摘要：研究目的：创新要点：为多塔斜拉桥在一致激励和非一致激励下地震响应的研究提供地震模拟振动台全桥试验方法，并有助于加强多塔斜拉桥抗震性能和抗震设计的认识。1．建立了地震模拟振动台多台阵试验方法，并首次将其应用于多塔斜拉桥全桥比例缩尺模型的地震响应分析之中；2．通过地震模拟振动台试验，揭示了多塔斜拉桥在多点一致激励和多点非一致激励的地震响应特性并提出了多塔斜拉桥在强震下的破坏模式。研究方法：1．基于动力相似理论，设计与制作了多塔斜拉桥的全桥比例缩尺模型（图2）；2．利用地震模拟振动台多台阵试验，根据在不同地震波作用下和考虑行波效应后多塔斜拉桥模型的主梁和主塔响应，分析了多塔斜拉桥在多点一致激励和多点非一致激励的地震响应特性（图5～图8）；3．根据在地震波不同强度作用下多塔斜拉桥模型的主梁和主塔响虚，分析了多塔斜拉桥在强震下的破坏模式和地震响应（图9）。重要结论：1．江心波作用下该多塔斜拉桥的地震响应大于其他三种地震波；2．多塔斜拉桥在抗震设计时需要考虑行波效应的影响；3．在El-Centro波的加速度峰值高达4．0m／s^2时，多塔斜拉桥模型出现了支座破坏。

摘要：The 2D data processing adopted by the high-density resistivity method regards the geological structures as two degrees, which makes the results of the 2D data inversion only an approximate interpretation;the accuracy and effect can not meet the precise requirement of the inversion. Two typical models of the geological bodies were designed, and forward calculation was carried out using finite element method. The forward-modeled profiles were obtained. 1% Gaussian random error was added in the forward models and then 2D and 3D inversions using a high-density resistivity method were undertaken to realistically simulate field data and analyze the sensitivity of the 2D and 3D inversion algorithms to noise. Contrast between the 2D and 3D inversion results of least squares inversion shows that two inversion results of high-density resistivity method all can basically reflect the spatial position of an anomalous body. However, the 3D inversion can more effectively eliminate the influence of interference from Gaussian random error and better reflect the distribution of resistivity in the anomalous bodies. Overall, the 3D inversion was better than 2D inversion in terms of embodying anomalous body positions, morphology and resistivity properties.

摘要：A scheme to design a simultaneous multichannel receiver is proposed to process multichannel signals in parallel, which is achieved by exploiting the attractive characteristics of a fast filter bank（ FFB）, such as cascaded structure, high frequency selectivity and lowcomputational complexity. Based on the minimization of the objective function, quantified in terms of the total number of multiplications required, subject to prescribed allowable ripples in the passband and stopband, the impulse response coefficients of the prototype filter in each stage are obtained to meet the requirements of the overall specifications for each channel at the receiver side. Simulations and experimental results on the frequency modulation（ FM） broadcast mutlichannel signal receiving system with the FM range from88 to 108 MHz, built upon the proposed FFB structure, are performed to verify its performance. Those results indicate that the proposed scheme is efficient in FM audio indexing applications and has a lower computational complexity, which is approximately 66. 4% of the weighted overlap and add（ WOLA） filter banks based solution.

摘要：A polymer directional coupler （DC） electro-optic switch with push-pull electrodes and rib waveguides is designed based on the conformal transforming method, image method, coupled mode theory, and electro-optic modulation theory. Its structure and principle are described, the design and optimization are performed, and the characteristics are analyzed, including the coupling length, switching voltage, output power, insertion loss, and crosstalk. To realize normal switching function,the fabrication tolerance,wavelength shift, and coupling loss between a single mode fiber （SMF） and the waveguide are discussed. Simulation results show that the coupling length is 3082μm; the push-pull switching voltage is 2.14V;and the insertion loss and crosstalk are less than 1.14 and -30dB,respectively. The proposed analytical technique on waveguides and electrodes is proven to be accurate and computationally efficient when compared with the beam propa- gation method （BPM） and the experimental results.

摘要：Trichoderma-based formulations are applied as commercial biocontrol agents for soil-borne plant path- ogens. Chlamydospores are active propagules in Trichoderma spp., but their production is currently limited due to a lack of optimal liquid fermentation technology. In this study, we explored response surface methodologies for opti- mizing fermentation technology in Trichoderma SH2303. Our initial studies, using the Plackett-Burman design, iden- tified cornmeal, glycerol, and initial pH levels as the most significant factors （P〈0.05） for enhancing the production of chlamydospores. Subsequently, we applied the Box-Behnken design to study the interactions between, and optimal levels of, a number of factors in chlamydospore production. These statistically predicted results indicated that the highest number of chlamydospores （3.6×108 spores/ml） would be obtained under the following condition： corn flour 62.86 g/L, glycerol 7.54 ml/L, pH 4.17, and 6-d incubation in liquid fermentation. We validated these predicted values via three repeated experiments using the optimal culture and achieved maximum chlamydospores of 4.5×108 spores/ml, which approximately a 8-fold increase in the number of chlamydospores produced by T. harzianurn SH2303 compared with that before optimization. These optimized values could help make chlamydospore production cost-efficient in the future development of novel biocontrol agents.

