精度±1%,电压测量精度±1%。

摘要：针对模糊配置设计中的耦合问题,提出一种反馈式解耦的设计方法.该方法将模糊配置设计划分为用户域、功能域、物理域和过程域.其中,功能域向物理域的映射过程可通过相对增益矩阵进行表达,不同形式的相对增益矩阵描述不同的模糊配置设计,包括理想设计、解耦设计和耦合设计.对于耦合设计,构建由多粒度结构组成的过程域,多粒度结构用于结构变异.过程域作为耦合设计的反馈补偿域,通过调节功能需要与设计参数之间的相对增益矩阵实现模糊配置的反馈式解耦设计.结合企业实例,将反馈式解耦设计应用在精密塑料注射成型装备的模糊配置过程中,从而实现复杂装备的快速响应设计.

摘要：双质量飞轮用于降低汽车传动系统怠速工况和常速行驶工况下的扭转振动.在怠速工况下发动机、双质量飞轮与传动系统组成的多质量扭振模型的基础上,建立了双质量飞轮第1、2阶设计模型,并推导出双质量飞轮转动惯量、怠速级扭转刚度与系统固有频率的关系,结合减振原理,建立了其转动惯量分配和怠速级扭转刚度的设计方法;根据双质量飞轮的工作原理,推导出行驶级扭转刚度与发动机最大转矩、怠速级扭转刚度的关系,并以避免低速区和常速区动力传动系统发生主谐次扭转振动为目标,建立了多级扭转刚度的设计与优化方法.发动机的扭振试验验证了设计模型和设计方法的正确性,怠速工况下第1阶固有频率降至7.9,Hz,行驶工况下双质量飞轮对发动机速度波动衰减了80%左右.
