摘要：In this paper,we proposed a facile and accurate way for controlling multiplex fluorescent logic gates through changing the exciting and the observing *** proof-of-principle,a Pb2+-specific DNAzyme probe and a thymine(T)-rich DNA probe were introduced to a double-stranded(ds-)*** addition style of the two ions served as the four inputs by changing the distance of the three fluorophores,6-carboxyfluorescein(FAM),ALEXA 532(ALEXA)and carboxytetramethylrhodamine(TAMRA),all of which were modified on the dsDNA *** with the previous methods,the present approach needed neither different inputs nor the change of sequence of the probe to achieve multiplex logic ***,the modularity of the strategy may allow it to be extended to other types of logic gates.

摘要：Nowadays, the development of cloud computing has given power to the resource-constrained network control system （NCS） to out-source heavy computations to the cloud server. However, the development of Cloud Computing produced many security challenges regarding the cyber-physical connection between the cloud and control system. The connection between the control system and cloud server can be subjected to distributed denial of service （DDoS） attack by an attacker to destabilize the NCS. In this paper, we will address this issue by building a secure mechanism for such systems. We will design a detection approach and a mitigation approach for better stable performance of NCS. To ensure the stability of NCS at the time of DDoS attack, we will also design a switching mechanism （SM） for cloud control system （CCS） when there are no more real time solutions available from the cloud. Finally, we will apply the proposed mechanism to an unmanned arial vehicle （UAV）. Our simulation results show that the mechanism works well in stability and protection of NCS under DDoS attack.

摘要：Persistent luminescence nanoprobes (PLNPs) can remain luminescent after ceasing *** to the ultra-long decay time of persistent luminescence (PersL),autofluorescence interference can be efficiently eliminated by collecting PersL signal after autofluorescence decays completely,thus the imaging contrast and sensing sensitivity can be significantly *** near-infrared (NIR) light shows reduced scattering and absorption coefficient in penetrating biological organs or tissues,near-infrared persistent luminescence nanoprobes (NIR PLNPs) possess deep tissue penetration and offer a bright prospect in the areas of in vivo biosensing/*** this review,we firstly summarize the design of different types of NIR PLNPs for biosensing/bioimaging,such as transition metal ions-doped NIR PLNPs,lanthanide ions-doped NIR PLNPs,organic molecules-based NIR PLNPs,and semiconducting polymer self-assembled NIR ***,organic molecules-based NIR PLNPs and semiconductor self-assembled NIR PLNPs,for the first time,were introduced to the review of ***,the effects of different types of charge carriers on NIR PersL and luminescence decay of NIR PLNPs are significantly emphasized so as to build up an in-depth understanding of their luminescence *** includes the regulation of valence band and conduction band of different host materials,alteration of defect types,depth and concentration changes caused by ion doping,effective radiation transitions and energy transfer generated by different luminescence *** the design and potential of NIR PLNPs as long-lived luminescent materials,the current challenges and future perspective in this rapidly growing field are also discussed.
