摘要：A mobile molecular Doppler wind lidar at an eye-safe wavelength of 355 nm based on double-edge technique is being built in Hefei （China） for wind measurement from 10-to 40-km altitude. The structure of this lidar system is described. A triple Fabry-Perot etalon is employed as a frequency discriminator whose parameters are optimized. The receiver system is designed to achieve compactness and stability by putting in a standard 19-inch socket bench. Simulation results show that within the wind speed dynamic range of ±100 m/s, the horizontal wind errors due to noise are less than 1 m/s bdow 20-km altitude for 100-m vertical resolution, and less than 5.5 m/s from 20 km up to 40 km for 500-m vertical resolution with 400-mJ laser energy, 30-min temporal resolution, and a 45-cm aperture telescooe.

摘要：A 3D synchronism deployable antenna was designed, analyzed, and manufactured by our research group. This an-tenna consists of tetrahedral elements from central element. Because there are springs at the ends of some of the rods, spider joints are applied. For analysis purpose, the structure is simplified and modelled by using 2D beam elements that have no bending stiffness. Displacement vectors are defined to include two translational displacements and one torsional displacement. The stiff-ness matrix derived by this method is relatively simple and well defined. The analysis results generated by using software de-veloped by our research group agreed very well with available test data.

摘要：Airship shape is crucial to the design of stratosphere airships. In this paper, multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) technology is introduced into the design of airship shape. We devise a composite objective function, based on this technology, which takes account of various factors which influence airship performance, including aerodynamics, structures, energy and weight to determine the optimal airship shape. A shape generation algorithm is proposed and appropriate mathematical models are constructed. Simulation results show that the optimized shape gives an improvement in the value of the composite objective function compared with a reference shape.

摘要：A laser alignment system is applied to a high power laser facility for inertial confinement fusion. A design of the automated, close-loop laser beam alignment system is described. Its function is to sense beam alignment errors in a laser beam transport system and automatically steer mirrors preceding the sensor location as required to maintain beam alignment. The laser beam is sampled by a sensor package, which uses video cameras to sense pointing and centering errors. The camera outputs are fed to a personal computer, which includes video digitizers and uses image storage and software to sense the centroid of the image. Signals are sent through the computer to a stepper motor controller, which drives stepper motors on mirror mounts preceding the beam sampling location to return the beam alignment to the prescribed condition. 摘要：This paper aims to present the configuration design approach and the energy management strategy (EMS) of a series-parallel hybrid electric transit bus (SPHEB) jointly developed by Shanghai Automotive Industry Co. Ltd. (SAIC) and Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), China. A major feature of this SPHEB is that a novel manual transmission is designed to switch the powertrain configuration between series and parallel types. To reduce the fuel consumption as well as sustain the battery state of charge, an EMS including seven energy flow modes is designed and applied to this SPHEB. Governed by this EMS, the engine is maintained to operate in high efficiency regions. The experimental test carried on the transit bus city driving cycle is described and analyzed. The experimental results demonstrate the technical feasibility and fuel economy of this approach.

摘要：We propose the spectrum allocation and resource scheduling algorithms in cognitive point to multipoint (PMP) networks with rapid changes of spectrum opportunities and present a media access control (MAC) protocol based on these algorithms. The objective of spectrum allocation is to make efficient use of the spectrum while maintaining the transceiver synchronization on frequency and time in the network. The objective of resource scheduling is to guarantee the quality of service (QoS) requirements of different kinds of connections and to minimize the total energy consumption in the network as well. By sensing only a small set of possible channels in each slot based on the state transition probability of each channel, our spectrum allocation algorithm achieves high spectrum efficiency in the network. The resource scheduling problem is divided into three sub problems and we derive optimal solutions to these problems by greedy algorithm and convex optimization. The simulation results show that our algorithm can make efficient use of the spectrum and the network resources at a cost of low computational complexity.
