摘要：An armored face conveyor(AFC) is a key piece of equipment for a fully mechanized long-wall mining system and is currently the only means for transporting bulk material in hard coal mines. To date, the AFC power train design has mainly been based on heuristics obtained via experience, coupled with simple calculations, which cannot take the dynamic behaviors and coupling effects of the components into consideration. Therefore, model-based and simulation-driven design is preferred. In this paper, a new design and analysis methodology for an AFC power train is presented to achieve the optimal dynamic characteristics and transmission performance. A preliminary design procedure for a power train is first introduced. Then, a system-level hydro-mechatronic model of the power train is built to evaluate and optimize the preliminary scheme. Sub-models, including those for the motors, fluid couplers, gearboxes, and chain, are obtained according to their individual disciplines and assembled to form the system-level model. The chain sub-system is discretized into multiple finite elements. Governing equations are established for each element based on the Newton Euler approach and assembled according to the topological structure of the chain system. In order to make the new approach applicable for engineers, a design and analysis software is developed, with a graphical user interface that involves the whole design process. MATLAB/SIMULINK is used as the computational engine, and Visual C++ is adopted to develop the interactive software framework. Simulations for the SGZ1000/2000 type AFC are provided as an illustrative case study to validate the effectiveness and practicality of the model and software package.

摘要：An adaptable product can satisfy different customer requirements by changing its configuration and parameter values during the operation stage. Design of adaptable products aims at reducing the environment impact through replacement of multiple different products with single adaptable ones. Due to the complex architec- ture, multiple functional requirements, and changes of product configurations and parameter values in operation, impact of uncertainties to the functional performance measures needs to be considered in design of adaptable products. In this paper, a robust design approach is introduced to identify the optimal design configuration and parameters of an adaptable product whose functional performance measures are the least sensitive to uncertain- ties. An adaptable product in this paper is modeled by both configurations and parameters. At the configuration level, methods to model different product configuration candi- dates in design and different product configuration states in operation to satisfy design requirements are introduced. At the parameter level, four types of product/operating parameters and relations among these parameters are discussed. A two-level optimization approach is developed to identify the optimal design configuration and its parameter values of the adaptable product. A case study is implemented to illustrate the effectiveness of the newly developed robust adaptable design method.

摘要：The development of solid-state materials with switchable luminescence in response to stimuli remains a challenge,especially for organic *** crystal water significantly impacts the absorption spectra of organic crystals,it is unclear whether the emission spectra of organic luminescent materials can be systematically manipulated by *** this study,we successfully obtained curcumin monohydrate(Form X),a channel-type hydrate exhibiting crystallization-induced emission(CIE)at 608 nm(orange fluorescence),which contrasted with the conventional forms of aggregation-caused quenching(ACQ).Thermal treatment induced the release of hydration water,resulting in a new anhydrate(Form IV)that emitted yellow-green fluorescence with the emission peak at 575 ***,this approach can be used to track the absorption of curcumin crystals following subcutaneous or intramuscular *** hydratemediated single-crystal-to-single-crystal transition(SCSC)and its associated luminescence transition were reversible and responsive to temperature,offering a green approach for synthesizing and designing aggregation-induced-emission(AIE)-based intelligent luminescent devices for detecting air humidity or drug absorption.
