摘要：There is a comm on sense view for atomic magnetometers that their spin-projection-noises(SPNs) are inversely proportional to (T_2)^(1/2), where (T_2)^(1/2) is the transverse relaxation time. We analyze the current atomic magnetometer types and give a counter-example of this common sense, which is the all-optical spin precession modulated threeaxis atomic magnetometer proposed by our group in 2015. Unlike the other atomic magnetometers, the SPN of this kind of atomic magnetometers is proportional to (T_2)^(1/2) due to the fact that the scale factor between P_x and B can be unrelated to the transverse relaxation time T_2. We demonstrate this irrelevance experimentally and analyze the SPN theoretically. Using short-pulse ultra-high power laser to fully polarize the atoms, the phenomenon that SPN decreases with T_2 may also be demonstrated experimentally and a new tool for researching SPN in atomic magnetometers may be realized.

摘要：The current paper presents experimental and computational results to assess the effectiveness of non-axisymmetric endwall contouring in a compressor linear cascade. The endwaU was designed by an endwall design optimi- zation platform at 0° incidence （design condition）. The optimization method is based on a genetic algorithm. The design objective was to minimize the total pressure losses. The experiments were carried out in a compressor cascade at a low-speed test facility with a Mach number of 0.15. Four nominal inlet flow angles were chosen to test the performance of non-axisymmetric Contoured Endwall （CEW）. A five-hole pressure probe with a head diameter of 2 mm was used to traverse the downstream flow fields of the flat-endwall （FEW） and CEW cascades. Both the measured and predicted results indicated that the implementation of CEW results in smaller comer stall, and reduction of total pressure losses. The CEW gets 15.6% total pressure loss coefficient reduction at design condition, and 22.6% at off-design condition （＋7° incidence）. And the mechanism of the improvement of CEW based on both measured and calculated results is that the adverse pressure gradient （APG） has been reduced through the groove configuration near the leading edge （LE） of the suction surface （SS）.

摘要：To reduce the difficulty of material filling into the top region of tooth in hot precision forging of gears using the alternative die designs, relief-cavity designs in different sizes were performed on the top of die tooth. The influences of the conventional process and relief-cavity designs on corner filling, workpiece stress, die stress, forming load and material utilization were examined. Finite element simulation for tooth forming, die stress and forming load using the four designs was performed. The material utilization was further considered, and the optimal design was determined. The tooth form and forming load in forging trials ensured the validity of FE simulation. Tooth accuracy was inspected by video measuring machine(VMM), which shows the hot forged accuracy achieves the level of rough machining of gear teeth. The effects of friction on mode of metal flow and strain distribution were also discussed.

摘要：A campus bus network design and evaluation, taking Tsinghua University as an example, is investigated in this paper. To minimize the total cost for both passengers and operator, the campus bus system planning in a sequential approach is discussed, including the route network design, headway （i.e., the inverse of service frequency） optimization, and system evaluation. The improved genetic algorithm is proposed to optimize the route network based on the route property, and the impacts of the fluctuation of passenger demand and average traveling time are analyzed. The identity proportion in the headway optimization is then introduced with full consideration of its impacts. Based on the actual variety of passenger demand, a non-fixed schedule demonstrates its efficiency. VISSIM is finally adopted to simulate the campus bus system and a comprehensive evaluation system for the campus bus is developed. Compared with the current bus network and the one without considering the route property, the evaluation of the proposed approach shows an improvement of 18.7% and 10.1%, respectively. 摘要：By taking compound 1 as a lead, a series of 5-cyclopropyl substituted cyclic acylguanidine compounds were designed and synthesized as BACE1 inhibitors, compound 4d exhibited 84-fold improved inhibition efficiency than lead compound 1. The diphenyl fragment at the P3 position and the substituents at the second phenyl ring were essential for the compounds to achieve improved inhibition efficiency. This SAR studies provides new insights into the design and synthesis of more promising BACE1 inhibitors for the potential treatment of AD.

摘要：Based on the thermal network of the two-dimensional heterojunction bipolar transistors(HBTs) array, the thermal resistance matrix is presented, including the self-heating thermal resistance and thermal coupling resistance to describe the self-heating and thermal coupling effects, *** HBT cells along the emitter length direction, the thermal coupling resistance is far smaller than the self-heating thermal resistance, and the peak junction temperature is mainly determined by the self-heating thermal ***, the thermal coupling resistance is in the same order with the self-heating thermal resistance for HBT cells along the emitter width ***, the dependence of the thermal resistance matrix on cell spacing along the emitter length direction and cell spacing along the emitter width direction is also investigated, *** is shown that the moderate increase of cell spacings along the emitter length direction and the emitter width direction could effectively lower the self-heating thermal resistance and thermal coupling resistance,and hence the peak junction temperature is decreased, which sheds light on adopting a two-dimensional non-uniform cell spacing layout to improve the uneven temperature *** taking a 2 × 6 HBTs array for example, a twodimensional non-uniform cell spacing layout is designed, which can effectively lower the peak junction temperature and reduce the non-uniformity of the dissipated *** the HBTs array with optimized layout, the high power-handling capability and thermal dissipation capability are kept when the bias voltage increases.

摘要：Based on the lead compounds 1 and 2, a series of novel BACE1 inhibitors were designed and synthesized,among which compound 9h exhibited a 60 fold improvement in potency over the lead compound 1. This represents a good lead for the discovery of more promising BACE1 inhibitors for the potential treatment of AD. The result also showed that the prop-2-yn-1-yloxy is a suitable fragment for modification of cyclic acylguanidine BACE1 inhibitors.
