摘要：Modal analysis and seismic response analysis were carried out for the equatorial diagnostic port plug of international thermonuclear experimental reactor (ITER). The aim of the theoretical analysis is to verify structural strength and reliability of the device. The working condition includes one-dimensional seismic wave and two-dimensional seismic wave. Modal analysis of the device shows that primary vibration is inclined to occur in low-order modes. The horizontal (X-direction, Y-direction) maximum vibration appears at the first and the fourth eigen modes, with the natural frequency of 70.59 and 215.88 Hz respectively, and the vertical (Z-direction) primary vibration appears at the second eigen mode with the natural frequency of 82.85 Hz. According to the results of the finite element analysis (FEA) program, the weak portions of the device are distributed in the joint of port body with blanket shielding module (BSM) and inner side wall of ribbed plate for lifting flange, the maximum von Mises stress is 14.8 MPa with the Y-direction seismic wave. In accordance with the design criteria, the destructive effect is far below the failure boundary, and the structural reliability of the equatorial diagnostic port plug can meet the requirements of the design specifications.

摘要：In this paper, we study a method for isolated handwritten or hand-printed character recognition using dynamic programming for matching the non-linear multi- projection profiles that are produced from the Radon transform. The idea is to use dynamic time warping （DTW） algorithm to match corresponding pairs of the Radon features for all possible projections. By using DTW, we can avoid compressing feature matrix into a single vector which may miss information. It can handle character images in different shapes and sizes that are usually happened in natural hand- writing in addition to difficulties such as multi-class similarities, deformations and possible defects. Besides, a comprehensive study is made by taking a major set of state-of- the-art shape descriptors over several character and numeral datasets from different scripts such as Roman, Devanagari, Oriya, Bangla and Japanese-Katakana including symbol. For all scripts, the method shows a generic behaviour by providing optimal recognition rates but, with high computational cost.

摘要：本文聚焦核能的环境影响问题,将解决如下核能发电相关的主要环境问题:(1)控制正常运行条件下核设施的放射性排放,评估其非放射性环境影响(取水与非放射性水的排放);(2)乏燃料与放射性废物的长期管理,主要是通过地质处置库处理的乏燃料或放射性废物;(3)防止和缓解严重核事故以及核事故的放射性释放;(4)改善核安全水平,以限制核能的环境影响,提升公众的核能接受度。核能的温室气体排放水平非常低,可以根据需求供应大规模、可调度电力,在此方面核能具有独特的优势。在正常运行工况下,核电站每年释放到周围公众的有效辐射剂量可以忽略不计。国际社会已经开展了大量的努力,以确定可持续管理地质处置条件下高放长寿命放射性废物的方法。过去几次严重核事故中获得的经验为核能生产相关的安全问题提供了经验,也促成了重要的安全改进,其中包括反应堆的设计和运行管理方面的改善以及事故管理指导方针的制定等。事实证明,这些经验是非常宝贵的。严重事故的环境风险已经被大幅降低,相关的规约也已经建立起来,以最大限度地减少严重核事故条件下放射性物质的释放,并避免大规模的人员疏散。还需要继续采取措施,改善反应堆的安全性,提升核工业与核监管机构的透明度,以进一步降低核能的环境影响。

摘要：This study considered the design of an efficient, high brightness polar InGaN/GaN light emitting diode （LED） structure with A1GaN capping layer for green light emission. The deposition of high In （〉 15%） composition within InGaN quantum well （QW） has limitations when providing intense green light. To design an effective model for a highly efficient InGaN green LEDs, this study considered the compositions of indium and aluminum for InxGal xN QW and AlyGal yN cap layers, along with different layer thicknesses of well, barrier and cap. These structural properties significantly affect different properties. For example, these properties affect electric fields of layers, polarization, overall elastic stress energy and lattice parameter of the structure, emission wavelength, and intensity of the emitted light. Three models with different composition and layer thicknesses are simulated and analyzed to obtain green light with in-plane equilibrium lattice parameter close to GaN （3.189 A ） with the highest oscillator strength values. A structure model is obtained with an oscillator strength value of 1.18 × 10-1 and least in-plane equilibrium lattice constant of 3.218 A. This emitter can emit at a wavelength of 540 nm, which is the expected design for the fabrication of highly efficient, bright green LEDs.

摘要：AIM:To assess the symptomatic efficacy of Lactobacillus plantarum 299v(*** 299v)(DSM 9843) for the relief of abdominal symptoms in a large subset of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) patients fulfilling the Rome Ⅲ ***:In this double blind,placebo-controlled,parallel-designed study,subjects were randomized to daily receive either one capsule of *** 299v(DSM 9843) or placebo for 4 *** and intensity of abdominal pain,bloating and feeling of incomplete rectal emptying were assessed weekly on a visual analogue scale while stool frequency was ***:Two hundred and fourteen IBS patients were *** 4 wk,both pain severity(0.68 + 0.53 vs 0.92 + 0.57,P < 0.05) and daily frequency(1.01 + 0.77 vs 1.71 + 0.93,P < 0.05) were lower with *** 299v(DSM 9843) than with *** results were obtained for *** week 4,78.1 % of the patients scored the *** 299v(DSM 9843) symptomatic effect as excellent or good vs only 8.1 % for placebo(P < 0.01).CONCLUSION:A 4-wk treatment with *** 299v(DSM 9843) provided effective symptom relief,particularly of abdominal pain and bloating,in IBS patients fulfilling the Rome Ⅲ criteria.

摘要：The primary task of top-down assembly design is to define a product抯 detailed physical description satisfying its functional requirements identified during the functional design phase. The implementation of this design process requires two things, that is, product functional representation and a general assembly model. Product functions are not only the formulation of a customer抯 needs, but also the input data of assembly design. A general assembly model is to support the evolving process of the elaboration of a product structure. The assembly feature of extended concept is taken as a functional carrier, which is a generic relation among assembly-modeled entities. The model of assembly features describes the link between product functions and form features of parts. On the basis of this link, the propagation of design modifications is discussed so as to preserve the functionality and the coherence of the assembly model. The formal model of assembly design process describes the top-down process of creating an assembly model. This formal model is represented by the combination of assembly feature operations, the assembly model and the evaluation process. A design case study is conducted to verify the applicability of the presented approaches.

摘要：Every year more than 5 million people worldwide become hemiplegic as a direct consequence of stroke. This neurological deficiency, often leads to a partial or a total loss of standing up abilities and/or ambulation skills. In order to propose new supporting solutions lying between the wheelchair and the walker, this paper presents a technological strategy for designing an assistive device for a biomechanical study of the Sit-To-Stand movement （STS）. The control algorithms are implemented in TwinCAT runtime environment. The communi- cation between the component and the control computer is ensured via the EtherCAT fieldbus. The aim of this architecture lies in the fact that it allows a quick development of a research prototype with the same safety issues found on an industrial machine. An experimental test of the STS strategy is presented and discussed in order to evaluate the strategy.
