摘要：In hydraulic engineering, sometimes it is necessary to consider the stability of sliding bodies with lateral frictional boundaries. Neither the existing three dimensional limit equilibrium methods nor the commercial software products are able to treat such situations. The three dimensional factor of safety is accordingly underestimated; while the shearing strength based on the three dimensional back analysis is overestimated. In this study, the lateral boundaries are regarded as the part of the slip surface. Based on the expression of the normal pressure on the slip surface and the patch interpolation, a rigorous solution for the three dimensional limit equilibrium analysis is realized. Meanwhile, the proposed procedure is applied to the stability analysis of the slope with a cable platform on the right bank in Da Gang Shan hydraulic project under construction.

摘要：In this paper, the problem of designing semi-global finite-time observers for a class of nonlinear systems is investigated. Based on the theories of finite-time stability, an approach to designing semi-global finite-time observers for the nonlinear systems is presented. It has been shown that, after the finite time, the designed finite-time observer realizes the accurate reconstruction of the states of the nonlinear system. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and validity of the method.

摘要：Activating basal plane inert sites will endow MoTe_(2) with prominent hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)catalytic capability and arouse a new family of HER ***,we fabricated single MoTe_(2) sheet electrocatalytic microdevice for in situ revealing the activated basal plane sites by vacancies *** the extraction of electrical parameters of single MoTe_(2) sheet,the in-plane and interlayer conductivities were optimized effectively by Te vacancies due to the defect *** deeply,Te vacancies can induce the delocalization of electrons around Mo atoms and shift the d-band center,as a consequence,facilitate the adsorption of H from the catalyst surface for HER *** by the coordinated regulation of band structure and local charge density,the overpotential at−10 mA·cm^(−2)was reduced to 0.32 V after Te vacancies compared to 0.41 V for the basal plane sites of same MoTe_(2) ***,the insights gained from single nanosheet electrocatalytic microdevice can be applied to the improved HER of the commercial MoTe_(2) *** the in situ testing of the atomic structure-electrical behavior-electrochemical properties of a single nanosheet before/after vacancies introducing provides reliable insight to structure-activity relationships.

Some wavelet estimators of the parametric component β, the non- parametric component g（t） and the variance function h（u） are given. Under some general conditions, the strong convergence rate of these wavelet estimators is O（n- 1 log n）. Hence our results are extensions of those re, sults on independent random error settings.

摘要：Further improvement of storage density is a key challenge for the application of phase-change memory(PCM)in storage-class ***,for PCM,storage density improvements include feature size scaling down and multilevel cell(MLC)operation,potentially causing thermal crosstalk issues and phase separation issues,*** address these challenges,we propose a high-aspect-ratio(25:1)lateral nanowire(NW)PCM device with conventional chalcogenide Ge_(2)Sb_(2)Te_(5)(GST-225)to realize stable MLC operations,i.e.,low intra-and inter-cell variability and low resistance drift(coefficient=0.009).The improved MLC performance is attributed to the high aspect ratio,which enables precise control of the amorphous region because of sidewall confinement,as confirmed by transmission electron microscopy *** summary,the NW devices provide guidance for the design of future high-aspect-ratio threedimensional PCM devices with MLC capability.

摘要：The seismic behavior of planar frames with concrete-filled T-section columns to steel beam was experimentally and numerically studied. A finite element analysis （FEA） model was developed to investigate the engineering properties of the planar frames. Two 1：2.5 reduced-scale specimens of T-section concrete-filled steel tubular column and steel beam of single-story and single-bay plane frames were designed and fabricated based on the design principles of strong-column, weak-beam and stronger-joint. One three-dimensional entity model of the investigated frame structure was built using a large-scale nonlinear finite-element analysis software ABAQUS. Experimental results show that the axial compression ratio has no effect on the failure mode of the structure, while with the increase of axial compression ratio and the dissipated energy ability increasing, the structural ductility decreased. The results from both experiments and simulations agree with each other, which verifies the validity and accuracy of the developed finite element model. Furthermore, the developed finite element model helps to reflect the detailed stress status of the investigated frame at different time and different positions.