摘要：Although extensive studies have demonstrated that many drought-responsive genes confer drought toler- ance to plants, comparisons of the drought tolerance capa- bilities conferred by different genes under various natural conditions have seldom been reported. We evaluated and compared the effects of two sets of transgenes, the drought- responsive genes （AtDREBIB and AtCBL1） and the root architecture-regulated genes （iaaM and AtCKX）, on drought tolerance in Nicotiana tabacum plants subjected to different conditions. The expression of AtCKX3 driven by a root- specific promoter PYKIO （designated hereafter as PIO; PIO：AtCKX3）, 35S：AtCKX3, or PlO：iaaM promoted root growth and development. Compared to plants harboring PIO：AtCKX3, 35S：AtCKX3, PlO：iaaM, or the empty vector, those carrying 35S：AtDREB1B, 35S：AtCBLl, or 35S：iaaM exhibited increased drought tolerance under laboratory- controlled conditions. Conversely, in field conditions, plants transformed with 35S：AtDREB1, 35S：AtCBL1, or 35S：iaaM were sensitive to drought stress. Under field conditions, drought stress dramatically reduced the growth and seed production of plants harboring 35S：AtDREBIB, 35S：A tCBL1, 35S：iaaM, or the empty vector, whereas it had little effect on plants carrying PIO：AtCKX3, 35S：AtCKX3, or PlO：iaaM. This study demonstrates that a plant＇s tolerance to drought stress changes with environmental conditions, and our results indicates that manipulating the expression of genes that control root architecture may be important for engineering plants with improved drought tolerance in natural conditions.

摘要：为了高效加工优质的超光滑表面,提出了一种超光滑表面加工的新方法:纳米颗粒胶体动压空化射流抛光(HCJP).此法利用纳米颗粒与工件表面之间的界面化学反应实现工件表面的原子级去除,并且利用空化射流中的水力空化现象强化加工过程中的机械与化学作用以提高加工效率.设计了HCJP原型装置,并在此基础上对HCJP技术进行了初步实验.结果表明,较低的系统压力有利于得到优质的表面,使用该方法能在K9玻璃上得到粗糙度值在1 nm左右的超光滑表面,证明此技术可以广泛应用于超光滑表面的加工.

摘要：To realize the high precision and real-time interpolation of the NURBS （non-uniform rational B-spline） curve, a kinetic model based on the modified sigmoid function is proposed. The constraints of maximum feed rate, chord error, curvature radius and interpolator cycle are discussed. This kinetic model reduces the cubic polynomial S-shape model and the trigonometry function S-shape model from 15 sections into 3 sections under the precondition of jerk, acceleration and feedrate continuity. Then an optimized Adams algorithm using the difference quotient to replace the derivative is presented to calculate the interpolator cycle parameters. The higher-order derivation in the Taylor expansion algorithm can be avoided by this algorithm. Finally, the simplified design is analyzed by reducing the times of computing the low-degree zero-value B-spline basis function and the simplified De Boor-Cox recursive algorithm is proposed. The simulation analysis indicates that by these algorithms, the feed rate is effectively controlled according to tool path. The calculated amount is decreased and the calculated speed is increased while the machining precision is ensured. The experimental results show that the target parameter can be correctly calculated and these algorithms can be applied to actual systems.

摘要：The flow stress behavior and microstructure development of Al-5Zn-2Mg （7005） aluminum alloy were studied by hot compression tests at deformation temperatures between 300-500 ＆#176;C and strain rates between 0.05-50 s-1. The deformed structures of the samples were observed by optical microscopy （OM）, transmission electron microscopy （TEM） and electron backscattering diffraction （EBSD） analysis. The calculated activation energy is 147 kJ/mol, which is very close to the activation energy for lattice self-diffusion in aluminum （142 kJ/mol）. Dynamic recovery is the dominant restoration mechanism during the deformation. At high strain rate of 50 s-1, temperature rise due to deformation heating leads to a significant flow softening. Microstructure observations indicated that the remaining softening after deformation heating correction at high strain rate and the softening observed at high temperature are associated with grain coarsening induced by grain boundary migration during dynamic recovery process.
